Mankind's Fall

Roxy smiled in a demonic way. "Oh, but little human, you will." She said in a mysterious voice. This was her way of showing fake emotion. Roxy lifted the knife out of the man's back and walked around him slowly. She paused in front of him and crouched down in front of his face. "You will say anything I want you to." Roxy said. Her voice still had the mysterious, demonic aura with only a hint of a metallic sound, but her face was now blank with wide eyes. Roxy stared into the human's eyes. She blinked and within seconds she had the human under her control... Well, at least part of him.

Carly could hear yelling and shouting from where she stood on the hill. She had walked up there for some quiet, as her aunt was nagging her about doing chores or something. Carly crouched down low, wondering if whatever had made that person scream was near her. She snuck along the edge of the trees, hiding behind them and other plants if she heard any noise at all. "I hope it's not... An attack..." Carly thought worriedly. @Verdas

Sahqon cringed as he watched the machines torturing the man. Although the machine with a human appearance certainly did attract special attention, the other machine also caught his eye (pun intended). A one-eyed machine which was fairly large in size, the name 'God's Eye' came into his mind as he remembered the well-known machine. It was well known among the humans as his eye's ability was very dangerous to their current settlement and as many have already gotten too used to this forest, moving out would prove to be very difficult. Both of them seemed very dangerous and strong.

The man's once determined face began to tremble in fear as the human-like machine stood before him, being unable to look anywhere else other than the machine's eyes, captivated by it, though he still tried his best to not spill anything out. 'If only this damn one-eye would move his foot away, I would have a chance at running.' He thought, underestimating me human-like machine's speed and agility.

Odin dragged his foot to the side, grinding the human's arm even more as he did so. "All you need to do is to answer our questions. Then, you'll be given an option to become one of us. If you don't... Well, I'm sure you know what happens to those who refuse." He said to the man as he watched the other machine do her work, watching and observing expectantly, as she seemed to know what she was doing. @Spotine

Roxy continued to stare into the human's eyes. Within seconds he would be her puppet... After about 5 more seconds the human's eyes turned all blue, no white or any other color, all blue. Roxy smirked. She stood and gestured for Odin to lift his foot off of the human's arm. "Stand, you fool." Roxy said to the man.

Carly climbed up into a tree to get a better look of where the noise might be coming from. When she reached a sturdy looking branch, Carly realized the attack was right below her. She could see someone else, a human, hiding in the forest and watching as well. Carly focused her attention on the robots. "The poor man." She thought as she watched one of her fellow humans bleeding on the ground. @Verdas

Odin moved his foot, revealing a bloody mess that anyone would be disgusted by, and watched the machine in interest. "You must be the newest model. A more advanced version of hypnosis perhaps?" He said as the man rose at Roxy's command. "Perhaps you were not a complete waste of my time after all. What are you called, young one?" He asked her, calling her 'young one' for lack of a better name.

Sahqon could not hear much from his current position, and worried that the man decided to join the machines and spill out information, not knowing that the man was being controlled by the machine that resembled a human. He grabbed onto a fairly thick and tall tree with many branches, one of many in the large forest they were in, proceeding to quickly, but carefully and quietly, climb up the tree for a better view and lower likelihood of being spotted. He then took notice of another human after getting up to a suitable height. @Spotine

"Roxy." Roxy said simply to answer the machine's question. She needed to concentrate on controlling the human. She stared into his eyes and said "Now answer all of the questions we have for you." In a monotone voice.

Carly watched the man rise. "He can't be doing that on his own. He would've run by now!" She thought to herself. She was startled as another human, the one she'd noticed from earlier, climbed into the tree. Carly instinctively took out her gun and pointed it at the man, thinking he might attack her. She sighed at her jumpiness and then put away the gun. Carly then held her forefinger to her mouth as if telling the man to stay quiet. @Verdas
