original.gif

Basics
Full Name: Thomas "Tommy" Shepherd.
Alias(es): Speed, Speedy, Tommy Maximoff.
Age: 20 years old.
Affiliation(s): Young Avengers, S.H.I.E.L.D., X-Men (declined).

Race/Ethnicity: Caucasian (Mutant).
Sexuality: Heterosexual.
P.O.B. : Springfield, New Jersey.
D.O.B. : Friday, April 13, 2029.

Face Claim: Ross Lynch.

Visage
Hair: Naturally platinum blonde, similar to that of his reincarnated uncle, Pietro Maximoff.

Eyes: Light-blue.

Skin: Fair, olive skin.

Height: 6 feet.

Weight: Approximately 160 lbs.

Body Modifications: Tommy has had both earlobes pierced, often sporting golden hoop earrings on both or one ear.

Distinguishing Features:
"Gottabethehair. OrsometimespeoplesayItalkreallyfast. Doin'titnow? Oh... okay. Slowing down now. Did I already say the smile?"

Personality
Tommy is the outgoing half of the reincarnated twins of Wanda Maximoff. He sees the world at a much faster pace than everybody else and isn't shy to tell people off for being too slow or failing to keep up. On the surface level, it is evident that Tommy has grown rather impatient and impulsive as a cause of his mutant abilities. Like his uncle Pietro, Tommy is sometimes arrogant and overly sure in his own perception of things, sometimes leaving him vulnerable to overlooking important areas. He enjoys a good thrill, though unfortunately there aren't many activities fast enough to stimulate his ever speedy mind. He can be summed up as a loud-mouth, fun individual that enjoys doing much more than thinking.

His emotions hurtle between extremes as quickly as he can move.

As quick to judge, scold, and tease, as Tommy is, he's also a very caring individual. An only child who didn't receive much attention growing up, Tommy has learned to particularly sympathize with those who are stepped on and left lonely. He has an undying loyalty to his friends, allies, and the world at large, which ultimately translates into who he is as a hero. As soft as he might be on the inside though, Tommy isn't one to easily share his own feelings and/or emotions. He's supposed to be funny, brave, and confident, not sensitive (that's Billie).

Vices: Impulsive, Unserious, Flirtatious, Abrasive, Stubborn, Short-Sighted, Easily Distracted.
Virtues: Courageous, Determined, Charming, Intuitive, Loyal.

Hobbies: Running, playing pranks, exploring, collecting sneakers, playing the drums.
Quirks: Uses objects/body parts to tap out restless energy when bored or nervous, constantly eating/hungry.

Moral Alignment: Lawful Good.
Motivation: Tommy was given a second chance by S.H.I.E.L.D. and the Young Avengers program. He wishes to protect the world with the gifts he's been bestowed as redemption for his reckless actions growing up.
Fears: Tommy fears failure, his mother, and tight spaces (claustrophobic).

History
Thomas Shepherd was born and raised in Springfield, New Jersey. His father was a republican senator who was often away on business trips for the state and his mother a trophy wife at home. He hadn't quite noticed it when he was growing up, but with time Tommy realized that either his parents had been lying about said love, or they just didn't love each other anymore. The arguments, whenever dad was home, grew significantly louder and angrier. His father accused his mother of being a prostitute, his mother accused his father of being a criminal in secret. Finding his mother with the pool boy was no longer a secret, nor was his father's secretiveness about work anything out of the ordinary.

Over time, their focus drifted away from their son, who eventually befriended what adults called a "bad group of friends." They were people that gave Tommy attention and enjoyed having the loud-mouth in their midst. Tommy quickly became one of the most troublesome of his new clique, and found an outlet in smoking weed, vandalizing community property, and all that came between.

His powers only began to manifest themselves around the age of 16, shortly after the visions of another life began. He would find that the world around him slowed down before he rushed forward into a wall like some sort of slingshot. The powers were fascinating for the young kid, but the unwanted memories of a good life haunted him. To escape those memories Tommy suppressed his newfound abilities and thrust himself into pranks on a bigger scale. On his last prank, Tommy and his friends hoped to fill the hallways of the school with chicken blood and graffiti the night before senior prom. Tommy was tasked with sneaking in, as he was the most agile and flexible of the gang. He always got into the buildings first, to let the others out. On this particular occasion, the memories he'd been suppressing were like gas filling up a container. It pushed at the edges of his mind until he could no longer hold them down. Memories of a Scarlet-clad woman with beautiful brown hair... a twin sister with a face like his... uncle with hair like his, sped through him as quickly as his developing powers. His body reacted poorly to the influx of memories, and so his newfound powers went haywire.

He accelerated the properties of the school on a molecular level and vaporized the wing of the school that he was in, in a nasty explosion. His friends outside were injured, and he was left in the rubble. He was imprisoned under court order in a high-powered facility, trapped in a containment cell. It was in the little free time that he had in the power juvenile detention center that Tommy learned to use his superhuman speed, as well as come to terms with his other life.

Following just under a year of imprisonment, Tommy was broken out of the prison by the Young Avengers; dorks in Halloween costume as he first dubbed them. He almost immediately noticed his female doppelganger in the group member named Wiccan, who was later confirmed to be his reincarnated twin sister. Together, the twins learned of their history with Wanda Maximoff, and all that related to it. Under the leadership of Captain America and Patriot, Tommy worked hard to be an Avenger, much to the dismay of his parents. He would fully renounce his family to join the team full time. He adopted the moniker "Speed" due to the frequent memories that sufficed of a witty, hyperactive uncle named Pietro he adored, and that nicknamed him Speedy. Obviously, Tommy removed the 'y' in hopes of criminals taking him more seriously.

While many of his teammates abandoned ship following the loss of their good friend, Hulkling, Tommy had made a pledge to be an Avenger and lost ties with his family for it. He would reject the Xavier School's offer to complete his secondary school tuition (because of his hatred for his mother and how she left his mind warped growing up and killed his uncle) to train like an Avenger, and superhero full-time.

Abilities:
Speed is classified as a 'speedster', a superhuman with the ability to move at exceptional speeds. His physiology is enhanced and designed to move at supersonic speeds. His fastest recorded speed is 800 miles per hour, just passing the speed of sound. Speed is able to run, move, and react at speeds far greater than the average human.

His brain processes information at an accelerated rate to match his bodily speed, enabling him to perceive his surrounding while traveling at very high velocities (makes it seem like the world is moving in slow motion). He is capable of reacting very fast because his brain and reflexes are adjusted for super-speed travel.

His physiology has adapted to encompass his superhuman speed. His stamina far surpasses that of the average human and allows Speed to use peak exertion for hours before complete exhaustion. He has stronger durability than average to help him withstand the G-forces, impact, and high friction levels when traveling at optimal speeds. While not moving, Speed's strength is identical to that of a regular human, though while combining motion with speed, his force increases.

Tommy is able to heal from wounds, lacerations, and broken bones at a highly accelerated rate. He is unable to regenerate lost limbs and appendages.

Tommy is able to move and generate hyper-kinetic vibrations that accelerate molecules in matter, causing them to separate or explode. It is in destabilizing molecules that Tommy is able to render himself intangible and move through objects. This ability is not nearly as 'passive' as those aforementioned and requires a level of focus that Speed most often lacks.

Skills:
Tommy is very flexible and agile. He is highly in tune with his body.
Due to the training received through S.H.I.E.L.D. and the Avengers, Tommy is an adept fighter that can hold his own. He primarily pairs his fighting ability with his speed to make for an unpredictable style of combat.
Tommy's ability to think outside of the box often comes out stupid initially, but actually demonstrates his resilience and ability to think on the fly.

Equipment/Weapons:
tumblr_pf450qD8t01v1dyr6_1280.png

Tommy's only piece of equipment on missions is a full-body armor commissioned by S.H.I.E.L.D. He didn't modify the suit because he'd always despised the flamboyant colors of superheroes meant to protect; he felt it was stupid, and kept the metal plates silver.
created the suit from a sophisticated anti-friction material to protect himself when running at superhuman speeds. The suit is composed of adamantium plates fused together with a synthetic fabric, the same composite material that NASA uses to protect spaceships during reentry, in order to avoid burning up from the immense air friction encountered when he runs, as well as being cold-resistant, in the event that it's exposed to extreme temperatures.

His body is covered entirely with protection pads scattered across the suit in various places, such as the torso, to better protect Speed, with the joints areas free for movement so he can run with little restriction. A Heads Up Display is fitted into the goggles of the suit, with communications planted on the side of the headgear.

Following the Young Avengers' loss of Theodora Altman, Tommy spray-painted the majority of his suit green to pay homage to his former comrade.

Extra
Tommy continues to experience visions, nightmares, dreams, of a life that he never lived with Wanda Maximoff.
He is the son of a corrupt politician, Frank Shepherd.
He often races for charity, and at times does endorsements for sports car companies.
Speed was polled as the favourite superhero amongst teenage girls; his charisma, hair, and smile taking home the cake.

Nickname(s): Trin, Marko, Tee Tee.
Alias(es): Dune.
Age: 25.
Affiliation(s): Owl's Gang (formerly).
Occupation: Professional Thief and Mercenary.

Race/Ethnicity: African-American/Hereditary Human Mutate.
Sexuality: Bisexual.
P.O.B. : Queens, New York.
D.O.B.: April 14.

Face Claim: Hannah John-Kamen.

Visage:
Hair: A mixture of various shades of brown that falls down onto Trinity's shoulders. Glossy and well-taken care of, Trinity's hair is often left down and flowing, but is styled in different ways from time to time.

Eyes: Blue-green mix.

Skin: Smooth, dark olive.

Height: 5 feet 6 inches.

Weight: 150 lbs.

Body Modifications: Trinity has had the following piercings done on both ears - standard lobe, helix, industrial, snug, and the rook. They are mostly all adorned, if not all, at the same time.

Distinguishing Features: Her earrings, eyes, and New York accent.

Personality
In one word, Trinity is simply described as ambitious. Somebody that always gets shit done. As quickly as Trinity was burdened with responsibility in her childhood, she never failed to overcome the obstacles placed before her. Trinity has an uncanny ability to adapt to situations thrust upon her. Unlike Trinity, not many people share this same ability. Due to this, Trinity prefers to stay to herself. Nobody quite understands the mental and physical struggles it takes to be as resilient as her, nor does she believe that having comrades in her line of duty particularly helps in producing the desired outcome.

She tends to bottle up her emotions, untrusting of both enemies and families. She wishes not to be a burden but has an inclination to help her loved ones whenever their problems arise; even if she has prior commitments needed to be fulfilled. She cares wholeheartedly for her loved ones, going to great lengths to assure their safety and care. While she doesn't love a lot of people, in the case that she somehow discovers a way to care, she pours it in wholeheartedly.

On the surface, Trinity tends to radiate confidence and self-assuredness even when things are going awry. In spite of her gory job, she tends to console herself with jokes and booze.

Vices: Headstrong, Stubborn, Violent, Untrusting, Self-Sacrificial.
Virtues: Determined, Ambitious, Passionate, Intuitive.

Hobbies: Trinity is a connoisseur of fine jewelry (comes with the job), regular at Denny's Boxing Gym, enjoys running and exercise, day drinking.
Quirks: None.

Moral Alignment: Chaotic neutral.
Motivation: Taking care of Curtis and Juniper.
Fears: Water, death of family, failure.

History
Sometimes villainy does run in the family, unfortunately, it's not always by choice. Trinity's father, William "Flint" Marko, was a star athlete in high school, competing in a wide variety of North American football circuits. Marko brought state-wide attention to New York and ruled sports highlights throughout the Early 2020s. He would suffer a knee injury in his senior year that would end his professional football aspirations. Feeling the pressure as his high school girlfriend had only just conceived his first child, Marko turned to a life of villainy to support his family. Marko provided the family with inconsistent cash from his alliances with the Sinister Six and New York mobster, Hammerhead as he often spent too much time in prison to truly impact the lives of his family thanks to a certain Wall-Crawler.

Trinity would grow up without a present father, and an abusive mother who'd turned to alcohol. Any mention of football or Flint caused Mabel Alverado to throw a fit, and drink herself to stupor as she tried to forget the life she could have had. As much as Trinity's mother professed her hate for her father, she would go on bear her brother, Curtis Marko, when she was 10, and sister, Juniper Marko, when she'd turned 14.

Growing up, Trinity adored the football games in spite of her mother's constant chastising. The pigskin didn't necessarily attract her, but instead the pretty women dressed in short-shorts, who were highly enthusiastic... Simply radiating all that she lacked in her old Queens apartment. Trinity learned to cheer like the girls she saw on television. Her mother couldn't afford a proper cheer squad, and so she learned routines and gymnastics at the community center after school. She quickly became talented in the sport, recognized by her school and various programs in the nation. Suddenly, things were looking up Marko--

Juniper's diagnosis had come seemingly out of nowhere. The family couldn't afford regular check-ups with the doctor, but with money saved up, they were able to address the constant pain crisis' of her little sister. She was only 17 when her sister had been diagnoses with the disease of the blood. With her mother's will to work and provide lessening, and her father incarcerated once again, Trinity was forced to pick between training to achieve her dreams or putting them on hold to work and provide the funds for her sister's needed medication. She chose the latter.

It was a difficult decision for a young girl to leave school and the dreams that came with it to take on the role of a mother when hers was very much alive, and yet Trinity had the strength to do it. She worked part-time and odd jobs for years before being contacted by a man calling himself the Owl on the way home from work, around the age of 20. He recognized her as the daughter of Flint Marko and enlightened her of gifts she didn't even know she had. The Owl trained her to tap into her ability to manipulate the sand around her, and eventually, she realized that she herself was composed entirely of sand. Trinity would go on to work for the Owl, who set her siblings up in a nicer apartment in Tribeca, with payment and other benefits.

Trinity would work as a lethal thief and assassin, utilizing her hunger and abilities to attain the needed results. Still, with the Owl hoping to ascend in New York's food chain of crime bosses, Trinity's missions and tasks have only grown more and more violent, much to her dismay.

Abilities:
Like her father, Trinity is classified as a 'human mutate', a hereditary trait passed down from her father's exposure to Roxxon experimentation. Trinity's genetic structure is comprised entirely of sand, down to the granular level. Millions of sand particles are what build up her figure, and she has since learned to manipulate the structure of said strand as well as the sand around her. She is able to shift and mold parts of herself, or the entirety of it on a dangerous scale. Trinity is also capable of absorbing the sand around her to increase in strength and size.

Because she is able to mold and manipulate her sand, Trinity is able to shift the color and texture of it in order to take on the appearance of other people down to the finest detail. Her ability to shift into the appearances of other people is only limited by how much she remembers one's appearance, and her ability to stay in a form outside of her dormant one before fatigue grows.

Due to not being completely human, but entirely comprised of sentient sand, Trinity is theoretically immortal. She no longer ages, nor does she require food, water, or air for sustenance. Bullets simply tear through her sand, and most blades are destroyed on impact when she's hardened.

Unfortunately, there are many weaknesses that come with Trinity's peculiar ability. She is highly susceptible to water as it can soften the sand granules that she is comprised of, lessening her control over herself as she sticks together. In these instances, she's forced to wait for herself to dry. High temperatures (2,000 degrees Fahrenheit and above) also cause her silicate composition to fuse together, turning her into glass. Lastly, it is believed that amidst the millions of sand granules that make up Trinity, one of them houses her soul. Isolating said granule would separate her from the rest of her sand, leaving her unable to function and virtually dead.

Skills:
Partly because of her metahuman ability and her daily fitness regime, Trinity is in peak human condition, surpassing even some Olympic-level athletes.
She is an expert acrobat, and parkour artist, capable of maneuvering through tight spaces and crevices by manipulating her size and shape as well as utilizing her own innate flexibility.
Trinity is a master of stealth and disguise. She is capable of assimilating quickly into foreign environments, whether it is quickly picking up social cues, taking up costumes, or managing to walk without making a sound.
She is an expert combatant, both armed and unarmed. Trinity is well aware of a variety of martial arts forms, more specifically the grappling that goes into boxing and MMA. She utilizes this in tandem with her sand shifting capabilities. Trinity is also capable of using a wide array of firearms.
Lastly, Trinity is multilingual, fluent in: English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Spanish, French, and Hindi.

Equipment/Weapons:
Ghost-in-Ant-Man-and-the-Wasp-2018-ant-man-42884185-540-350.gif

With specs stolen from the Future Foundation, Leland Owsley provided Trinity with a costume comprised of unstable molecules, a staple invention of the Fantastic Four. The suit shifts along with each and every granule that Trinity is comprised of, allowing her to change her size, shape, and appearance, while it remains donned on her person. Due to this, the color scheme of the suit is able to shift depending on the environment and the sort of mission that Trinity is required. Darker/black for stealth, beige/light brown in the desert, darker green in the jungle, and grey during urban environments.

It also shifts into the clothes that she wears on a daily basis.

The suit provides added durability when Trinity is in combat without any of the extra weight given by kevlar armors for instance. The weave made by the Fantastic Four is bulletproof, and fire retardant, holding off most flame-based attacks as they can quickly turn her to glass. They also allow little to any water too.

When removed from Trinity's person, the suit reverts to its dormant grey colour scheme.

"The power we hold... it makes them fear us. But I can't control their fear. Only my own." - Billie Kaplan, Wiccan

Basics
Full Name: Elizabeth Kaplan
Nickname(s): Billie, by most people, Lizzie by a few.
Alias(es): Wiccan, Billie Maximoff
Age: 20
Affiliation(s): Young Avengers (sort of), X-Men, SHIELD (on lay)

Race/Ethnicity: Caucasian
Sexuality: Lesbian
P.O.B. : Buffalo, New York
D.O.B.: April 13, 2049

Face Claim: Danielle Rose Russell

Visage:
Hair: Auburn (lighter/darker depending on light and time of year)
Eyes: Light-blue
Skin: Smooth, warm ivory colour
Height: 5'3"
Weight: 135lbs
Body Modifications: n/a
Distinguishing Features: Passionate brow, soft jaw, bright eyes (that tend to glow blue when powers in use)

Personality:
Persona: For all intents and purposes, Billie seeks to come off as her best self to others. She maintains geniality, patience and a good-spirit in the face of strangers. Perhaps this is due to her upbringing with high expectations and little room for failure, but Billie almost forces herself to juggle as many projects and relationships as possible. Maybe it gives her a rush, or maybe it fills the very obvious void in her heart, but keeping herself busy is the only way she can silence her loud inner-mind. Being neat, orderly and put-together is Billie's usual temperance, and if you catch her slacking or being lazy and messy that's a clear sign that something's up. When she was younger she did a much better job at controlling her feelings and keeping a cool disposition, but as she's gotten older and her powers have developed that's begun to falter rather dramatically.

Only recently has Billie really come to terms with the swirling vortex of emotions and sensitivity that she holds within her. Practicing mindfulness and gratitude, she tries to accept and recognize her emotions rather than bottle them up. Loudly she will voice her opinion on something, especially if she doesn't like it. On habit though, some really sensitive topics will garner a cold shoulder and a stern glare from the brunette. She cares and she cares a lot, often in the form of vague nagging or being overly bothersome. Though she's highly aware she can be too much, her personal interests take centrefold and she'll trudge on forward until she's satisfied. Personal wrongs fester and build within the girl, as peaceful as she claims to be. She will muster over something for days before really coming to terms with the situation. Spontaneity is not her strong suit, though she wishes to be impulsive and interesting rather than the most stubborn holder of grudges known to man.

Above all Billie values the safety of those around her, and their own happiness, sometimes at the cost of hers. Getting too invested is a good way for Billie to get hurt, but she continues to do it anyway. She was more than glad to lock herself away at Xavier's school if it meant getting a grip on her abilities to avoid any more fatalities or harm. She longs for close relationships but the growing feeling that she's far more of a burden than an ally has begun to cloud her mind. Worst of all, she's convinced that with the recent departure of her ex-girlfriend, Hulkling, that everything she toes really does go to shit. Coming to terms with her powers was one thing, but dealing with a self-sustained guilt and neurotic doubt? A whole other can of worms.

Vices: Over-emotional, Controlling, Bitter, Stubborn
Virtues: Patient, Bold, Conscientious, Compassionate

Hobbies: Sudoku puzzles, finding random facts on the internet and taking random quizzes, baking (mostly cookies and cakes), collecting old movies
Quirks: Tugs hair when anxious, smiles when nervous, often repeats songs for hours, stargazes in the middle of the night

Moral Alignment: Chaotic Good
Motivation: To discover herself, her powers, and carve her own path in the world she's been literally forced into. To not be the boogeyman that her 'mother' was once.
Fears: Losing herself to her abilities, hurting loved ones and allies, becoming someone's weapon

History
Background: Elizabeth Kaplan was born to Hannah and Declan Kaplan in Buffalo, born early and surprisingly fast on Friday the 13th. There wasn't much to think of the association, save for a few jokes that that their daughter something special indeed. Hannah and Declan were two very normal, upper middle-class people. Hannah was a child psychologist and Declan was a neurologist, neither with any history of mutants or supernatural abilities in their family. The Kaplans were a happy, suburban family. Very much in love, they passed on their mutual care to their blossoming daughter. Lizzie, as she was known in her youth, never got to experience the hardships of family life. Sure there were a few odd spats between her parents, usually based off silly things, but she witnessed time and time again how they would hug and apologize after every fight. Her childhood was... normal. Even to the present day Billie recalls her early years fondly; her earliest memory being a particularly memorable Christmas morning that involved their dog stealing cookies off the counter, a few accidentally burnt presents and a scorched tree. It was the most peace that she would get, however.

There were few faults in her early childhood, but the expectations once she went to grade school began to show up like buzzing gnats. Though subtle, her mother would encourage various after school activities and in-school clubs that Lizzie join. If it wasn't the Model UN club in fifth grade, it was the Debate club. Lizzie had sports lined up for every season, with only a few weeks of break inbetween that she spent on final projects for school and various clubs. She did ballet. She did jazz. Her interests fluctuated and were distorted by her mother's own encouragement and borderline forcing of Lizzie to keep her mind active. Summer breaks weren't breaks, they were going to camp. Though too young to really voice her concern, the anxieties and depression of young Lizzie began to grow at that point, with the young girl fostering a smile in the face of adversity and holding her hands behind her back to stop them from shaking.

Her powers had small, baby inclinations since she was about nine or ten years old, but nothing really developed and no one thought anything of it. Occasionally things would 'move', so to say, but Lizzie wasn't aware that she was doing it. Once or twice she remembered stains and spots she'd accidentally made in the ground vanishing with a few scrubs of her cloth and a handful of repetitive and hasty phrases about the carpet staying clean. Things didn't really 'heat' up until she was in high school.

Lizzie'd only had a handful of friends growing up. Most were connected to the groups and sports she joined, but little had any lasting impact. Maybe they found her annoying, but she never knew. She'd have vivid dreams of a life she never lived, and a best friend that she'd never met. A brother. Lizzie was an only child, which fueled her loneliness and desire to fit in. When she got to high school, the brutality of fellow females showed true face. She was bullied, rather harshly, for what seemed to be nothing by people she thought she considered friends from the summer prior. Rather than let it get to her, Lizzie would seek to avoid and escape the bullies. It worked for a time, but the attempts became worse and worse. The harassment was never ending, and after a vicious confrontation in the halls, Lizzie found out why the most venomous of the girls-- Rachel-- was particularly nasty: a rumor, apparently, spread that the two had kissed at summer camp and dated.

It was mind-blowing to Lizzie that the girl'd be so defensive about it, but it made the already closeted girl recede further and further into her shell. She'd never thought that she'd have to think about being outed, and had spent little time even thinking about her own sexuality up until that point. Seeking an escape Lizzie applied herself harder and harder to school, but in a random request by her mother to mend those broken ties with her ex-friends, she was told to join the cheerleading squad. It was a horrible thing for Lizzie, who at the time considered herself quite tomboyish but quickly developing and losing those androgynous benefits. Though it was fun, she felt nothing but eyes lingering on her at all times. One of the football players, Dustin, came up to her after a practice and asked her out. Liz-- unsure of herself at many levels-- relented once she realized that it would be the canon fodder needed to get the accusations of her being gay off her back.

Dustin was a nice guy, and he proved patient though he clearly had much more intimate intentions with dating Liz. She, naive and confused, rebuffed his attempts and ended up breaking the poor guy's heart. Unfortunately for Liz, Dustin had also been on Rachel's radar. Finding out that Liz had broken his heart, Rachel figured it a personal attack and grew a sadistic resentment for Liz. Homecoming came and Dustin, on one last chance, asked Liz to it. Behind the scenes, Rachel was keen to orchestrate these events to a T. She told Dustin what to say. She told him what to do and how to ask. When Liz said yes, it started the doomsday clock-- in a figurative sense.

Her powers that had started out so small when she was younger had really started to come into play at this point. Liz did everything she could to keep it from her parents. The psionic energy built within her, and the dreams only got worse. She could swear that sometimes she heard voices, calling out the name Billy. They only increase over the years, and just before the Incident, she came to the realization: she was Elizabeth Maximoff, she had a twin brother (somewhere), and that her mother was the infamous Scarlet Witch.

The Homecoming Dance came and things went rather swimmingly. It was during the reception from Homecoming Queen and King, however, when Dustin and Liz won, that things went particularly sour. Going onto the stage, accepting her flowers, Liz was then suddenly drenched by oncoming buckets of ice cold water, and behind them on the screen broadcasted snippets of Liz's diary-- that had somehow been swiped-- airing out all her personal and emotional issues. Rachel and her lackeys, with Dustin standing by the side thankful to get his own petty revenge, roused the crowd into a laughter.

It was a step too far, and with the burdening emotions and powers within Billie having been stuffed down, they finally exploded. With it, like the hiss of a tea kettle, the entire gymnasium descended into pandemonium. An entire blast of psionic energy, radiating from Billie, lashed out on those in her vicinity. The surge of energy cause the powers to hiss and spit, exploding out. A few people were launched across the room, and though no one was hurt, it was the blue light eminating from Billie's eyes and the shuddering power from her fingertips that told everyone exactly what they were seeing.

Once her parents found out what happened, they were more concerned that she had powers this whole time than the trauma she'd gone through. Though uncharacteristic, it only cemented a few facts within Liz. She was truly, and utterly, different from everyone around her. The incident at the school, and while it claimed no lives it did send at least ten people to the hospital with borderline life-threatening wounds, managed to catch the immediate attention of many people. Jean Grey, specifically, reached out and offered to house the girl for proper schooling at Xavier's. The Kaplan's, new to this whole mutant thing, relented.

She enjoyed staying at Xavier's, making a few friends, and feeling like understanding was slowly approaching. Like playing a puzzle, things were beginning to make sense. The dreams were only getting more vivid while there, and Liz confided in Jean about them. It was some help, having someone who understood the world and upbringing that Liz didn't, but there were still many questions left to be answered.

Just as quickly as it had happened, Liz was quickly removed from her new home and... recruited. It was a program, they said, for vulnerable and powered people with incredible potential. They knew who she was, without her even telling them about the dreams she'd had and how she'd been able to make sense of it. The Young Avengers were Billie's first friends, finally among her own people. The Young Avengers were also when she met the girl who would end up being the love of her life: Theodora Altman. The two didn't know it at the time, and their friendship came first, but love blossomed not too long after. For the first time in a long time, beyond just living a good life Billie was living... her life. When they freed the Speedster from juvie, it was meeting Tommy for the first time that she realized that this had been the brother she'd spent so many years wondering about. By some otherworldly providence, they finally met. It was one of the final puzzle pieces that clicked into place for the girl.

Maybe she was cocky. Maybe she was far too happy with her life-- but good things came to an end just as quick as she'd had time to savour them. After her blunder in Sokovia, probably the one she regrets and fears about herself the most, things went downhill. It was a slow trickle over the course of two years, but culminated when Theodora left. She'd offered Billie the chance to go with her, just for a time, and to marry but it was... too much. Doubting herself and their relationship, the two amicably broke up, but not without substantial heartbreak on Billie's part. Rather than wait for anything bad to happen again, and just before anything did, Billie locked herself back down at Xavier's for an indefinite amount of time. She was no longer infatuated with the Young Avengers, and what they held. She just wanted to stop hurting.

Abilities:
Powers: Billie has a firm grasp on her psionic abilities, which include telekinesis and a range of psionic offensive and defensive tricks (psionic blasts which she can wield as a forcefield, though that's less powerful than her offensive attack, and has become pretty good at how to 'fly' by wielding her psionic energy to push herself off the ground and land safely). These are reminiscent of her mother, Wanda Maximoff's, abilities though Billie's eyes glow blue and her own energy manifests in a similar colour. Unique to herself, which is how the name Wiccan came to be, she has a grasp on some strange magic abilities. Transmutation and Clairvoyance she can wield, triggered by the repetition of the request "Where's Tommy/Where's Tommy/Where's Tommy" or "Turn to cup/Turn to cup/Turn to cup" (usually about three times is charm).

The limits for transmutation include that she has not acquired the ability to change any person into an inanimate object, nor vice versa-- though, once she swore that she heard the heartbeat of a small toy elephant she'd transmutated from a porcelain cup. If she can see it, visualize, and focus she can change the object in question. Touching is a stronger indication of the spell succeeding. Her limits for clairvoyance include needing to make eye contact or direct skin contact with the subject. She cannot see words or subtext for memories, but she will gain flashes of perspective from the subject. What she gathers from it is up to her and her own conclusions. Emotions are strongly transferred from the subject's memories to Billie, and sometimes she will have lasting emotional reactions that may severely impede her cognition afterward.

Her psionic and mental abilities are quite draining, and vulnerable to her emotions. A bad headspace can put Billie at a disadvantage with her abilities, either making them hard to control or hard to wield. Burying her feeling and emotions makes the psionic energy fester until it blooms outward, often with disparaging consequences. Anything that isn't basic telekinesis or transmutation and clairvoyance is wholly dependent on her resting energy level.
Skills: Billie's got great stamina, having done a plethora of sports in high school and built up her lung capacity and ability to run long distances. She can move fast, nothing superpowered, but sometimes she's a bit clumsy as well if she moves with too much intention. She's got basic self defense, but relies mostly on her psionic blasts as a form of fighting. Her right side is her blind side, and most often gets taken by surprise if someone comes from that side.
Equipment/Weapons: Outfitted in a basic red cloak, headpiece, and issued super outfit, Billie becomes Wiccan. No weapons, but she does carry around whatever SHIELD or whoever is calling the shots requires. When she's not suited up, she does carry pepper spray with her.

Lucia's able to track and hunt, using a combination of internet and natural-world resources to her disposal. She's notoriously bad at phone, though, even though she can manage a computer well enough. She does much better in the real-world, with hands-on experiences and interactions giving her a benefit.

Personality:
Persona
:
First impressions usually aren't the greatest with Violet. She comes off as cold, distant, that thousand-yard stare going straight through you. Though that's just what she was taught to do. You don't speak unless spoken to, you don't make eye contact but you keep your head up to show respect. Not many people actually know what's wrong with her, they have no idea it's a conditioned behavior. So sometimes, you come away with the impression that she thinks she better than you. That's not the case. Because of her conditioning, Violet developed an inferior to complex, physiological conditioning to ensure she never talked back or revolted against whoever she was assigned to. Constantly gaslighting herself, second-guessing every decision she ever makes, wondering if anything she does is ever actually worth it. It's a very vicious cycle. And due to her paranoia, she second-guesses everyone who ever interacts with her, wondering about alternative motives or if they really mean what they say. It's extremely difficult to get close to anyone, even when Violet realizes she doesn't need to overthink everything.

Not exactly an easy thing to get out of.

But those who can get past the walls she's built around herself and can interact with the true Violet, they get an entirely different story. Not that anything mentioned above isn't true, or don't persist into the few relationships she managed to form, she's managed to let herself relax a little. Able to enjoy a few of the nicer things in life, with a somewhat childish sense of humor, Violet can actually be fairly sweet at times. Sometimes, she comes off as a bit naive(stupid to rude people) because of her lack of general knowledge. She's embarrassed by the fact she doesn't know a lot about their world, or that she can't read or write. But Violet has expressed a desire to learn, despite wanting to keep the issues to herself until she truly trusts someone enough to ask for help. She's always putting others a move herself, mostly in silent actions, but often it would mean throwing herself into danger. She wants to be a good person, and she truly tries...but life didn't give her a good hand.
Vices:
- Untrusting - Her first 15 years were nothing but secrets, misdirections, and shady shit. Therefore, she can't trust anything at face value.
- Secretive - All that shady shit has resulted in Violet herself being a bit shady
- Paranoid - HYdRA instilled a healthy mix of this in her personality, always second-guessing everyone, never getting too close to anyone, hell she can't even be on camera without her anxiety spiking
- Unforgiving - If you end up getting her mad, and she decides to hold a grudge, you are never getting off her shit list. This also means she's a great person for taking revenge.
- Inferiority Complex - Much like how everything else was meant to keep her under HYDRA control, Violet has no self-confidence whatsoever. She constantly believes that everyone is better than her no matter what.
- Emotionally Stunted - After years of abuse, gaslighting, and general neglect, Violet has a hard time processing her own emotions which can lead to her getting overwhelmed or shutting down.
Virtues:
- Hardworking - Violet is driven, and doesn't like to leave things half done. She also more often than not, works to the best of her ability and is known for getting the job done
- Open-Minded - She's seen plenty of things, and knows that certain situations aren't what they seem. Not to mention, she's not exactly in a place to judge anyone
- Eager to Learn - There's plenty Violet doesn't know about the world, and she wants to learn. But she wants someone who won't judge her to help.
- Adaptable - She's able to quickly adapt to new situations, both survival, and combat. However...social situations are still rough for her
- Loyal - But only to the few people who have proven their worth and that they can be trusted. Otherwise, no chance.

Hobbies:
- Watching movies
- Naps
- Training
- Cooking
Quirks:
- Nail-biting
- Violet can't really read or write but does know sign Language
- Tends to use the phonetic alphabet rather than the usual one
- Is always tapping her feet, drumming her fingers, or using some kind of toy to release extra/nervous energy
cd9b113ba5ee46b9f24b9b7a25eaf3f4.gif
Moral Alignment:
Chaotic Neutral
Motivation:
Survival mostly, but at the same time, she does want to try and help others affected by Operation Rebirth
Fears:
- Drowning
- Being recaptured by HYDRA
- Beetles

History
Background
:
logo_200x200.png
Operation Rebirth, a covert HYDRA-funded program that has been well hidden from the public, heroes, and villains alike. The program took 100 different female HYDRA operatives and implanted them with DNA taken from prominent mutants to create their children. Another 100 DNA samples were then subjected to a cloning process in case natural children failed. HYDRA hoped to create soldiers they could use for improving their own numbers. Violet is one of these children. Part of batch V, the first child born, she's a child of the X-Man Colossus. Her mother was Agent Johnson, a hard-working woman of some renown who was reluctant to join the program at first, but the benefits of joining Operation Rebirth outweighed the cons.

She was stationed at The Playground, one of five identical facilities built underground across the US. The Playground is in upstate New York, built under a lake and camouflaged from pretty much every high-tech detection technology there is. Agent Johnson lived there with 20 other women, all a part of Operation Rebirth until they had their children. After they were born, the women spent another 6 months in the facility, undergoing regular health checks and desensitization so they no longer felt connected to their children before they were finally released. The children, however, were left behind. They were cared for by a group of scientists and project heads, given everything they needed to survive and develop healthily, but nothing more.

The experiments began when each child reached the age of two. They would receive a round of booster shots to help the future development of their mutations and began to undergo minimal training meant to help prepare them for future combat training. This training was of course games meant for toddlers. Not only that, but the children were fought their basic needs, and how to speak. But to keep them under control in the future, Operation Rebirth decided the best choice of action was to keep them from learning how to read and write. They were taught other useful things, however, such as the phonetic alphabet and HYDRA codes.

Violet, or how she was known in the Playground, V1-0L-3T, was five when the caretakers began to start working on early mutation triggers. She, along with the other children, were all given a second round of booster shots. And one by one, their training began. Beaded on their mutant parent's DNA, they were sorted into mental and physical groups, then divided based on predicted powers. Violet was in a group with two other children who had a parent with very physical powers. Training started immediately, once again disgusted as games such as tag and hide and seek. As they grew, the guise of games slowly vanished to combat and stress training. Another round of booster shots was administered when they were all seven, and they had the very first power manifestation. It went horribly wrong though, causing one of the mentally based children to cause their own head to implode.

It was gruesome but the experiments continued. Another two years would pass and another round of booster shots, stress, and combat training only getting more and more strenuous Until they had another breakthrough. This time, a child made with Emma Frost's DNA and Violet herself. Violet's triggered during a simulation with a guard who was armed with a real gun. He managed to shoot her twice before her power mutated, her skin getting encased in a steel-like metal. That's exactly what they were hoping for, and Violet would be their first true success. Unfortunately, she quickly became a lab rat for the scientists. In their minds, to discover how exactly her powers worked, they needed a good insight as to how her body worked. So she was out under the knife (no anesthesia), her body cut open. They explored how her muscles worked now that they were made of the same organic steel-like metal Colossus possessed. It functioned as metal, but it wasn't quite the same atomically. Violet's life didn't get better as she was separated from the other kids and her training was drastically increased. If she didn't fight, she wouldn't live.

When she reached the age of 12, Violet was sent out into the field for the first time on a recovery mission. Get in, secure the target, get out. Whatever means necessary. It was a successful mission, as it was staged to see how well Violet's programming stuck. And it looked as if it had been a resounding success. Three years would pass, a few hundred HYDRA missions, and 32 confirmed kills at the hands of Sentinel, Violet would finally get her chance to leave during a winter storm. They were at some mountain, Violet isn't too sure which, recovering some alien tech when the enemy engaged. But with the low visibility, Violet was able to slip away. She wouldn't make it far before collapsing from exhaustion, ready to die to avoid going back to her handlers, instead, someone found her. She wasn't entirely sure who it was...but they immediately slapped cuffs on her wrists and her vision went dark.

When she awoke, Violet was in a cell with a glass door she couldn't break. She had been changed, and could only see metallic halls. A woman would approach when Violet was aware enough and introduced herself as Jean Gray. Violet gave her serial number, which only seemed to confirm something for Jean. For a year, Violet was kept in that small cell. She was cared for, but each day was an onslaught of questions and anger when Violet couldn't answer. Jean made Violet's head feel weird, she doesn't like her. But, after a year, Violet was let out. A small bracelet was placed on her wrist, which someone explained was to keep her from leaving the island, Violet was given a room and limited freedom to the school. While she was here, Violet made very few acquaintances and even fewer friends. There was one girl who tried to help teach her how to read and write, but only had a small amount of time once a week. And then the boy who showed her some fun movies. But the most interesting one to meet was Colossus himself

Much older now than when she first learned of him, Violet was allowed to take place in some of his combat classes. And despite their powers being almost identical, the old man seemed to be oblivious as to what that meant. Not that it mattered. Violet left shortly after meeting him thanks to the incident. While minding her own business, someone decided it would be best to try and sneak up on her. He got himself thrown through about five or six bookshelves and ended up seriously injured. Jean Gray gave Violet no choice and exiled her from the school. To protect their own, despite Violet being one of them.

Adjusting to the streets of New York was much harder than Violet expected. It was an odd world where some of her scars would cause people to run for cover, and others to offer her a needle. She only seemed to settle in and find her groove after finding a small homeless community. They were friendly people just down on their luck. Some of them would help her find odd jobs, one or two of them helped her learn how money worked, and they all have her great advice. And better yet, none of them judged her. Violet would spend nights split between that community and a homeless shelter some of the women had pointed out so she was safe and able to shower. Her biggest break came when someone let her in one some back street brawls for cash, and Violet not knowing what else to do, decided to try her hand. For the past six months, Sentinel has been undefeated, her name sending fear through those wanting to fight for a few extra bucks.

Though recently, Violet has been seeing some unfamiliar suits roaming the warehouse. Rumor has it, they're SHIELD. And whether they're looking to arrest or recruit...neither sounds good to Violet.

Abilities:
Powers
:
- WOMAN OF STEEL -
Metal Muscles
: This is why, if you ever asked her to go swimming, Violet would very quickly decline. Also why picking her up is pretty hard unless you can lift about 500 pounds. All of her muscles, while still acting like normal muscles, are steel. Which in turn, gives her a lot more strength than it looks like she has. She's easily able to hold her own with someone who had super strength but can still be overpowered. But that does mean she's stronger than other normal humans. Those in peak condition could hold their own with her (though pinching steel seems like a bad idea), but given the chance, she could overpower them. This doesn't mean all fights are an immediate win favoring her, as while she had decent training, she's still lacking in practical applications...as it's rude to use an advanced technique against normal people. Her bones, by the way, are still plenty breakable. They are not steel and while they have adapted to handle her weight, they still break.

Steel Skin: Those metal muscles aren't around all the time. Violet has to choose between strength and being bulletproof. The steel from her muscles will seep out through her pores and cover her, making her a perfect little wrecking ball. While no enhanced strength, it's still pretty easy to just beat her way through something or someone while she's basically a giant brass knuckle. Though she's still not totally invincible, large-caliber rounds can crack her steel skin. Heat-based weapons, if hot enough to melt steel, can severely harm her in both forms given she's reliant on the steel to...you know, actually move. Still can't swim in this form. Outside of it, she still has normal durability, so if she doesn't reinforce herself before doing something stupid, expect her to get hurt.

- Violet has decent control over her power, though given its nature that isn't an extremely difficult task. It is hard for her to pull punches on occasions it's needed, and often finds herself accidentally hurting people more than intended. The transformation between having enhanced strength to immense durability is not painless nor is it instant. It requires a decent amount of concentration and at least ten seconds depending on what she's changing. A full body shift takes a lot longer than just shifting her arm. And she loses her enhanced strength once the shift is complete. Which means she can only have one or the other at any given time.

- As her skull is always covered in metal, either with her muscles or skin, mind readers have a difficult time breaking through. She's not immune to illusions as those are visual or auditory, but she does have a higher resistance to direct mental manipulation.

- Violet can't swim, metal detectors hate her, she can never use an elevator with other people, and chlorine is detrimental. In her normal form of steel muscles, any exposure to chlorine causes extremely itchy and painful hives. While having metal skin, it causes patches of rust and complicates her breathing. Upon shifting back to her standard form, she'll have the hives and burns. Normally they go away after a few days and some major allergy medicine, but Violet hates them.

- Magnetic charges and fields can either be a useful tool or harmful. Powerful magnets can render her unable to move, and cause immense pain. Simple kitchen magnets won't do anything but make her fingers tingle. And she's not a giant fan of EMPs either.

Equipment/Weapons:
All of her equipment was stolen from HYDRA when she defected, and later modified by some of the tech-heads who worked for Jean Gray and later, SHIELD

- Bodysuit: A black bodysuit with short sleeves and bottoms that end at her knees made of a knife resistance/fireproof material, it's actually pretty good protection. The chest region is padded in a way that resembles body armor. It's lightweight, and despite being skin tight, it doesn't restrict movement.

- Gloves: Fingertip-less, padded knuckle gloves that protect her hands when she's punching things in standard form. They're made from the same material as her bodysuit, and have grips on the palms to make gripping things easier.

- Combat Knife: A blade on one side, serrated edge on the other, a guard, and other combat knife things, this was a standard issue for Operation Rebirth agents. She kept it as a reminder and...well, it's a good knife.

- Advanced Half-Mask- Everyone needs to keep their identity a secret, and Violet is no exception. So her mask is made from a lightweight but durable metal, the inside cushioned for comfort. It covered her nose, jawline, basically the entire lower half of her face. The mask itself has a few functions. It filters out toxins and smoke (though Chlorine in large quantities still seems to slip through), it protects her jaw from getting broken, and when it senses she's been submerged in water, it acts as a rebreather so she has a significantly lower chance of drowning up to a depth of 400 feet. Any more and the rebreather can break and would need to be replaced.

ZAHAIR

the sun will rise and set regardless
what we choose to do with the light while it is there
is up to us. choose wisely.
— DOSSIER & VISAGE.
Name: Zahair Marcel Cassidy.
Nicknames: None | Zahair is a pretty difficult name to create a nickname for, so he doesn’t really have any. As for her hero alias he goes by “Daybreak” It was given to him by the media when he first made his appearance. He just went with it, thinking that it suited him perfectly

Age: 31 years old
Affiliation: Brotherhood of Mutants (Past) , War Dogs (Currently)
Race/Ethnicity: Wakandan-American
Sexuality: Bisexual
Place of Birth: Queens, New York
Date of Birth: February 18th, 2019

Hair: An interesting combination of ginger and brown. Zahair has 4c hair, due to the dryness that comes with it he makes sure to keep it moisturized, thus it’s shiny appearance. His hair is faded at the sides and back, with the top part twisted into short locs. He likes to get them braided in different styles from time to time.
Eyes: Beautiful, shimmering gold. He’s been told that his eyes remind people of warmth of a sunny day.
Skin: Dark Brown and radiant. Zahair is every bit of sun kissed, as if some solar deity blessed him. He takes care of his skin just like his hair.
Height: 6’2”
Weight: 200lbs
Body Modifications: Earlobe piercings
Distinguishing Features: His eyes
— PERSONA.
Personality: To outsiders Zahair is nothing short of a mystery, an enigma that leaves people asking if they truly know him or not and that’s just the way that he likes it. That doesn’t mean that he isn’t a sociable person however. When it comes to interacting with others he doesn’t mind and can seemingly fit in with nearly any type of group. There’s something about the way that he carries himself that makes him stand out in a crowd. He has a quiet sort of confidence, a certain swagger that helps him charm others even if he doesn’t say a word.

As with everyone, there are different facets of his personality of course. There are parts of him that those who know him often see. If there’s one thing about Zahair, he’s not the type to lose his cool regularly. Some would even go as far as to compare his patience to that of a saint’s or a monk. He’s able to keep his cool under pressure, something that he worked on over time. He knows how to collect himself when faced with something that may upset him. Zahair isn’t one for rash decisions either. Instead his decision making is well thought out so when he finally makes up his mind, he knows that the outcome is what’s best. He’s a rational person through and through.

Zahair is a determined individual, an ambitious person who focuses on his goals and achieving them by nearly any means necessary. In this aspect he has a borderline one tracked one. He definitely isn’t the type to give up easily. With this type of tunnel vision on what he wants Zahair can push others away in favor of whatever obstacle he has in his way. It doesn’t help that he’s kind of distance in the first place. He has a hard time forming close connections with others because this.

It was through loss that caused Zahair to become the independent person that he is today. He tries to rely on no one but himself, because at the end of the day, that’s all that he has. No matter what happens, through rain or snow, Zahair will make sure that he’s straight. He has plenty of book and street smarts to look after himself. Asking for help is something that he doesn’t like doing, as he feels indebted to people when he does.

With his status as a mutant there have been hardships in his life. Zahair is well aware of how others view people like him but he will not shrink himself to that they’re comfortable. He refuses to be ashamed of what he is, who he is and he wants the same for other mutants as well. Zahair wants change and he wants it done now. He’s tired of being treated as other by the public, tired of his rights being denied and looked at as a threat.

Moral Alignment: Chaotic Good

Virtues: Patient, Independent, Determined, Ambitious, Confident, Humanistic, Strong-willed
Vices: Aloof, Stubborn, Insensitive, Rebellious, Obstinate, Cynical, Radical
Hobbies: Volunteering, Working out, Collecting vintage zippo lighters, Cooking, Bowling

Quirks: Ambidextrous, Always wears some type of chain or earring, Sings to himself when alone.
Motivation: To protect and help his community thrive. Equal rights for mutants through change. To take care of his brother until he wakes up.
Fears: Failing to meet his goals. Losing his brother.

— ABILITES
Solar Manipulation - Zahair has the ability to manipulate and produce solar energy . His ability is versatile and can be used offensively and defensively in a number of ways, like shooting solar blasts or releasing beams from his eyes.

  • Weapon Creation: He can create weapons of pure solar energy that shine brightly. He can control the intensity of both the light and heat of his weapons. Zahair usually manifests this ability in the form of a whip or shield.
  • Heat Manipulation - Zahair can manipulate the heat of his body. Currently the highest temperature that he’s reached is 2,800°F. He can easily melt some metals and turn things to dust with this ability. He is able to create a dome of bright light and heat that others are unable to look into without hurting their eyes. And if surrounded themselves, they can suffer from extreme dehydration or fainting.
  • Solar Flight - With the help of his power Zahair is able to take flight when he surrounds himself in solar energy. It gives him the appearance of a shooting star some say.
  • Enhanced Condition - Zahair has increased stamina due to his power, especially during the day. By converting it into energy he is at his top physical peak. He is stronger than the average human as well.

Drawbacks

  • Daylight - The daylight is Zahair’s biggest ally when it comes to his power. Though he produces his own solar energy his power is more effective during the day, where he can absorb more energy from the sun itself. At night his power is dimmed, not as bright under the light of the moon. Because of this he saves his energy, instead using it to give him a boost physically.
  • Stealth - His power isn’t the most subtle. Zahair isn’t really good for missions focused on stealth, as his power is one of the more out there types. A flying ball of light is a dead giveaway for enemies to spot.
  • Unpredictable - Zahair is able to control his powers, specifically the solar energy that he releases in the form of bolts, balls, or streams, but they are unpredictable. Once it hits a target the fire can easily spread and do damage if not put out probably. He has to be careful of how he handles them, less he wants to burn things down without meaning to.

Equipment/Weapons:
Daybreak’s Suit - Zahair’s was given a suit by the Brotherhood of Mutants, but it was highly upgraded once he went to Wakanda. His suit is heavily infused with vibranium and was made to constantly adjust to the temperature that his power gives off. Vibranium is completely vibration absorbent, making it near indestructible. His suit can absorb the impact from high caliber weapons, falls, or hits. The suit is stored within a bracelet that he wears, similar to T’Challa’s necklace.
— BACKGROUND.
Background: Zahair was born in Jamaica, Queens inside the apartment complex that he would spend the majority of his life in. His mother often told him about the details of her pregnancy and his birth much to his horror and his father’s amusement. Like all pregnant women Eureka was prone to hot flashes, feeling too warm at times even if the temperature was perfect. But with Zahair her hot flashes were something else entirely. There were times when Eureka’s body had warmed up so much that her lover couldn’t approach her, couldn’t touch her without sweating bullets. Bakari, his father, liked to joke that this only seemed to happen whenever he got too close. They knew that their child would be anything but normal and like any parents, they worried.

It wasn’t easy to find someone who knew what they were dealing with, they were an odd case after all. Too many of the doctors seemed all too eager to do some type of intense examinations while others turned them away outright, not wanting to deal with people like them. The two parents were very aware of how the world looked at people labeled as other, mutants to be exact. So they had to look in other places for help. It was because of this that they discovered a small community of mutants where they lived. And thus they were in safe hands.

Zahair’s birth was something to behold. His mother had opted for a water birth given the amount of heat she gave off throughout her pregnancy. Her lover and the midwife were amazed when Zahair finally made his appearance, boiling the water as he came into the world. The infant glowed, quite literally, and his temperature shifted until eventually it settled. Though warmer than the average infant Zahair was perfectly healthy.

Taking care of a mutant child required extra precautions. Many of his things were fireproofed in order to avoid any accidental fires and a few fire hydrants were kept in their home as well. There were many incidents where Zahair burned things or burned people but his parents were determined to give him the life he deserved. It was a struggle of course, caring for a mutant child in a world that looked down on them. Only a select few people were able to visit him, to watch him when his parents went off to work. Many of them being mutants themselves.

As Zahair grew older he needed to learn to control his ability if he wanted to live a normal life. So with the help of those small few in the community he was taught along with some of the other mutant children. Zahair can look back on the memories fondly, the lessons that he had and the games they played. Staying outside until the sun set and the street lights came on. He and his friends took the trip to the local snack lady’s house, avoiding certain areas to bypass the gang activity that happened there. Life was simple for a time.

His life at home was not one of luxury but was one of love, and that was enough for them. He can recall spending time with his mother in the kitchen, cooking and taste testing recipes while he father was off to work. Or his father tucking him into bed at night, telling him stories of a far off land in Africa. A place where kings and queens ruled and people who looked like them thrived. Each time Zahair listened with stars in his eyes. And when his father began to teach him to fight, he cherished the time they had together.

He was 10 when his father sat him down and told him that he was going to be a big brother. He was overjoyed, his mind was filled with being the cool older brother who would teach his sibling to fight and to be cool like him. Desmond was born without a mutation and so his birth was a little easier to handle. And of course, his amazing big brother was there to help take care of him.

Life was normal for a time, or as normal as growing up in Queens could be. Zahair was subjected to the violence that plagued his home for a long time, the gunshots that rang out at night or the morning news revealing another body found was old news to him. He was used to it, but nonetheless it made him sad. To see the conditions that many were living in and what those conditions drove them to do. Zahair was one of the lucky ones, who didn’t have to turn to street life in order to get by. Who had parents they were able to provide for him. He had witnessed too many of those he went to school went, children who he grew up with turn down a darker path in life.

Zahair was all too aware of what went on as he got older. How no one seemed to care about those on their side got by or survived. Tensions with the authorities were also high in his home, as they were seen as people not to be trusted. He had seen crooked cops, individuals who would follow him and his friends whenever they were chilling in a group. Slowing driving by while they drank Arizona Ice Teas from the corner store not too far from their homes.

His home was perfect, but it was home. Until things changed for the worse.

Zahair remembers when someone saw what he had done, witnessed him using his power. In the dead of night he had sneaked out with a few friends, nothing too bad. They were just having some harmless fun, they hadn’t even strayed far from the basketball court near their homes when a group of older boys approached them. Zahair had just wanted them to leave, to scare them a bit so that they wouldn’t mess with them anymore. He’d glowed, shot a small ball of light at their feet and the small patch of grass between the crack concrete of the court had caught fire. He had sent them running. And he returned home with his friends, not daring to speak of what happened. He had never witnessed a strange car parked across the street. It had blended in with the others well, he hadn’t noticed that he and his friends were being followed.

Zahair remembers that day like it was yesterday. He remembers coming home from school one day to see his apartment complex reduced to rubble, people rushed to retrieve those stuck from under the concrete. People were injured, covered in dirt and dust and tears. Zahair had run to the pile, remembering how his parents had stayed home because his brother wasn’t feeling well. And he prayed that they had left for something, to get food or anything, he could remember his hands heating up as he clawed and pushed at rocks. Those who tried to touch him rearing back in order to not get burned. It had taken another mutant to pull him back, to hold him as his parents were pulled from the rubble. They were still, so eerily still that he knew in that moment that they had not survived. And then someone spoke, saying how his brother had made it but barely. Little Demarcus was shielded by his parent’s bodies but he was unresponsive.

Just like that Zahair’s world had been flipped. New spread like wildfire. He heard that it had been the work of some group that preached anti-mutant propaganda. That they had noticed mutant activity in the neighborhood and decided to strike. Zahair had been so angry, so sad, and most of all he felt guilty. Had it been his fault? He had used his powers in public after all.

Zahair was taken in by a close friend of his parents, she had said that she’d been the one to deliver both him and Demarcus. She had done the same to a number of mutant children who had lost their loved ones and had no one else to go. Life went by in a blur then, between school, struggling to care for his, and trying to find out who was responsible for the attack, he was being pulled thin.

It was easily for the Brotherhood to swoop in and sink their claws into him. Zahair was so angry, so hurt that he was less careful with his powers. He used them as he pleased to spit those to take everything from him and those who looked down on him and his family. So when he was approached with the promise of revenge and the means to take care of those he cared about, he took the opportunity. Zahair worked with the brotherhood, carrying out missions and assignments in the name of being a second class citizen no more.

But as years passed and they slowly but surely blended into the background. Zahair decided that it was his time to leave. There was a certain mission that showed him what he was doing was wrong. The people that he’d hurt and killed would not get him closer to his goal. So Zahair went back to his roots, returning to queens where a Wakandan outreach center had been built. Zahair applied and was able to secure a job, he worked hard for the betterment of his community and was soon adored by those within it. Becoming known as a local treasure due to his he provided and looked out for them.

Imagine his surprise when he was approached by someone claiming to be a friend of his father’s. It was then that Zahair was told that the stories of the magical city within Africa were in fact real. And that he was the son of a noble. Zahair was taken to Wakanda where he was met with the Mining Tribe and its leader, as well as the other tribal leaders that ran Wakanda.

At first he was excited, happy to learn more about his father and where he came from but also saddened and hurt that he’d kept this from both Zahair, his mother, and brother. Things seemed to be looking up for him. Now his brother would get the proper care that he needed, which was all that mattered to him.

Zahair spent some time learning about Wakanda and it’s customs, learned to fight as his father had taught him and prepared for his life in Wakanda. But something bothered him, a sense of guilt for leaving those who he’d promised to protect and help. And the whispers began to make their way to him, tales of a bastard son who had been sent off by his father, never to return to his home. Zahair listened closely, knowing how gossip held the truth at times. He couldn’t help but notice the stares, feeling as if he didn’t belong. All over he felt that sense of otherness from those he was surrounded by.

Things finally came to a head when Zahair confronted his grandfather about what had happened between him and Bakari. The man finally gave in. Bakari had been the result of an affair between his grandfather and a simple civilian woman. And when his wife had found out she had been furious, thinking of how their reputation would have been ruined, how people would laugh in her face. The scandal was too much to think of, so in an act of cowardice his grandfather had let his son live as a commoner and once he was old enough, sent him away.

Zahair was aghast and despite the old man’s words of regret, he couldn’t find it within himself to forgive. So he decided that it would be best to leave, to take him and his brother back home. Zahair was then given the opportunity to become a war dog after proving himself and returned home.

Lie awake in bed at night And think about your life Do you want to be different? Try to let go of the truth The battles of your youth Cause this is just a game It's a beautiful lie It's a perfect denial Such a beautiful lie to believe in So beautiful, beautiful, it makes me It's time to forget about the past To wash away what happened last Hide behind an empty face Don't ask too much just say Cause this is just a game It's a beautiful lie It's a perfect denial Such a beautiful lie to believe in So beautiful, beautiful, it makes me Oh! Everyone's looking at me I'm running around in circles A quiet desperation's Building higher I've got to remember this is just a game

Race/Ethnicity: Caucasian

D.O.B.: March 4th, 2025

Face Claim: Cillian Murphy

Visage:
Hair: Brown
Eyes: Blue
Skin: Pale
Height: 5'10"
Weight: 155 lbs.
Body Modifications:
  • Plates of modified, lightweight and durable platinum imbedded underneath his skin to protect his body from high impacts and to absorb force.
  • A false, electronic eye.
  • A robotic right arm.
Distinguishing Features: A few noticeable scars from past surgeries, though now fading with time.

Personality:
Persona: Ezekiel presents himself with a calm, open demeanor on the outside, always ready to fulfill his corporate role and smile for the camera. Yet, bubbling beneath is a seething anger. It doesn't take much to make him snap, a trait his family has passed down through the generations. A twisted creature can often present itself when there is no one around. In truth, he is a product of experimentation and expectation, trying to live up to something miserable yet in his mind failing to even reach that.

Despite his setbacks, he is truly a smart man. Over the course of the past four years he has pushed Stane & Sons. to the one of the top companies in the world, with expertise and investments in technology and many other industries alike.

Vices: Anger, callousness, addiction, arrogance
Virtues: Intelligent, passionate, strong, visionary

Hobbies: Racing, investing in expensive real estate, gambling, inventing
Quirks: Involuntary twitches and a tendency to be absent minded, often ignoring things he finds uninteresting or not worth his limited time.

Moral Alignment: Lawful Neutral
Motivation: Help humanity achieve it's best, show the world that gods in capes make for poor role models.
Fears: His family legacy, irrelevance, his own body.

History
Ezekiel was born to the gutter trash that had become the Stane family. Obadiah Stane, his grandfather, had ran a business empire for the Starks and when his death, the true reason unknown to the public, came about, his assets were frozen and became forfeit to the state. With nothing left Ezekiel's father, Jedediah, started again. From the ground he worked the Stane name back into the good graces of America's elite. In a decade Stane & Sons. shot into the Fortune 500. Yet Jedediah was not content with that position, and he was not content with those that stood on top. A bitter man, who had given into his alcoholic tendencies, he dedicated all he had to making Stark Industries and it's apparent pets burn. This applied to his son. Ezekiel became a pawn for his father, a tool to be used to further his own grand designs.

It began slowly at first. Propaganda, indoctrination.

His mind was pumped with images of destruction caused by mutants, asgardians, cosmic beings. The people that suffered because of them, and the company that outfitted them. Stark Industries.

Then came something more serious.

Stane & Sons. had risen to the forefront of technological progress, and with that came experimental procedures. A treatment masquerading as a cure for muscle weakness was tried on Ezekiel. In small surgeries it would do it's intended job, but that's not what his father had in mind. He had metal implanted in his son in excessive volumes, like a project he was stitched together. The surgery was a failure. Jedediah had hoped to form a protective layer around the entirety of his sons body, but it would simply prove too traumatic for the body to survive. Ezekiel was stuck in permanent agony, twisted pieces of platinum digging into him from the inside. Luckily for him, the scientists gave him a medication he takes to this day, the only thing that dulls the pain, though with the consequence of addiction.

Even with the failure, Jedidiah saw it as some success. A twisted joke at the expense of the so called "Iron Man."

As the years progressed, more parts of Ezekiel were taken from him, his eye, his arm. All in the name of making him better. To fulfil the role he was born to fill.

Sadly, though many might consider happily, Jedidiah's life was cut short by a car crash. At least that's what the autopsy declared it as. Leaving his 20 year old son to succeed him as head of Stane & Sons. In this role, despite the indoctrination, the irrational hatred of those with powers, the conflict within his own body, he has tried to use his role for some measure of good.

Abilities:
Powers:
  • Physical Alterations: With his implants and "improvements", Ezekiel has become somewhat more than your average man on the street through technology. His platinum shell allows him to take impact and absorb what otherwise could be fatal damage, even from the likes of guns. Whilst his arm acts as a tool, several different gadgets imbedded with in it. His robotic eye is also useful, able to scan areas, or even people, or find information on the go.
  • The Iron Monger: The suit that defines the family. Over the years, the alias of the Iron Monger had belonged to Jedidiah, but with his passing it now falls to Ezekiel. The suit has been much improved from the shabby scavenged version of his grandfathers, now a beacon of advanced technology. He rarely uses it, but with it he is capable of immense feats.
  • Genius level intellect: Smarts has always run in the family, but Ezekiel has a proclivity towards it. His mind is a treasure trove of ideas and grand designs.

D.O.B.: Somewhere in 2027 (16th October)

Face Claim: Aramis Knight

Visage:
Hair: Brown with slight curls
Eyes: Brown
Skin: Olive
Height: 5'7
Weight: 123 lbs
Body Modifications:
Distinguishing Features: There are traces of a HYDRA sigil on his right shoulder that he partially burned and scratched away. His body is covered in numerous scars, surgical marks, burns, whips, slash marks, etc, most of which are found on his back

Personality:
Persona: Daryl is like an imp, a destructive little troublemaker who could care less for others. He will 'follow' the rules somewhat, masquerading as an obedient or good citizen to get by, but try to find the loopholes in everything, rules, laws, instructions, words. If he can find a way to twist something against you, be warned that he will do it. His personality is more than a little warped and he will be the first to admit it and use his past as an excuse for his actions. Daryl will tell you he has no true connections or attachments to this world or anything in it and for the most part this seems to be true. The trickster has intense wanderlust, often going wherever and engaging in whatever happens to strike up his fancy. As such he is rarely in one place for long, leaving as soon as he has tired of it and sees no more benefit. Daryl doesn't discriminate when picking his targets to appease his boredom, he has caused harm to both 'good' and 'evil' individuals and groups and doesn't really care for such labels or ideas, instead distinguishing humans only by people who hurt him and people who don't. He's a bit of a loose cannon, unpredictable in his behavior and his actions. Once he has discarded and lost interest in something or someone, he doesn't care in the least what happens to it, but while he has yet to discard it and it is still in his possession so to speak, he is fiercely protective and possessive of it. Think of him in such a situation as like a brother who bullies his siblings but refuses to let anyone else do the same and will fight them if they do. A sociable youngster, talking comes easily to Daryl who almost never shuts up, and he is capable of getting along with others though his immaturity and wild, impish behavior and seeming inability to take anything seriously often leads to him riling others up instead. Despite what he went through for the first 14 years of his life, Daryl is an optimist, perhaps because he has already been to hell and back, and doesn't believe anything could be worse than what happened to him when he was under HYDRA. He behaves like a child on an endless sugar high with boundless energy that can be draining for others. He has zero concept of boundaries or personal space. Once something catches his interest or he has a whim he wants to act on, he will act on it without any regard for others. After spending the last few years of his life travelling on his own and looking after himself in different environments, and perhaps because of how often he courts trouble, Daryl has obtained excellent survival skills and is very independent. Don't let his bright and sunny manner or words fool you, he is vengeful and can be completely cold hearted, easily betraying someone or killing them if he feels the need to, whatever is necessary to keep himself safe. Daryl isn't easily intimidated and he will speak what's on his mind, even if it is outrageous or goes against the popular opinion. However, he also dislikes the idea of being completely figured out or people knowing everything about him and will regularly mask his darker side or lie about his true intentions or feelings, particularly about his hatred of HYDRA and the story about Disco, pretending that he couldn't care less. At heart, he's ultimately just a little kid who wants to have fun and enjoy himself doing what he wants to, who has been hurt and darkened by his experiences.

Moral Alignment: Chaotic Neutral/Neutral Evil
Motivation: Having fun exploring the world doing what he wants to, not getting captured and confined ever again, and destroying HYDRA when he comes across them
Fears: Being burned alive
Being experimented on

History
Background: Daryl was born as a part of Operation Rebirth in one of the hidden HYDRA Underground facilities known as The Daycare, located within the dense forests of Washington State. He was the 18th naturally born child as part of a series of 'Designer', children who were created from the DNA samples of multiple mutants instead of just one as part of an attempt to create new mutations. This experiment was known as batch D. Given the codename D18-RK, he was created from the DNA samples of Mister Fantastic and Avalanche, born to a female HYDRA agent whose identity he does not know.

As D18-RK, he underwent the same program as all other children born in the facilities, undergoing training that was initially disguised as games before becoming real combat and stress training, while also receiving booster shots to trigger their mutations. As they were created from the DNA samples of multiple mutants, the success rate of this experiment was far lower than the others with more cases of the mutation failing to take properly in the children or things going wrong during the attempts to trigger their powers that led to the deaths of the children. The children who failed to manifest their mutation were injected with a deadly cocktail of chemicals after which their bodies were incinerated. He excelled in the games and performed well in the subsequent combat and stress based trainings, but unfortunately, as time passed and round after round of booster shots were administered, Daryl failed to show signs of manifesting his mutation. The scientists hoped puberty would help to naturally trigger his mutation as it had for some of the other children, unfortunately when he hit puberty at 12, Daryl again failed to trigger his mutation.

With the lower success rate of this batch, it wasn't hard for Daryl to notice the other children disappearing, especially as one of the youngest in his batch. Less faces showed up at training and sometimes morning would roll around and one of them would be gone and never return. There was one other mutant child in his batch, a girl D15-CO, whom he was close to. D15-CO who liked to be called Disco when they were alone gave him the nickname Diark, soon became one of the children who disappeared late in the night. Daryl happened to wake up the night that she vanished and witnessed her being taken away by some of the scientist. He trailed after them out of curiosity and ended up witnessing them injecting her with the fatal cocktail before proceeding to incinerate her body. The sight horrified Daryl who attempted to rush in to save her but he was stopped by a kind handler whom he had developed a close relationship to and was forced to watch Disco burn. The handler, Arthur dragged Daryl away and pulled him into a room where he silenced him and told Daryl that he had to escape or he would face the same fate as Disco. His 13th birthday was fast approaching but he still showed no signs of manifesting and if he were to turn 13, a year after undergoing puberty without manifesting his powers, he would be deemed a failure, just like Disco. Under the encouragement and assistance of Arthur, Daryl managed to escape The Daycare the same night Disco had been disposed off.

Perhaps because they were disposing of another failure that night, or because the handler Arthur had helped him, Daryl's escape from the facility was successful and not immediately detected until the next morning when it was time for the children to awaken. By that time, he was somewhere deep within the dense forests surrounding The Daycare, running nonstop once he had left the facility. Having never stepped out of the facility before, there was a learning curve as he tried to figure out how to navigate his surroundings and the dangers of the terrain and had to find a way to obtain food and water once what little supplies Arthur had been able to give him had run out. Though he had thus far failed to show signs of manifesting his mutation and had been on his way to being deemed a failure, Daryl eventually manifested his powers just shy of his 13th birthday. His mutation was a corruption of Avalanche's and Mr Fantastic's. While he had the ability to stretch his body, he could only do this with whatever part of his body that was in contact with a solid surface. Initially, he used this ability to help him find his bearings and search his surroundings from a safe location like high up in a tree to find animals he could hunt and eat for food, and evade any HYDRA agents in the forest in order to stay alive. Later, he learned ways to use this power offensively and still reeling from the death of his friend Disco, he used his mutation to help him find his way back to the facility and proceeded to try and collapse The Daycare by utilising his power to physically manipulate the ground to cause a cave in and destroy the foundations of the building, creating tremors in the ground to facilitate its collapse. Being a young mutant who had yet to properly learn how to control his powers, his attempt was unsuccessful and he only managed to cause minor damage to The Daycare, causing a small section to collapse and smash several pieces of equipment and vials of boosters and DNA samples amongst other things, before he collapsed and fainted. It wasn't long before they found him and had him transferred to another HYDRA facility where he was tortured and underwent additional testing after they realised he might have been possible for the partial destruction of The Daycare.

At this new facility, Daryl was tortured and experimented on extensively as they tried to understand how this new mutation he possessed work and re-indoctrinate him as a HYDRA agent. His intense hatred of them, sustained by the memory of Disco's death, helped him resist and so his purpose soon changed from a possible agent they could utilise in the field to a lab rat. They took his DNA for cloning and further experimentation, conducted various tests on his powers and kept this up for several years. During this time, he realised that at least pretending to be receptive to HYDRA's attempts to re-indoctrinate him would have been better because he might have at least had a chance to escape instead of the near constant experimentation he was undergoing. He finally escaped the facility when it was hit by an attack from another group. Taking advantage of the chaos and destruction caused by the attack, Daryl managed to escape once again.

The 17 year old didn't manage to get far in his weakened state before he came across members of the Brotherhood and got shot by one of the HYDRA guards trying to stop him from escaping. When Daryl awoke, he found himself face to face with Magneto, the leader of the Brotherhood who asked him questions about his identity and his story. Daryl was initially distrustful but seeing that there were other mutants around and they were all free to roam around with no tests, or experiments, he lowered his guard a little, and remembering how playing along might have benefitted him with HYDRA, decided to play along with Magneto and answered some of his questions while pretending not to know the answers to the ones he didn't want to answer. He refused to go by his old codename or the nickname Diark that had been given to him by Disco, so he gave himself a new name from a random jumble of letters that he liked the look and sound of, Daryl Callan.

Daryl didn't care for the beliefs of the Brotherhood but with them he had some freedom and was taught how to use his powers and it seemed interesting enough to pique his curiosity. He joined after deciding that he could leave easily enough once he decided he was tired of it. He moved with ease amongst the trees and wild landscape, earning him the nickname Tarzan. He joined in for some of their activities and displays of brute force against those who opposed mutants, pretending he felt the same way but only really caring that it enabled him to use his powers and cause trouble which he found entertaining. While there, he attempted to burn off the HYDRA sigil on his shoulder, but his fear of being burned alive cause him to stop halfway, leading to a half burnt mark on his shoulder. Daryl felt some kinship to them as fellow mutants, but none of them shared his experience and he ended up developing no real attachments to any of them. Roughly a year and a half after joining the Brotherhood, he tired of it and left, disappearing in the dead of night with some supplies and equipment.

After leaving, the 18 year old, set to turn 19 that year, went about travelling around the world, wherever his intense wanderlust took him. He never stayed long in any one location, leaving as soon as he tired of it and returning only if it piqued his interest again or it happened to be on his way to somewhere else. Wherever he landed, he inevitably ended up causing trouble as a way to entertain himself, picking his targets indiscriminately with no consideration as to their beliefs or the idea of whether they deserved it. After a year and a half of travelling aimlessly and doing whatever he wanted, Daryl decided to pay a visit to the dense forests of Washington where he had grown up and finish what he had failed to the year he turned 14. This time the 20 year old succeeded as he brought down the entire building after causing the ground beneath it to collapse and the building's foundations to crack, completing his vengeance against them. After that, boredom led him to continue to behave in this way, causing trouble indiscriminately whenever he reached a point of boredom that could not be satiated by anything else or felt the urge to create a little trouble for entertainment. He has since continued to travel around the world freely, doing whatever he wished and hunting down agents of HYDRA or disrupting their operations whenever he came across them. He has gotten captured several times over the years but so far has always managed to escape, and there have been moments over the years where he has killed or seriously hurt an individual who caused him harm or angered him.

Abilities:
Powers: Wood Body - A mutation that is a variant of Avalanche and Mr Fantastic's mutation, Daryl has the ability to stretch his body like Mr Fantastic but this is triggered only for the part of his body that is merged with a solid surface. While his body is merged with a surface, he cannot separate it until the stretched out section returns to him. He is capable of stretching great distances and physically manipulating the surface he is merged with through vibrations or shifting it with the merged body part.

Track - Daryl can merge his body with a surface and have it stretch and reach out to further away locations for tracking and scouting purposes. He can also have these emerge from whatever surface they are under to grab things or people and can use it to physically manipulate the anything in the surface he is merged with such as causing trees to collapse by destabilising their roots or pulling a part of the tree further into the ground.

Tremor - Daryl can cause powerful vibrations while his hands are underground or in contact with a surface that can cause cave ins, collapse buildings and earthquakes.

He cannot use his merging or tremor abilities directly on people. His mutation is also useless when he is suspended in the air and has no contact with any surface.

Skills: Tracking, Scouting, Climbing, Survival Skills, Hunting, Agile, Nimble feet, Hand to hand combat, Dodging, Escaping, Sneaking around, Ambush

Equipment/Weapons:
Brass Knuckles - He can fight with or without them but they are very useful for causing extra damage
Pistol - He's not the best shot with a gun but it has it's uses and it's harder to miss from close range
Rope - Climbing, securing himself in a tree, tying up people, rope has many uses so he always keeps some on him
Short Spear - He mostly uses this for hunting but can fight with it though he's much more comfortable fighting unarmed
Net - Also for hunting purposes and sometimes laying traps

Basics
Full Name: Liam Alexander Summers
Nickname(s): Eye
Alias(es): Mind's Eye
Age: 25
Affiliation(s): X-Men

Race/Ethnicity: Caucasian
Sexuality: Bisexual
P.O.B. : Anchorage, Alaska
D.O.B.: September 5th, 2023

Face Claim: Sam Claflin

Visage:
Hair: Dirty Blonde
Eyes: Green
Skin: Pale
Height: 6'1"
Weight: 182 lbs.
Body Modifications:
  • Liam has a few tattoo's along his body, depicting things important to him. Often weird and abstract as described from his point of view.
  • Wears his own special set of "contact lenses" which help him stay focused when viewing the world.
Distinguishing Features: Though they have no sign of damage, his eyes often glow with slight redness, much like his father, though with no consequences.

Personality:
Persona: Liam is a very causal guy. Life to him is a journey to be cherished, enjoyed. Why moan and put others down when you can party and get piss drunk? There is never a moment where a sarcastic quip is not called for and there is almost certainly never a tense moment that sambuca won't fix. This view of the world mostly comes from his parents outlook, an odd paring, but one where both had rejected their previous life in one way or another. Having re-located to Alaska, his parents instilled in him independence, a lack of responsibility. It wasn't his duty to join the X-Men or some team, or even get involved with that side of life.

The side of life they had both parted from.

Though, deep down, Liam feels like he should do more. Perhaps for wanderlust, or the pure desire to do better, he has reconnected with the X-Men of his parents past, intent on making them something they have not been for some time. A team of heroes.

Vices: Dismissiveness, stagnation, apathy
Virtues: Fun, outgoing, open-minded

Hobbies: Drinking, surfing, writing, travelling
Quirks: When talking to someone, Liam subconsciously forces himself to what he thinks is eye contact level, often distracted by the energies coursing through the person he is talking to.

Moral Alignment: Chaotic Good
Motivation: Do his part and contribute to the world, maybe even change it in his own small way. Make the X-Men a thing thing again.
Fears: Criticism of life choice and rejection.

History
Liam was the result of a rather unexpected union. Scott Summers and Emma Frost had often fought each other tooth and nail in high stakes battles with the fate of mutant kind in the balance, until, at some point, both decided to simply...stop. With the X-Men having lost it's leader and many of it's key members going to greener pastures, Scott found that he had no purpose anymore. Emma gave him the taste of life he had been missing. Eventually, they both parted their respective lives, and settled down somewhere that fit them both. Alaska. The place of Scott's birth. Their new life was a simple one, and a relaxing one.

It did not take long for Emma to become pregnant.

Some of Liam's earliest memories are communicating with his mother whilst in the womb. Their mental energy connecting as she nurtured him into the world.

It was evident almost immediately that their child also had gifts. Within the first few months of his birth tests were performed and his abilities established. First, telepathy, his mothers contribution. Second, his eyes. They were not normal. Even if they looked so. His eyes glowed with red, a sign of his fathers blood, but unlike his father he wasn't shooting laser beams at the nurses. It took quite a few years before the affect of this change became apparent. Liam did not see people, he saw energy. Electrical, heat, radiation. Whatever it might be, that's what he saw. A detriment, but also a benefit. He could see someone through walls just by their signature.

He also developed a habit of seeing through others eyes, being able to perceive the world normally. With permission, of course.

His childhood was a laid back one. He was not sent to some school, or forced into a life he didn't choose. He went to the normal schools, with the normal students. The only thing out of place was his mothers training, a matter of formality to control a powerful ability lest unforeseen consequences come forth.

As he grew, he eventually left the state for college, heading to New York for the first time. There it hit him just how big the world really was. Millions of people, all under threat from things they could not comprehend. This experience changed his outlook. Perhaps proudly, his parents gave him their blessing to pursue a life they had rejected, but what was key was that they had not forced it upon him.

Since then he has taken it upon himself to try and revive the X-Men from is fragmented state. Not just a sanctuary, but a team once more.

The Avengers can't do everything, can they?

He might not have the most flashy history, the most tragic upbringing, as he often jokes about, but his passion is plain to see all the same.

Abilities:
Powers:
  • Telepathy: Like his mother, Emma Frost, Liam is a skilled telepath. Over the years with her training he has built up his abilities, perhaps not on his mothers level yet he is certainly getting there. He is particularly skilled at keeping others out of his own mind, at his mothers insistence, and mainly focuses on perceiving the world through the eyes of others.
  • Energy Sight: His eyes are unique. He does not perceive the world in colour, and shape, but in pure energy. Whatever form it takes, he can see it. This can often be overwhelming, as everything has some form of energy, but over time he has trained himself to separate things into definable categories so he doesn't go stir crazy.
Equipment/Weapons:
  • The Old Uniform: A gift from his father to celebrate his graduation, Liam wears his fathers old X-Men uniform with pride.

"Do you know what is the greatest gift anyone can receive in their lifetime?
The greatest gift we can receive is to have the chance, just once in our lives, to make a difference" -Damien Strange.

Basics
Full Name: Damien (Khiron) Strange

Nickname(s): Doctor Strange Jr.

Alias(es): Master of the Mystic Arts

Age: 30

Affiliation(s): Avengers (Associated but not a member)

Race/Ethnicity: Faltinian-Mhuruuk [Caucasian] Human (Half Human, Half Faltine/Mhuruuk)

Sexuality: Homosexual

P.O.B.: Philadelphia (Pennsylvania)

D.O.B.: November 18, 2019

Face Claim: Henry Cavill

Visage:

Hair: Dark Brown (Almost black)

Eyes: Green (Dark)

Skin: Light Tan and has a slight roughness to it.

Height: 6’1” (1.86 m)

Weight: 210 lbs (95.25 kg)

Body Modifications: He has mystic sigils written on his left forearm that he put there himself that allows him to tap into the extra-dimensional forces easily and also protect him from bodily invasions (Such as external forces that try to move his body independently on its on) and alterations (Such as trying to turn him into a cat).

Distinguishing Features: He actually limps when he walks because he had an accident that permanently damaged his bones in both of his feet. His feet aren't irregular or misplaced and looks normal but he looks wobbly when he walks, he can run, but not as fast though, despite this condition. This also affected his nerves a bit which contributed to the sensitive pains he gets, though in actuality these are minor and irregular pains that occasionally occur, it frustrates him a lot when walking.

On mostly his chest and back area, he has scars from the time he got kidnapped by the Sons of Satannish.

Personality:

Persona:
Damien isn't a well-rounded, sociable person and more of an Ambivert that has no problem speaking out his mind and being at social gatherings but doesn’t mind the quietness and alone time by himself. He isn't much of a talker and will observe from the background, only speaking if he deems it necessary and is quite sympathetic towards others, showing compassion towards them and giving assistance if necessary. He is also very humble and selfless, a trait he got from his father, and desires not to talk about himself and boast about his abilities because he prefers his friends and enemies to have a level of uncertainty and estimation that wouldn't give him great attention on earth and the revolting beings beyond.

Damien has this unnerving sense of untrustworthiness towards himself and thinks that no one would be interested in him as a person rather than his magic. This developed his withdrawal towards others and caused him to have so unusual episodes of depression, this is quite unusual for someone of his state as depression stems from things worse than what he might be experiencing. This could be the combination of many factors such as magical-induced changes to his body, mystical and malevolent influences, his constant need to bottle many of his emotions within him and other personal and mystical causes.

Vices:
Self-Depreciating
Unhealthy intake of pain suppressants and depressants
Has trust issues

Virtues:
Fearless/Courageous
Modest
Selfless

Hobbies:
Reading- Especially mystical tomes and scrolls
Hunting- He mostly uses his bare hands and axe
Finger & Hand Painting- not painting on his hands/fingers but using his hands and fingers to paint
Puzzles- He likes challenges and testing himself
Brawling- not as quarreling or arguing but as in wrestling and play fighting.

Quirks:
Paces when thinking
Daydreams a lot
Walks with a limp
Shakes foot when sitting with legs crossed
He has a habit of wearing hoodies and sweat pants, basically, clothing that covers most of his body. He does this to hide his scars and feels a bit insecure about his body.

Moral Alignment: Chaotic Good

Motivation: Becoming the Sorcerer Supreme and being his father’s true legacy and be even better. He also wants to protect the world from the outside forces and entities that try to claim the earth as their own.

Fears: He has the fear of disappointing the ones he cares about and he has Claustrophobia and is afraid of walking catfishes (Yeah ik its weird, i'm afraid of them too).

History:

Background:
Damien is the son of Stephen Strange and Clea Strange, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, he was later carried to Kamar Taj in Nepal to stay and grow up. At a young age, he didn't immediately practice magic but knew of its existence and many arcane lore. At the age of 14, his mother wanted him to have a normal life free from the dangers of magic so she carried him to Bend, Oregon where he started high school and most of his life there. Not being the most built person at that time and for his mute demeanor he was often bullied in school, though his mother tried to be there for him he felt as if he wasn't good enough for his father since he rarely visited and had his Sorcerer Supreme errands to do. He tried his hardest to make his father proud: doing good in school despite social resistance, attending and succeeding in medical classes, and graduating from school with high scores. Though his mother was very supportive and optimistic towards his son, she too saw how much he looked up to his father. Stephen saw this and wanted only the best for his son, that's why he rarely visited and communicated with him as he thought he would be too bad of an influence on him and ruin the happy and normal life he can have. Stephen and his ex-wife (It's complicated lol) would dissuade Damien from magic and lead a life he will regret not having if he went down the path of magic. This went on for some time and they even convinced him so much that magic isn't a thing to him anymore, but that changed when he was met with a tragic accident that completely broke the bones in his legs that rendered him crippled for the rest of his life. The doctors couldn't do anything for him and no treatment for him to get his legs back, Stephen and Clea had no choice but to send Damien to Kamar Taj, where he would be healed. There, he was given the choice of getting healed by the Serum of the Seraphim and forgetting the existence of magic or learning magic to heal himself and be in line to become the Sorcerer Supreme, like his father. With the will to please his father ever so much, he chose the latter and started his journey into magic. The Tibetian monks and his father taught him the ways of Egocentrism where he learned to tap into the spiritual and mental energies of oneself to enhance one’s physical, mental and spiritual attributes, and many forms of martial arts and weapon combat. His legs were then healed in no time and he began studying and practicing Extra-Dimensional and Dimensional Magic which caught the attention of very powerful beings, one being Satannish, who summoned his sons down to earth and kidnapped him while everyone wasn’t aware. In due time Stephen found the place he was kidnapped and rescued him but not before banishing the sons back to their master. When they got Damien he was both mentally and physically scarred by how much they tortured him, he still pursued the goal of becoming the Sorcerer Supreme but this had an effect on his mental health and would develop some frequent episodes of depression. During his years as a sorcerer, he had many adventures and travels, even participating in the War of the Seven Spheres which lasted for thousands of years, battles in the Dark Dimension and many more.

But unexpectedly, Stephen Strange died, not of magical or supernatural means but he was pronounced dead by natural means. Of course, Damien didn't take this easily, you could say he took it the worse out of anyone, he was devastated and sank into a state of complete depression. He drank heavily, stopped training in magic for a while and didn't take care of himself at all, everyone was trying to comfort him but he wasn't having it, he blocked out everyone from his life and eventually ran away from everyone to a secluded town in Siberia, Russia, where he stayed and laid waste to himself. His mental health got worse and he cried every day, saying he wasn’t good enough for his father and he had to die with a failure left to take the title of the Sorcerer Supreme. Almost a year later, his mother eventually found him and talked him out of it, giving him the hope that his father might be looking after him and want him to be not like him but better than him. With this optimism in mind, he continued and retired to his life in becoming the Sorcerer Supreme but the scars of his past life and events still haunt him to this day. At the present time, he is the caretaker and overseer of the Sanctum Santorum and though his tragic events are still fresh he's still worthy enough to be called a Master of the Mystic Arts.

The difference between Damien and his father in terms of magic is that Stephen mainly uses “White” types of magic and goes defensive in battle but unlike him, Damien has no problem dabbling into very dark magic and his fighting style, in both magic and physical combat, is a mix of offense and defense, giving him more versatility.

Abilities:
Enhanced Intelligence: He has intelligence that is significantly above the standard genius-level intellect; possessing exceptional intellectual capabilities, mental capacity and concentration, mental calculations, memorization, perception, deduction, analyzation, cognition and competence, wit and ingenuity, prowess and knowledge, calculations, reading skills, learning capacity, thought process, intuition, and awareness, inventive capabilities, creativity, originality, etc., typically to a degree that is associated with the achievement of new advances in a domain of knowledge.

Expert Occultist & Magical Knowledge: During his studies which continued until recently Damien has gained expert awareness on cults and the extra-dimensional entities they worship, this knowledge as of yet far exceeds any on Earth in the Universe.
  • Magic Intuition: He possesses uncanny intuition with magical phenomena all their myriad forms, allowing him to perceive and understand magic like no other. His ever-growing understanding of the workings of magic soon allows him to extensively modify any spell available to him, drastically increasing their potency and efficiency, merge them into even more powerful ones, and even create his own arsenal of magical trump card, while intuiting effective countermeasures to most spells and entities he comes in contact with.
Expert Strategist: Though Damien seems to suffer from an impulsive nature, instinctively jumping into situations of life-or-death, it's apparent that he works best this way possessing considerable strategic skills, which has been employed in leadership structures, and spontaneous situations, all of which is a necessity in the random environment of Mysticism.

Skilled Martial Artist: Damien is a skilled athlete and was trained in the martial arts used by Tibetan monks in Kamar Taj, proving sufficiently talented to rival his own father in combat and occasionally beating him. These talents have assisted him from time to time when incapable of using his sorcery. Damien is a formidable opponent to any skilled attacker and continues to train regularly with Wong after his father’s death. He can combine and utilize multiple forms of martial arts at once, allowing him to effectively create a new fighting style unique to him and flawlessly move from one form of martial arts to the other, improvise new attacks and more.

Mystic Archeology Intuition: He has great, if not innate knowledge of mystic archaeology, the study of mystic artifacts, antiquities, runes, and other magical objects. He possesses an extraordinary knowledge of the effects and properties of each mystical object and how they came to be.

Powers:
Stephen-Strange-doctor-strange-2016-43126754-540-725.gif
Extra-Dimensional Magic (Exocentric Magic): He can utilize magic/spells that originate from another dimension, enabling feats that are normally beyond the power of his native mystic energies. This very advanced form of magic refers to the form of magic that draws upon forces from dimensions outside of our own. Only very experienced sorcerers are able to communicate with powerful mythical beings that inhabit these “other dimensions'' and appeal to them for assistance. To invoke the aid of these god-like beings (Also referred to as mystic principalities) such as Cyttorak, Ikonn, Raggadorr, Watoomb, etc, a sorcerer must learn complex incantations and master subtle gestures in order to increase the chances of receiving a positive response. The more powerful the entity (Or the less powerful the sorcerer) the more complicated the ritual or invocation becomes.
  • Transcendent Sources: Damien can channel the extra-dimensional energy of mystical and non-mystical beings in multiple dimensions (known as Principalities) to empower his spells. This can take the form of standard (or more say complex) spells ("Crimson Bands of Cyttorak") or just state what he wants to occur and channeling some being to make it happen. It is unknown at this time what debt, if any, he incurs by invoking the powers that be. There is no strict quid pro quo (as the simple acknowledgment and invoking of the entity increases the entity's own powers, inexplicably) other than the immense amount of energy he requires to use the magic and the backlashes gained from it, though some entities will feel he is obliged to heed their call when they need help in their conflicts as did the Vishanti. This ability to be a conduit to multi-dimensional power sources has given rise to the phrase "Damien is as powerful as the god he invokes." But as for now, Damien hasn't mastered the art of Exocentric Magic for him to reach that level yet. Damien’s powers typically come from many divine/otherworldly sources: the Octessence (a group of eight beings, consisting of Balthakk, Cyttorak, Farallah, Ikonn, Krakkan, Raggadorr, Valtorr, and Watoomb) and other beings who owe him a debt (this includes Satannish and even Dormammu). However, certain abilities of his stem from more obscure sources, such as the Faltine, the Seraphim, Cinnibus, Sheol, Ikthalon, Denak, Cyndriarr, Munnopor, Morpheus, Dyzakk, Storaan, Kkallakku, Zarathos, Damballah, Dyskor, Enitharmon, Gormac, Vyhagh Ar, Daveroth, Gondurr, Nirvalon, Mokarr, Pohldahk, Bromagdon, Grogronk, Jarakk, Urthona, Pura-Shamutra, Kathulos, Krugarr, D'Spayre, N'Gabthoth, Otkid, Qu'vin, Sligguth, Tartessus, Phorcys, Yandroth, K'Kylthri, Iskelior and others. Due to how complex the magic is, Damien is usually drained after a battle and will tire very fast when using this type of magic, that's why his battles are normally quick and not long-lasting. The more he uses it, the worse the after-effects will be on him such as intense migraine, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, etc.

Semi-Immortality: He can never age, and as a result, he stays young forever or at least never suffers the ravages of aging. Because of this, he will always be in his physical prime. He is also immune to aging abilities. But this does not mean he can't die as he can still die or succumb to death just like anyone, just he cannot age. (Due to his mother being a Faltine/Mhuruuk Hybrid, he has gained some inherent abilities)

Gesture Casting: He can cast spells (Limited to his Extra-Dimensional Magic and Mystic Arts), use magic, and cause supernatural phenomena by performing hand gestures/seals/signs. The effects he causes could be temporary or permanent.
  • Mystic Arts: He can utilize the Mystic Arts: a form of magic that draws power from otherworldly forces into forming tangible constructs of esoteric energy, such as weapons or shields, as well as cast complex spells by doing specific gesture formations with the fiery energy. Damien has demonstrated the ability to form his Exocentric Whips and Tao Mandalas, the latter of which he was even capable of manifesting as a large spherical barrier around himself and for others, and capable of utilizing Tao Mandalas with the combination of other spells. Damien also demonstrated being able to conjure platforms for his allies to walk upon. Additionally, he is able to craft a sacred and powerful sword from Exocentric Magic called the Sacred Sword of Vishanti that he uses to engage in battle ocassionally.

Equipment/Weapons:
Amulet of Agamotto (aka Lesser Eye of Agamotto): is a mystic amulet powered by extra-dimensional magic from the mystic entity known as Agamotto. It is capable of projecting mystic illumination that can see through most illusions, lies and deceptions (But not as powerful as the Eye of Agamotto, which means more powerful illusions/lies/deceptions can resist or be immune to it). It's also able to induce truth into others, making them incapable of telling any lie and obey the commands of the wearer, but this can be resisted or possibly ignored by strong-willed minds and powerful psychics. It also can enhance one’s psychic prowess and invade the minds of others. The divine light emitted from it can be very harmful to demonic beings (Of most kinds), vampires, werewolves, dark spirits and malevolent creatures of most kinds, exorcise evil forces from person and objects and track down beings using their magical or psychic emission. The Amulet can only be used by a person with good intentions and cannot be used against the original wearer. Whenever Damien goes into his astral form, the amulet goes with him and can ¾ of its power in this form.
(This amulet is considered lesser to the Eye of Agamotto in terms of potency and strength and can be resisted by powerful foes)

Cloak of Levitation: A magical relic that allows him to fly (at roughly 737.2 miles per hour for indeterminate lengths of time at full speed but can be augmented using magic), levitate and hover in the air. It appears to be sentient and can move on its own power, causing it to move and flap in the air without the presence of wind. Offensively, the cloak's ability to move and fly with or without a wearer allows it to grab, lift, tackle or send enemies flying through the air. The cloak assists Damien in combat by protecting him from attacks, preventing his enemies from blindsiding him, as well as attacking enemies on their own whenever possible, and doing maneuvers that are difficult for most humans to do. It responds to his thoughts and has used it many times as a "third set of hands" to attack a foe when his own body has been incapacitated. The Cloak is nearly indestructible, often escaping damage during even the most violent confrontations.

Sling Ring: Sling Rings are used by the users of the Mystic Arts and other magic-users to facilitate long-distance travel where a temporary portal is desired. Sling Rings are worn on the second and third digits of the left hand when conjuring a portal, and this is achieved by the wearer tracing their right hand in an anticlockwise circular pattern while focusing on a destination beyond the space directly in front of them. Most of the time they are simply carried until needed, typically somewhere on a user's belt. Each ring is uniquely crafted for its wearer. The portals created by the Masters of the Mystic Arts through the Sling Rings share numerous similarities with the Inter-Dimensional Gate, as they both channel extra-dimensional energy from other dimensions to open a door to a specific place they wish.

Robes of Ryzzanel (His father’s classic blue robe): Blue mystical robe that his father, Dr. Strange, used to wear almost all the time. What’s so unique about it is that it gives him resistance to magic, especially the dark or demonic types.

(This is how the robe looks on him, without Dr. Strange’s face ofc)

Extra Info
Not many people know of Damien's existence, only most of the avengers have heard of him and a few have seen him. He prefers it this way as it won't give him too much attention to himself, the public doesn't know who he is, and is a mystery to them as to who he might be.

Damien has been in dimensional wars where time works differently and as such his consciousness is over 1000 years old. Though his mother and others warned him of not suppressing those memories he decided to keep them but this had a heavy impact on his emotional state and made him very consciously matured.

He possesses another look than his father's original blue robes he wears: they are his father's black spacesuit that was created by Tony Stark to aid him in space travel, they are mostly composed of an enchanted Asgardian cloth and durable metals such as Uru and Adamantium so that he can traverse in space easily.

PERSONA_ Elyan is a devoted man to his creed of justice, order, and honor. Of a straightforward and serious personality, Elyan is diligent and scrupulous in his mission. He refers to his mission as cleansing the world of those who cause it danger. He is generally polite and genial to all who seek and converse with him, though he has been described as somewhat cold and aloof.

He has shown an explicit dislike towards speaking or reminiscing about his past, particularly about his days in the airforce. Elyan has said that he holds a great resentment towards mutants and those with unnatural powers. Not out of some religious or traditional upbringing or restriction but instead out of the idea that, as Elyan says it: ‘They don’t help.’ He doesn’t elaborate on this philosophy and has kept it hidden in his daily life for fear of being discriminated against.

Elyan has said that many mock his beliefs and ideals due to his actions typically being on the opposite side of the law. Though that is the case, he was said to be someone who was widely regarded to be someone who would do the right thing. He was loyal to his ideals more than his surroundings, Elyan never hesitated to confront his superiors if he believes them to be undermining his work nor does he hesitate to confront people who undermine his conception of justice.

Although Elyas is generally known to be a cautious person, he is prone to taking rash actions when angered or irritated. He’s been forged by the war he’s declared upon most of the world and has been told that he has the “eyes of someone who knows nothing yet but battle.” However, Elyan is firmly dedicated to the public good and to bringing hope to others, and treasures peace above all else. Elyan has denounced trivialities like camaraderie, believing that such a thing is a lie that people use to their advantage.

BIOGRAPHY_
Not much is quite known about Elyan, a concept and part of him that he has maintained for most of his life. He hates reminiscing about the past, it’s nothing to him anymore as he has very much said. All that is known is that he was born in Salem, Massachusetts. He grew up in the middle of the 2nd Alien Invasion of Earth, an event that deeply changed his outlook on not only the world but the people who had once said they vowed to protect it. As a child, he was said to have the television constantly about what was happening with the world and saw nothing but heroes and villains wreaking havoc across cities; places that had people living in them. This contempt towards heroes and villains evolved as he progressed into his teen years though he never acted on that contempt nor did he express it out. He grew to view all who had powers as villains, celebrities, and men with valor who cared not for people but for their pockets or position.

According to records, he finished high school with an average of 80% or around a B in all classes. His school years ended with a 3.5 GPA. Satisfactory for colleges but he wasn’t interested in those kinds of institutions. He wanted to be a part of something larger and with more security for his future. He joined the U.S Airforce, becoming a member of the 338th Airlift Squadron in the Massachusetts airbase. After his completion of the orientation, he was assigned as a mechanic to help ensure any aerial vehicles were in top shape and suited to be in use.

It was a boring job according to Elyan but he found some enjoyment in it. It was relaxing but the deadlines and maintenance were exhausting to keep up. In the end, he was drafted to become a pilot as there was a lack of some who were active and on duty. This decision didn’t impact his opinion on the Airforce and he has said that he enjoyed being in the air despite it being a nervewracking activity.

While on reserve, Elyan met a woman by the name of Luca Holi. He became enamored with her and ventured to make her his. This quest ended successfully, with Luca becoming his fiance and eventual bearer of his child. He returned to duty shortly after, leaving his then-fiance to birth their child alone.

Upon his return to reserve, he was met with a child of his own and a fiance dying to marry him. They, over the next few months, planned a wedding just before his return to active duty. It was meant to be a beautiful wedding, filled with flowers of all kinds and music out of this world. This wedding never came to be. Elyan was called into active duty after a massive vortex tore through reality above Boston. The airforce was mobilized to ensure no unidentified flying objects were moving through the air and that no commercial or industrial aerial vehicles were damaged.

By the time Elyan and his squadron arrived at the scene, they were denied access to it by decree of the U.S Government. A clear mix-up was at hand concerning directions. An organization backed by the U.S itself named S.H.I.E.L.D took over the operation and declared exclusive rights over it and the surrounding areas. Elyan was appalled. The people of S.H.I.E.L.D were villains, not heroes. They left nothing but destruction in their wake and raze the cities they swear to protect. He couldn’t back down but he couldn’t challenge the authority of the heroes, it wasn’t in his ability to do so. He decided to risk what he had to sneak himself in investigate the scene and see what happened.

Surprisingly to him, he found that not much had been done to the quarantined area beside it being put off-limits. There wasn’t much to suspect foul-play or anything dangerous that happened. In the end, all he found was evidence of a singular person falling out of the vortex. In the restricted area, there were documents containing information but they were behind lock-and-key. Elyan attempted to lockpick the key but before he could even begin, he was caught by a S.H.I.E.L.D officer patrolling the area.

Captured and sent back to his CO, he was dishonorably discharged from the airforce and told he was lucky S.H.I.E.L.D is forgiving and didn’t try him for treason against the nation. Many times Elyan has expressed his frustrations over not only S.H.I.E.L.D but the U.S Government for allowing these people not-so-human to just have free reign over what or whoever fell from the vortex.

His resentment towards powered individuals, having laid dormant for the past decade, reemerged in a new form. Instead of passively hating upon it and brooding it in his mind, it evolved into the need for action. The need to do something about it. Returning to his home of Salem, the activities of the heroes and villains became far more apparent and clear to him. These heroes tolerated the evil that the villains peddled and allowed for their existence to continue. They made messes of city blocks and mockeries of the state police. He needed to take action and there was one best way to get something done; do it yourself. A philosophy and idea that he holds to this day.

Elyan spent months working out his plots and schemes, determining weak points in both the superheroes and villains in his city. He acquired weaponry and other various items of import through illegal means; by the time his plans had completed, he was prepared both in mind and might.

That night, he cleaned the streets of the filth that infected it. Dozens of groups that posed a danger to this that not only cooperated with the police but heroes were eliminated along with their compatriots. Heroes and villains alike fell that starry night, their life claimed by Elyan and his contempt.

The night, therefrom called the Murder of Solace in Massachusetts, didn’t end well for Elyan. Upon his return, he was found by the collaborative efforts of a hero and villain. They dispatched not only Elyan but his family as well while he was forced to watch. The so-named vigilante was then chained to a large rock and thrown into the middle of Charles River. He accepted his death, an act only the bravest could do in his situation. He was content with what he had wrought and he reaped what he sowed in the end.

Though, Elyan would not die that night. Reaching the bottom floor of the river, a strange once-in-a-lifetime event happened right before him. A small meteor, just barely surviving the atmosphere and avoiding any and all detection fell into the river. This meteorite had a traveler with it. A newly-spawned symbiote. It had no name. It didn’t need one. It traveled down the Charles River, absorbing fish and all biological life it could find until it happened upon a drowning man at the bottom of the river.

The symbiote had no feelings, it had not had any previous hosts and thus nothing to feed off of. At least not until it entered Elyan and fed off the various emotions circling around his mind. Revenge. Sadness. Justice. These magnified the symbiote’s already present homicidal tendencies and brought it to attach itself as best as it could to Elyan’s body.

What happened that early morning isn’t well documented. Elyan has even expressed he’s forgotten most of it himself. What is known is that Elyan and the symbiote wiped out any presence of misdoing mutants, heroes, and villains in the state of Massachusetts. The pair then expressed their willingness to continue working together, moved with grander intentions. Wiping New York, the center of all things superhuman and supernatural, of that kind of influence. A goal that could take years but he was willing to spend that amount of time to do just that.

POWERS_
The symbiote that resides within Elyan was named by him as Malice. Malice is young in terms of Klyntar though it knows it is the 1000th in its lineage. It doesn’t know how it appeared on the meteorite and it couldn’t care for it. Malice is exactly as it is named, it holds that malice and hatred for what its host holds for them as well. It was shaped by the first emotions ever given to it and used that to fuel Elyan’s emotions to a peak. Though in a similar fashion of children learning from their parents; Malice learned from Elyan. It’s learned to control itself despite its genetic urges to murder and maim. Its typical appearance is that of a devil. Long protruding horns from its head, and clawed hands that a fearsome weapon out of the young symbiote.

Malice has all the normal powers of a symbiote though it is considerably stronger than its predecessors. Strength, speed, stamina, and endurance unparalleled by their peers. Reflexes and durability cause it to be a literal walking tank. Malice possesses a limited psychic ability to obtain information not only from its host but from other people and other symbiotes by touch. It can even recall memories from its ancestors through ancestral recall though it can be forced to forget and disregard information if it is inflicted with heavy trauma.

Being a symbiote, Malice can manipulate its matter to enlarge or stretch its body to augment attacks. It can morph sections of its body, such as its hands or feet into tendrils or spikes. The symbiote is also capable of changing the density, mass, and volume of its matter. Malice generates this matter by its own biological functions but can gain additional mass and matter through the absorption of biological life. Symbiotes have been capable of absorbing mystical objects or things with magical properties, in this scenario, it is unknown what the result is besides obtaining more matter.

By bonding to Elyan, Malice can control his bodily functions and automation. Since it has woven itself so deep within the former airforce member, it offers a healing factor that can heal its host exceptionally fast. The symbiote can even heal injuries and illnesses that the current human medical care cannot. Malice is capable of mimicking the appearance of clothing and its surroundings, even people on some rare occasions. Given Malice was subject to such an array of conflicting emotions when first uniting with Elyan, it is capable of detecting negative emotions through the activation of certain biometric markers such as spikes in testosterone or adrenaline.

Being a young and impressionable symbiote, Malice is inexperienced when it comes to fire and high-pitched sounds. Though it is possibly the strongest of its kind on Earth, it is not used to being hit with these attacks. Magic is also something that can inhibit Malice’s ability to perform though it is unknown if there are any spells that directly target symbiotes. There are known to be symbiote inhibitor drugs, though the nature of these drugs is largely unknown, they pose a threat to Malice and its unconditioned body.

Skin:
Fair

Height:

Body Modifications:

Distinguishing Features:
Has a small scar under his left eye, rather gawky

Personality:
His uncle would describe him as a good kid, and a hard worker on the rare occasions he applies himself, but Phil thinks of himself as pretty much the world's biggest dork or loser. If something is going bad is going to happen to someone, it's going to happen to him. It's not a question of if, simply a question of when. If he's trying to impress a girl, something will happen to mess it up. If he's trying to stay under the radar, something will happen to draw everyone's attention towards him.

It was the story of his life and Phil had accepted it until recently. He's not quite sure where he's found the courage, maybe being the Goblin has had a positive effect on him, but he is sick and tired of playing the primo loser, the wimp, the patsy and believes its high time he finally starting standing up for himself.

He's aware that becoming the new Green Goblin might not have been the best career choice he could have made but he loves his new gig and would sincerely miss it, if it suddenly came crashing to an end. Sure, maybe he is a little light when it comes to the dedication and serious commitment that is supposed to come with being a superhero but being the Goblin can be such a total blast on occasion, you know when he's life isn't on the line for once, and for Phil, you can never have too much fun.

He knows that costumed dudes are supposed to be brave but where a real hero would instantly spring to the rescue, Phil's already planning his exit strategy. He couldn't care less about justice or retribution and he doesn't exactly have the intestinal fortitude superheroes are known for; he is simply in it for the thrills, fame and fortune he believes are supposed to come with the job.

Phil's always had a habit of talking to himself but ever since he became the Green Goblin he's started hearing other voices as well. It began with nightmares involving them, but now he can hear the voices of the previous Goblins attempting to prey on his doubts, insecurities and fears. It could be that all the zaps from the mask have given him brain damage, or maybe it's simply his subconscious questioning what it thinks is a stupid life choice, but one statement they said has stuck with him, "Death comes to those who assume the mantle of the Green Goblin!" However, Phil remains positive, he's never been one to follow the crowd so he's going to find a way to beat the odds because this new Green Goblin is here to stay.

Motivation:
Thrills, fame and fortune

Fears:
Following in the footsteps of the previous Goblins

Background:
Born to Arnold and Mindy Urich, Phil Urich was a college drop out that worked as a part time intern for his uncle, the famous Daily Bugle news reporter, Ben Urich. He also ran with a bad crowd. He didn't take part in their thuggish past times, but he did tend to trust them too much with sensitive information.

Ben Urich was investigating the Green Goblin and the Osborn family for his book, "Dynasty of Evil", an expose on the history of the Green Goblin, when Phil uncovered a suspicious property purchased by Harry Osborn that could have information proving that Norman and Harry Osborn lived double lives as the Green Goblin. Unfortunately, Phil also told his friend "Fast" Freddie Glazer the location of the potential Goblin Hideout. Freddie then told a local thug, aptly named Ricko "the Sicko", who then brought his crew to the site.

While Ricko and his gang were searching the warehouse for the Goblin gear, Ben Urich showed up to investigate the hideout, unaware of the ransacking, and was caught by the crooks. Phil, who had been called by Freddie to say that Ricko was at the warehouse, arrived just in time to see Ben get caught. Shutting off the lights to protect his uncle, Phil hid, before accidentally stumbling into the secret headquarters of Harry Osborn, discovering an upgraded Green Goblin costume and equipment the late Harry Osbom had designed.

Startled by a rat, he crashed into a large canister full of green fluid, and got covered in the highly dangerous Goblin Formula. Knowing his uncle was in trouble, Phil quickly donned the costume and discovered that wearing the mask triggered a painful transformation, supercharging his physiology. Using his newfound arsenal, Phil terrorized Ricko and the gang and succeeded in scaring off the criminals. Once he had flown back to his apartment, and realized the extent of his actions, he decided that the costume and equipment could be put to good use, and set out to be a superhero instead of a villain like the previous Goblins.

Powers:
  • Goblin Formula: Much like the Green Goblin, the Goblin Formula gave Phil superhuman powers, however, seemingly without the psychotic side effects.
    • Superhuman Strength: Phil possesses superhuman strength enabling him to press lift many tons. He can lift approximately 8 tons.
    • Superhuman Speed: Phil can run and operate at superhuman speeds.
    • Superhuman Durability: Phil's body tissues, skeletal and musculature structure were enhanced by the Goblin Formula, making it more stronger than any human beings. He is durable enough to survive punctured and gunshot wounds, blunt force traumas, powerful impacts (e.g., falls from great heights) and being struck by another super-humanly strong opponent.
    • Superhuman Agility and Reflexes: Phil's agility, balance, and bodily coordination are enhanced to levels beyond the natural physical limits of the finest human athlete. His reflexes are similarly enhanced and are superior to those of the finest human athlete.
Skills:
  • Skilled Investigator: Whilst working alongside his uncle at the Daily Bugle, Phil has discovered he has a knack for research and investigation.
  • Skilled Engineer: Phil has become somewhat adept at jury rigging devices or his equipment using parts and electronics from local hardware stores.
Equipment/Weapons:
  • Goblin Armor: The costume possessed by Phil was designed by Harry Osborn to be the "next generation" of Green Goblin. The costume incorporates body armour into the suit, giving him further protection from high impacts, such as the punches or kicks inflicted during his battles while arm and leg power-bracers enhance his power even more.
    • Goblin Mask: The Goblin Mask causes a chemical reaction with the Goblin formula, keyed only to him after his exposure, giving Phil superhuman strength and durability while wearing it. His mask also receives radio frequencies, remote camera, scanners, a video feed from the glider, filters toxins and contains a targeting scope linked to his finger blasters. The mouthpiece can emit his "Lunatic Laugh," a painfully loud and disorienting sound that can shatter eardrums.
    • Goblin Gloves: Installed in the tip of the index-finger of each of the Goblin's gloves are high-powered, electrical blasters. These powerful devices give the Goblin his most basic and straightforward attack. He can also use the electrical energy produced from the gloves to create a blinding flash, incapacitating his foes for several seconds.
    • Goblin Boots: The Goblin costume's boots contain "goblin blades" for short term hovering and gliding.
  • Goblin Glider: The most prominent piece of Goblin equipment is his Bat Glider. A long, bat-shaped platform propelled by jets, the glider allows him to fly through the city, and hover in mid-air. Phil recently rigged a video- game joystick to give him remote control of the glider. It also has a camera installed in the nose, giving the Goblin enhanced reconnaissance abilities.
  • Pumpkin bombs: The Green Goblin's trademark weapons are his pumpkin bombs. Small orange spheres resembling Jack O' Lanterns, the pumpkin bombs hold explosives, smoke, concussion and flashbomb charges. He often uses them as an intimidation weapon, laughing and hurling the smoking bombs.
  • Razor bats: Long, razor sharp, bat-shaped blades that can be thrown, often in three's, and can cut through very durable surfaces and materials.
  • Gas Ghosts: Small gelatinous ghost-like shapes, this devices releases a noxious gas that causes nausea and coughing. Phil accidentally learned how these work by chucking one on the floor in his apartment.
  • Spy-Eye: A remote controlled drone that has a direct video feed to the Goblin's mask.

Quirks:
Phil has a habit of laughing when he is nervous and he occasionally talks to himself

Motivation:
Thrills, fame and fortune

Fears:
Following in the footsteps of the previous Goblins.

Background:
Born to Arnold and Mindy Urich,
Phil Urich was a college drop out that worked as a part time intern for his uncle, the famous Daily Bugle news reporter, Ben Urich.

Blaine Hall,
AKA
Multiply

BASICS
Full Name :

Blaine Baxter Hall

Nickname(s) :

He goes by ...

Blai
B.B
... OR Hall

Alias :

M
ultiply

Age :

20

Affiliation(s) :

The X-Men ( sort of... )
Xavier's School For The Gifted

Race/Ethnicity :

Caucasian-American
(
Mostly of Anglo descent - but there's some Russian ancestry too. )

Sexuality :

He doesn't put a label on it.

Place Of Birth :

Kansas City,
Missouri

Date Of Birth :

06/18/2029
( He's a Gemini, duh. )

Faceclaim :

Jacob Elordi

VISAGE
Hair :

A dark black-ish brown, which he usually keeps cut tidy and short.

Eyes :

Blaine's eyes are an elusive chocolate brown colour,
With little hints of hazel when stared into under a different light.

Skin :

His skin is relatively pale,
With it blemishing and burning quite easily. Blaine definitely does not mind a bit of a bronzing though, so ...

Height & Weight :

His height is an almost towering 6'4,
Whilst his weight ( last time he checked ) was somewhere around 190 lbs.

Body Modifications :

Besides being a mutant, which some would count as a biological modification, he's got nothing too crazy. A few expensive tooth fillings,
And two tiny holes through both ears from when he had them pierced.

He does have a small tattoo on his lower rib, below his right pec.
It's a small coloured sketch of a traditional Russian Doll.

Distinguishing Features :

He's got a bit of a crooked smile,
Though it is wonderfully infectious. The accompanying throaty laugh that often leaves his lips is also instantly recognizable -
Usually heard echoing through-out the halls of the mansion.

PERSONALITY
Persona :

Goofy, charming and a bit of a douce-bag. Blaine is just your typical young man.
He's a "bro type", who gets on best with other guys like him. So it's a good thing he can just whip up more of those guys out of thin air. He's got some major charisma, and is always the centre of attention when it comes to being in a group of people, or at a party. Think of him as a sort of ... big man on campus.
But the campus is of course a hidden away school for superpowered weirdos. He's a party animal and someone who you know you can always rely on for a good time.

Just ...
Don't piss him off. You wouldn't like him pissed off ( wait ). He can be a bit of a bitch, a bit of a scumbag. And you don't want ten petty guys poked and peeved. Usually he can take a joke though,
So he finds it relatively easy to just laugh something off. But you know boys.

Vices & Virtues :

His main vices would, of course, be alcohol and drugs. His party going side is quite a dominant one, easily taking over whenever and wherever. He's not one to pass up a cold one, or a freshly rolled spliff. Of course,
If you've got anything a little harder ...

Virtue wise,
He keeps very healthy in terms of dieting and exercise. He loves his yoga and his pilates. And he honestly doesn't think there's anything better than a game of tennis or a brisk morning jog.

Hobbies :

Basketball.
Volleyball.
Tennis.
Basketball, volleyball and tennis - but only playing against himself.
Yoga and in-general exercise and fitness techniques.
Jogging.
Backpacking and hiking.
Girls.
Boys.
Drinking.
Partying ( hard ).
Last minute exam cramming.
Playing with his pet frog, Jefferson.
And binge watching Kitchen Nightmares and any sort of cooking related television show featuring Gordon Ramsey.

Quirks :

He's not really got any sort of quirk.

He's got a bit of a funny laugh,
And he can touch his nose with the tip of his tongue. But that's about it.

Moral Alignment :

Chaotic Good

Fears :

Getting rejected by someone he likes.
Being left out of inside jokes.
Being left out ... in general.
Losing his mother and younger brothers.

HISTORY
Background :

Blaine, sometimes, wishes his life was a bit more interesting. I mean, being a mutant is a great start but ... that's where the interestingness peaked, really. He had a pretty average childhood and early adolescence - before he begun developing his powers at eleven. Once he started duplicating, his father ( who had always been a bit of a lousy one ) left the picture. He wouldn't have his son "be a freak", and Blaine's mother was very against leaving her eldest boy on the side of some road. The first year or so after his dad left was hard. They went from a comfortable middle class suburban family to scraping by month to month. But his mom got a second job and he started regularly mowing lawns ( every lawn on the block, and all at once ). In his mother's busy absence,
He became a parental figure to his three younger brothers. Making them dinner every day ( even though he really could never ever get the hang of cooking ) and helping them with their homework.

At sixteen,
His mother was contacted by those quite like her son. And even though she struggled with the idea of sending him off to a boarding school for mutants, she decided it'd be best for him. She still calls him every Wednesday and Friday - and he goes back home whenever he can ... which unfortunately isn't as often as they'd both probably like.

He easily adapted to life at Xavier's.
Becoming quite a popular character amongst the other students, and amongst some of the professors and lecturers. Right now, he's considered one of the best students there. Not in an academic sense, but just in the sense that he shows ( and always has shown ) extreme promise. He badly wants to be a member of The X-Men, an esteemed but currently inactive group. And certain teachers have egged him on, telling him he'd be a prime candidate for a revamped team.

He just wants to feel useful.
And feel wanted.
Whether it is saving the world from evil aliens, or just using his fake ID to buy beer for his peers.

That's all he wants.

ABILITIES
Powers :

Blaine's ability to multiply is a tricky one indeed. On a good day, he can duplicate himself not only once and not just twice ... but up to nine times. Nine versions of him all running around, causing as much chaos as humanly possible. On a bad day however, he can struggle to just get one flimsy clone out of him. Each duplicate is a part of him. When they get pricked or slashed, he feels their pain ( even if it won't necessarily effect him physically ). Each duplicate also represents a single part of him. Each championing a different part of his psyche. If he's been in a bit of a pissy mood, his duplicate will be the emphasization of that anger and that annoyance. If he's in a good mood, one "copy" could be a bundle of wholesome lovin' and another could be full of jokes - unable to stop laughing its ass off. It all simply depends. His power isn't the most reliable of mutant gifts, but when he can hone it ...
It definitely comes in handy.

On top of being able to multiply himself several times over, Blaine is in very good shape. He's never been sure whether it's because he is a mutant or whatever,
But he has always excelled in everything he puts his body through. And you put your body through a lot when you're literally squeezing out multiple versions of yourself ...

Skills :

Blaine is skilled in several sports, particularly basketball, volleyball and tennis. He plays a variety of other sports where he's decent, but decent doesn't cut it sometimes. As stated above, he is in almost perfect physical condition - thus he excels in cardio and hand-to-hand combat. This boy can throw one hell of a fuckin' punch, you best believe it. There's some serious donkey power in both his arms and his legs. When it comes to stuff that isn't all physical,
He's quite street smart. Always knowing how to schmooze and impress,
It's how he's gotten this far.

Book smarts on the other hand, well ...
He's not the sharpest tool in the shed but he is far from the dullest. He has his "blonde" moments. He does well in his studies, when he puts his mind to it. But he definitely isn't the young man raising his hand to answer each and every question the teachers at the mansion put to their classes. He'll leave that for the, er -
"Nerds".

Equipment/Weapons :

He doesn't usually equip himself with a weapon. He relies solely on his fists - all twenty of them ( on a good day ).
