The moment you've all been waiting for!
Team assignments!
Also I've made some groups that have more info about each team. They're private, but you will get an invite to your group once I've finished up with them. They will also be linked here once finished.
ALSO! MODS, STAY OUT OF THE GROUPS THAT AREN'T YOURS!
Once details for each group are generally known, I'll change them to public groups, but at first let's start off not knowing everything about all of the groups 8)
You will learn through RP, reading other posts.
IDK why, I just wanna do it this way 8)
HIVE
Due to the nature of this group, they're fairly well-known throughout the super community, as they help many supers learn how to control their abilities. It is rare for them to turn down a fellow super's request for help, and when they do turn someone down it is usually for radical circumstances. But they are usually willing to help anyone, as long as they will follow HIVE's golden rules and use their powers for good and not evil. They provide room and board for their trainees and their agents, or any super in need really, and facilities for training, as well as HIVE agents and other supers (trainees turned trainer) who can aid in the training process.
They have not only Agents and Trainees running around in their HQ, but humans as well. Whether they are Batman wannabes or the medics, scientists and tech geeks that have designed, and do general maintenance on, their security system, training facilities, and everything else technical and medical in the building.
HIVE sometimes works hand in hand with Division. They don't necessarily collaborate their efforts, but if HIVE encounters a powerful, dangerous super, they aren't shy about calling Division to either take care of it, or just deal with him once HIVE has already incapacitated it, as HIVE doesn't have the needed space or technology to contain powerful supers. Likewise, if Division happens across a super with out of control powers, they will often deliver the super to HIVE or at least inform them about it. Aside from that they tend to go about their own business though.
As far as membership goes, supers are free to come and go. All they have to do to become a trainee is make a call, show up at their base, or just get in contact with them somehow. There are also cases where HIVE seeks out a super they have heard is having trouble with his/her powers and offer their help in person, especially with younger kids whose parents are still very much in control of their lives and need a little convincing.
To become a HIVE Agent, they're a little more picky. A super does not have to have ever been a HIVE trainee to become an Agent, but the super in question has to have proven the/she can be a valuable asset to the team willing to fight on the side of justice and help those in need. They usually implement a test to see how well the super can control his/her powers, and how effectively he/she uses them. There are sometimes special cases though, where maybe they have seen the super in action before (such as a trainee) or there is some unusual circumstance having to do with his/her power. It is much easier to become a HIVE Agent than to join Division, and especially the Shadow Society though.
Even though HIVE is pretty open about their group in the super community, it keeps itself secret from the human populous. Humans have seen their agents in action, and they are aware of the team, but they really know very little about it other than what they sometimes see on the news or even in person. And other supers keep their whereabouts and inner workings a secret from the humans as well, either because HIVE has helped them in the past, or because they see the value in teaching supers to control their abilities and (eitherway) would like to protect it.
In time all trainees either become HIVE Agents, Division Operatives, 'Shadows,' strike out on their own, or try to go back to living a normal life. Many supers have been exposed to HIVE, which is why it has become so well-known to supers.
----------------Uniforms----------------
HIVE is identifiable by their blue and gold uniforms. There are some different variations of them, but the primary color is a dark blue, with gold and black as more minor colors. And each uniform is adorned with HIVE's logo. They also wear black masks to hide their identities.
These are the types of uniforms they wear. Can be different, especially to allow for an Agent's ability, but they should still be similar to these quick little doodlez I did 8)

?HIVE GROUP!?
Division
Many Division Agents are recruited from HIVE and the Hillcrest Institute. Since Division tends to keep an eye on supers, HIVE draws a lot of their attention, and if they spot a rising star, they aren't shy about asking them to consider joining Division, even if they are already HIVE Agents.
They are the most publicly known to humans. And humans fear them. It is a small group of powerful supers, an obvious threat against humanity should they turn to the side of evil. They don't bother themselves in human affairs though, and deal almost exclusively with supers. When a powerful super is causing death and destruction, it's Division that usually steps in to handle the situation and neutralize the threat, capturing the bad supers that human prisons can't hold.
Though nobody outside of the group knows where it is or how big it is, it makes sense that they must have some sort of super secret super prison where they keep the supers that they stop from destroying cities and whatnot. Whether they let them wither away in a cell for the rest of their lives or not is anybody's guess. It is cause for concern though, for all anybody knows they could be collecting an army of supers with every intent of ending the human race. And even if they aren't, what if their prisoners break free? They disclose as little information as possible and rarely speak to any sort of authority figures, and especially not the press.
The group has a very serious and professional appearance, and they generally come off as cold and distant.
They were, however, once a part of HIVE. Though not called Division at the time, it was a specialty group of HIVE's more powerful Agents whose job was to handle any situations the other HIVE teams weren't strong enough to take care of. Twenty years ago they split into their own group entirely. There were some hard feelings at the time, but since then HIVE has gotten over it.
----------------Uniforms----------------
Division Agents wear matching red and black uniforms with black masks and no logos of any type.

?DIVISION GROUP!?
The Shadow Society
Members of the Shadow Society are generally called 'Shadows' for ease, because 'Shadow Society Member' is a mouthful in a conversation. They are very discrete and try to keep their associations with each other hidden. Because of this, it's difficult to tell who is or isn't a Shadow. They aren't often seen all in once place, but if they are, it can be assumed that something big is happening. They have never made their intents publicly known and it is unknown whether they fight on the side of good or evil.
They are definitely in the gray zone, whether they are trying to do good or bad. HIVE and Division have crossed paths in the past and even then couldn't size the group up enough to find out if it was something they needed to worry about or not. So far, since neither of the other groups have found any evidence that the Shadow Society is up to no good, they have let them be, thought they remain wary.
The Shadow Society goes about their business regardless of what else is going on, even if they happen to bump into HIVE or Division. They work around any obstacles and do whatever it takes to complete their missions. They don't help the other teams unless it will help them as well.
There is no way to 'apply' for a position in the Shadow Society. It is assumed that the only way to get in is through a personal invitation from the group.
----------------Uniforms----------------
The Shadow Society has no uniform, the less identifiable they are to each other, the better, though they do wear matching rings, each customized specially for the member it was made for. When a new member is added, a new ring is made, and once a member leaves the group (in one way or another) their ring is melted down. So there are only ever as many rings as there are Shadows. There's nothing particularly special about them, they have no special powers of any sort. In fact they are pretty plain.
