Isthia raised an eyebrow. "Depends where he was shot, I imagine. Hopefully I don't have anyone like that in my squad, but, at the end of the day, I can deal with it if I have to." Isthia shrugged, fingers once again beginning a staccato rhythm on the hilt of her blade. "I mean, ideally I won't have to, but this is hardly an ideal world."

"I know, right? And they keep asking why I'm nihilistic."

Krystal stopped in front of the office/information kiosk/whatever this place has.

"Oh, we actually found it. Hey, anyone here? Me and Isthia would like some intel on our squads. Please~"

Revnoir hurried off to hide behind Kirsa, peeking out from behind her shoulder with a frown. "Who even are you? Why did you have to kick a door down and try to hurt Kirsa, that's weird," he grumbled as he let the cloth that kept the man muffled disappear.

A short little stubby lady walked out from the back room, stepping up to the counter and smiling at the girl who peeked into the room. "Hello, how are you," she said with a big smile.

@Stormyface (We sure do! Sorry about the delay)

"So my friend Isthia, she's new. Like, she got here about ten minutes ago. As such, she has no idea of the daily workings around here. And neither do I. Help please?"

Isthia stood quietly behind Krystal, as she explained their predicament to the rather short, cheerful woman, raising a hand when introduced, and nodding at the appropriate times. She hadn't missed Krystals use of the word "friend", but didn't comment. It was good to have friends, and she'd hardly comment on somebody she liked associating themselves with her.

"You're welcome." Aiko replied with a smile, and then turned to look at the newcomer. Her gut told her that this guy didn't mean any harm, though his method of entrance was very unusual. She was surprised when Revnoir moved behind the other weaver. She hadn't thought of him as the type to do that sort of thing.

"Oh, of course, of course. Where can I start, did you need to know what Squad you're both placed in? Or would you like to be directed to Mr. John or Mr. Aaron? Or maybe even Mrs. Tera? If you don't know, those are the main three who openly run the company. Or would you like to know something else entirely," she asked with a big, welcoming smile.

"So... we both know what squads we're in, but... is there any designated place for the squads to gather, or like a notice board for our missions? Or do we just wait in our rooms until someone calls us over the PA system? (Also, if there's a head of weapon development or something around here, I promised a friend of mine I'd submit some designs if I got the chance)"

Krystal rolled her eyes in a 'well, what can you do?' manner.

((hey, maybe the Cowpusher Shield will catch on someday))

"Well, to start, we don't have a weapon development team, the only weapons we actually keep here are the training weapons and we order those from a little company off in town. Though, I can give you their business card if you'd like to submit a concept to them personally. Moving on, I can call your Squads to meet you wherever you'd like, but usually people meet their Squads in the lobby. Of course, you got here a bit late - not your fault - and so they've already moved on to figuring out missions and training and such. Did you want me to call them to meet you somewhere?"

"I think I'll take the card... call up Squad 2, I guess. Give me some general directions to the meeting place, I need to go grab something. Will you be fine here, Isthia?"

Grim had been in the forest of outside the Weaver base for awhile now, catching a few small animals and fish, he though he'ed return back to the base to rest up. Walking back to the main lobby with his backpack a little heavy, he though maybe his chief or someone else from his squad had turned up. Also wondering were he could cook food in the base, or if it was up to the Weavers to survive by themselves. He walked in wondering if anyone was there.

The woman pulled a business card out from just beneath the surface of the desk, and handed it to the Weaver. "I'll call them to the lobby, then, and it's right out the door you came in then left just a few steps. It's hard to miss two big swinging doors, don't you think?" She said cheerfully, drawing her hand back once she gave the card to her. She then looked expectantly to the second Weaver in the room. "And how may I help you? Did you need me to call your squad, too?"

"Thank you, kind miss. Gotta go."

Krystal stopped by her room and picked up a bag of DELICIOUS, CHOCOLATEY M&MS©®©©©©©

She walked back to the lobby and sat down on a couch. Anyone who may or may not be salty about being called down here would probably be pacified with free candy.

"Ah, yes please. I'm in Squad 4. Also, I haven't been assigned a room - do I just choose an unoccupied one? Like Krystal said, I'm rather new here, and each base seems to operate differently to a degree." Isthia shot the woman the most winning, grateful smile she could muster. Hopefully it wouldn't inconvenience anybody in her squad that much, and hopefully they wouldn't be too irritated. Krystal had mentioned that there were some rather... unstable people here, and Isthia hoped that if any were in her squad this wouldn't antagonize them.

The stubby little lady laughed, and this laugh you could tell was real. "Oh, tell me about it. We're the only base in the province that offers free lodging, it's a little odd to me. Though, the base here runs on a barracks system, where all normal members of the Squads live on separate floors of the barracks - each squad having a single floor. It's a little like living in a dorm building, but less classes and more training. And risking your lives to save people like me who can't quite lift a weapon to hurt a fly," she said with a chuckle before speaking up again. "Just ask your squad members about it once they get here, I'm sure they can explain the barracks system to you a bit better than I can. I'll call them to training room three, it's just down the hall to your right. It's the fourth door, all the training rooms are labeled." With that, she moved aside and picked up a phone that seemed to be connected to the intercom system.

"All members of Squad Two please meet in the lobby, and all members of Squad Four please meet in training room three to greet your new members. Thank you!" She said before hanging up and giving the remaining Weaver a kind smile. "They're on their way!~"

Nathan stood up from where he had been sitting on the wall. "Fucking finally," he muttered, and began making his way towards the lobby. Entering the lobby Nathan found Krystal sprawled out on a couch and a short woman. Okay. "I'm Squad Two," he said quickly, eager to actually do something.

He sighed and rolled his eyes.

"What could it be now.. Im supposed to go on a mission" He said under his breath. He stood up from the couch, picked up his bag and slung it on his shoulder then walked towards the designated training room.

Straumm couldn't help himself but to let out a gentle sigh upon hearing the announcement. It somewhat changed his mood - he felt slightly exhausted and more dead somehow. He then picked up his duffel bag and dragged his feet towards the exit - leaving without a single word as he silently attempted to find the aforementioned training room.

Zah was in his bunk reading Canterbury Tales, translated in German. He had been bored this whole time due to the fact that the proper people had not come to inform him of the going on. So he was pleased and surprised that he and his squad was being sent to the training room, which he had remembered where it was during his tour of the facility. He then put his book away and went towards the training area, after he changed into jeans and a white shirt.
