"Oh now I'm curious." Victoria says and she laughs "Can't be that bad, also, scaring people is kind of the point of doing this." she explains.

Alex nods at that "She's right." he says and adds "Come on Atreus, it's fun."

 

[roxas]

Atreus blushes a little."I can't use my magic though around them." He would use them for the theatrics when telling stories and rubs the back of his neck.

Thalia giggled just a little at her cousin."I think he's a little shy." She tells them.

 

[Flame Demon]

"They have enough imagination." Victoria says "Please, it doesn't have to be a long story." she says.

Alex looks around the group, some were hesitant to tell a story, well Victoria had a good one "Someone else can go first if you prefer."

 

[roxas]

Atreus gives her another squeeze."How can I say no to you when you say please? Fine I'll try to think of something." He let go of her but still sat behind her."Okay there was a kid named Billy and he has these friends of his, they decided to visit some old run down house that was said to be haunted and they didn't believe in such things so they went and tried to prove it was a joke, they even threw some rocks to break windows and break some things apart and Billy he thought he heard something bellow at him 'leave now or pay the consequences' if you can guess Billy ans his friends thought nothing of it, could've just been one of them trying to scare the other in the friend group and so they go on to place graffiti and again they were warned but what did it was when they got to a portrait of an old man ans his family, the tear it down and boom thunder outside but it wasn't raining, they found behind the portrait a mummified man but it's form was a little bit twisted almost like one of those pretzel things and so his friends dared Billy to touch it, so he did like the idiot he was and there were the wounds of bones snapping and the groans of the old man." He stops when there was rustling in the bushes."This mummified old man suddenly leaps forward to to latch onto one of the kids ans starts biting and clawing, making the kid scream and what do the others do well they just take off running, Billy happens to fall down the porch stairs ans there was the rest of the family crawling out from under clawing at him to drag him down, now one kid did escape and tells the tale, some say you can find the two friends left behind on the property mangled and twisted like a pretzel acting like gargoyles there, the end." He hugs Victoria after that.

 

[Flame Demon]

Victoria giggles as one of the kids says "Victoria's story was scarier.", while others have gone even paler "Anyone else?" she asks, but everyone shakes their heads.

Alex laughs "That was fun, but seriously? No one else?" he asks, he sighs "Guess I'll go back to roasting marshmallows."

 

[roxas]

Atreus chuckled a little at the students who were scared of his."Huh that was somewhat amusing." He smirks a little, he seemed to take pride in that having been able to scare some other students and not some little kids.

Thalia shrugged."I won't do a scary story, it wouldn't be a good one." She tells him.

 

[Flame Demon]

"I have one, but it won't be as good." Alex admits "Well, might as well stop so people can actually sleep tonight."

Victoria points "But I got more." she says, slumping slightly "Fine, there's always more days."

 

[roxas]

Atreus snickers at her just a little."Are you the type of person who likes to jump out and scare people?" He pokes her sides."You'll get more chances later." He tells her.

Thalia stands up to retreat to the tent for the night, she was bored out there.

 

[Flame Demon]

"No, but I really like this part of camping, telling scary stories." Victoria tells him and she stretches "Well I'm going to the tent, try to bond with Alex some more, for me." she says.

Alex chuckles, of course Thalia was bored, he thinks for a while "Hey Atreus, I noticed you have a dagger, but would you want to try some archery?" he asks.

 

[roxas]

Atreus let go of her so she could get up, guess that was enough snuggling for now."You had to just pull that didn't you." He called out then folds his arms at Alexander."Uh sure." He shrugged a little.

 

[Flame Demon]

"How about tomorrow? I might have a spare bow somewhere in my bag." Alex says and he chuckles "She's smart though."

 

[roxas]

Atreus stands up."Just cause she knows I can't say no to her." He waved a hand."I would use magic to summon one or make one out of magic but those other other students...I'll try one of your bows though." He tells him.

 

[Flame Demon]

"It's too dark now though." Alex says and he gets up "Let's get some sleep and I'll try to teach you tomorrow." he tells him.

 

[roxas]

Atreus was already going towards the tent."Yeah tomorrow, so are you coming or what." He waved a hand at him, he gets inside and plops down on his bed.

 

[Flame Demon]

Alex follows him "You're really not that social are you? Why's that?" he asks as he enters the tent and closes it.

 

[roxas]

Atreus sighed."That's like trying to question why there's introverts, outroverts, and ambiverts." He points out."I'm not a social butterfly, I don't go making abunch of friends and afraid to make a fool of myself but I feel comfortable being myself around Victoria." He tells him,

"One thing mom taught me was that if people didn't like me for who I was they weren't worth my time." Alex says and he gives him a smile "But she also taught me to treat other like I wanted to be treated."

 

[roxas]

Atreus pulls his blanket over his shoulders and curls up some, not like the cold would bother him but he still liked to be comfortable."If I thought that then I wouldn't be hanging around you." He puts it plainly."I'm just not open okay, not to people I don't know well anyway." He tells him.

 

[Flame Demon]

"Well treating others normally is a good start. I'm not referring to myself, but other students. You don't even have to talk much." Alex says "Just a good morning in the morning works."

 

[roxas]

Atreus sighed."Why would I need to do that?" He questioned him."They don't need to be involved with me, when I can't even use my powers infrotn of them." He argued with him.

 

[Flame Demon]

"Just because you talk to them once a day doesn't mean they have to get involved in your entire life." Alex says.

 

[roxas]

Atreus tightens his grip on his blanket."Just because you say so doesn't make me have to talk to them either, what's the big deal about it? And if they mistreat Victoria I'll kick their asses too." He warned him."Don't force me if I'm not comfortable or don't want to be that social with strangers." He tells him.

 

[Flame Demon]

"I'm not forcing you to." Alex says and he stares at the ceiling of the tent "And I'm sure she would appreciate knowing that you'll protect her." he says, even if Victoria didn't really need it.

 

[roxas]

Atreus shrugs."I know she doesn't need it though..." He says quietly and sighed."I'm just telling you, don't force me to do that stuff." He tells him.

The next morning Alex is carving some training arrow and he laughs seeing several kids looking exhausted, guess he knew that Victoria and Atreus shouldn't tell a scary story again now.

Victoria's stretching after jogging s bit "Some kids thought they heard the noise from my story." she says and she duplicates a few arrows "Which is imposible, there's no stone path in the forest nearby and it was a story."
