Fandom Marvel: The Eradication Directive

Synopsis: Throughout the history of, well all sentient, life on every planet to every stretch of the known galaxies, there has been a constant struggle between the forces of Good and Evil. It has always been in a rather tedious and tumultuous balance, but in the end the forces of good often seem to end out as the winner. On Earth, this has been the case. But now this balance has been upset and the pendulum has swung further to the side of evil.

The terrorist organization known as the Masters of Evil, long thought to have been vanquished by S.H.I.E.L.D decades ago, have resurrected with a most horrible creation; the destructive force of engineering known as Ultron. Striking with the utmost of surprise, allies they have made and of course their new technology, they have been able to crush much of the forces of S.H.I.E.L.D and their allies.

But while the Masters of Evil have won many battles, they have not won the War. S.H.I.E.L.D has been rebuilding, reorganizing and gathering new allies from wherever they can to put an end to this villainy...

A New Era of Heroism has begun, where do you stand?

Right so hope the introduction was a nice one for ya, on to a few bullet point of notes.

• This roleplay was/is inspired by 'Marvel: The Imperial Annihilation' by Booperboy.
• The starting zone for the roleplay will be on Earth (with a good amount of focus initially in New York), and this Earth shall be designated Earth-678. The starting year is 2052 A.D./C.E.
• You may either play as canon characters or play as original characters, with ties to canon characters (which if you choose that route you may go from ones other than from the Earth 616 timeline, but Earth 616 timeline is bit closer to the ones here) if you so choose. If you do choose to play a character with links to canon characters, please consult with your fellow players to let them know what you have in mind.
• Multiple characters per player are allowed.
• Be cool dudes.

Is this going to keep the 'in the future' setting where the characters are older? I didn't plan on picking up Ultron, but I was hoping to roleplay as an older Sentry.

Okay, I see a few things here (might end up reiterating it again later but I'll just address some things here for now.)

For those who have stated what their aims are for characters and what canon links they might have, thank ye thank ye for letting not only me but everyone else at home watching/listening know as well.

Karcen - For character limits, be reasonable. Don't bite of more than you can chew, that said I'm probably not gonna have a hard cap limit. Though that can change, but again use some good judgment on that. And then on the subject of heavy hitters, as long as they aren't too heavy. Kinda aiming for an Avengers sorta level here, I don't want to accelerate things to complete destruction of planets or anything immediately.

IDIDMYTIME - Well that question can be taken in a variety of ways. But I'll address the two ways you are probably thinking of. Soon™.
