Fantasy Magic Brew Cafè (CLOSED)

Zero left the two alone and sorta mingled with the crown for a bit before returning with a cell phone and it seems he was talking to someone. He placed it in his pocket and sat down at the bar looking at Vincent and Ellie at their weird bite affection thing that's going on "I guess some people show their affection in weird ways though biting is a weird way of showing it unless you're into that kind of thing...." He saw that they were busy so he decided to pour himself a drink, it was the vodka bottle from before he used to pour into his glass.

Oliver gave Maria a soft kind of smile, the corners of his eyes crinkling, "When did you become so nice?" He asked, giggling quietly under his breath before sitting up completely, stretching his black and blue arms over his head, "I don't get you. One moment you're trying to drown me and push me around, the next you're trying to cheer me up." The imp shook his head, grinning, "It's like you're two different people half the time!" He informed her happily, slurring a little with his words, the sudden movement of his head lifting up from the counter having made the alcohol take effect rather quickly.

The demon scoffed and kissed her forehead, his crimson eyes shining with mirth, "We're in the middle of an overcrowded cafe, Ellie." He laughed, shaking his head at her obnoxious behavior.

Maria smiled gazing down at the bar, "I don't know, both of my parents died when I was barely a few days old, so I was taken in by a local orphanage for mystics, althoght that didn't last long, I ran away multiple times and lived on the streets for a little bit, I've had to fend for myself most of my life, and I guess I just developed a short temper," she thought out loud, smiling sadly. "I don't know why but you just tick me off for some reason, but I can also see myself in you a lot, being lost, not really knowing your place in the world and being afraid of what you might become," she continued, drawing circles on the wood.

"It'sh probably 'cause we're so similar, really," Oliver told her with a hiccup, "Ya know, 'cause of the whole 'no parental guidanche' thing." The imp drew his feet up, tucking them in underneath himself, watching the hat clad witch with interest, "That'sh certainly why we don't get along. Under normal circumstances. Did ya know," He slurred, holding up a finger to get her attention, "That imps ain't 'lowed to be raised? We're trained. Thrown out by out parentsh, 'cause nobody wants an imp!"

Maria smirked, tapping Olivers forehead, "Excuse you, I have had plenty of guidance, I just choose to ignore it all!" she smirked,

Ellie tilted her head curiously at Zero smiling, " Do you wanna bite to Zero~~?" Ellie giggled, still latching on to Vinny.

"Force of habit," Jun admitted, giving her a small shrug in return before laughing at the small visual her words stirred. It was a quiet one, as always, just enough to make his shoulders tremble. But it held mirth like any other.

The comment about her powers drew his eyes to her hands, and they glowed in response, as if pleased to be noticed. "Did you have anything to drink earlier?" he inquired, the ears tilting to the side as Jun cocked his head slightly. "I'm sure Vincent is bringing out the best so the guests can enjoy themselves." Glancing over his shoulder he could already see Ellie in the middle of enjoying herself, simpering while she clung to her favorite bar tender. Even from where they stood he could see spots of color in her cheeks.

He returned his attention back to the girl, noticing her mask was slightly ajar from her earlier, and reached out to fix it. It was a reflexive move that entailed nothing but good will, and when Jun finished, another smile broke over his face as he caught her last sentence. "You're the one who picked it out for me. Otherwise I thought of going as a mummy so I wouldn't have to worry about disappearing" - another illusion started to form between them and Jun waved his arm hastily before it could form completely - "every now and then."

Serathi smirked, running a hand through Vahl's hair, " He always was a very needy child, once he latched onto something he became quite close," she smiled coldly. She turned to look at the fireplace. @thistle

Lil' Ashes wore a small wizard hat and tiny Mickey Mouse Sorcerer's Apprentice cloaks as he sat eating candy on his table top " nom nom nom O3O " He kicked his feet around on the table as his tail wagged as he watched everyone having fun.

Zero shook his head "Um I'd prefer not to get bite by you, and if that's your way of saying I love you then I Definitely don't wanna get bite cause I don't wanna get kicked out, I'd prefer sleeping on a couch then the streets." He took a drink form his glass.

Ellie pouted, reaching over the bar, "Nooo~! No biting! Biting bad!" she cried, tapping Zero's forehead lightly. "Bad Zero!" she scolded, before breaking down into a fit of giggles.

Ashes got off of his seat and put on his huge mickey mouse ears and waddled around with broom holding buckets of candy. He played with the strings of the broom cause it wasn't actually magic it was a puppet that made it look like it was walking. He walked around and approached one of the characters and offered them candy. " Here you go Ma'am :D "

Her smile turned to a frown when he mentioned drinks, "Well I'm sure other drinks are delicious but I swear the one I had was troll spit. " she whined cringing at the memory. Then took please watching in watching Jun flail his arms at the illusion that had formed in front of the two, "Of course it's cute. With me picking it out and all." She said with a smile.

"Oh look at this." She said excitedly, thinking for a second as little bubbles formed in the air, some hearts, some circles and a few stars in the bunch. Then she blew on them and they popped, each one leaving a distinct puff of colour behind before dissapearing, "Apparently I blow bubbles, literally." She said with a proud smile.

She tensed up when he adjusted her mask shying back a bit, she knew he was just being kind but it made her uncomfortable for three reasons, he kept touch in her face and that was just weird, the mask was very expensive but her aunt let her borrow it for the night and she generally didn't like being touched with out prior warning.

"So... uh. That lady singing isn't very good." She said, pointing at the bigger lady basically screaming in the microphone, "I could do better then that, and my shower curtains agree." She joked with a giggle.

Zero just stared at Ellie then at Vincent then he just sighed "I'm assuming she's pretty much wasted.... If biting is bad then why are you biting Vincent? Isn't that what humans call a hypocrite? Yeah so you madam are a hypocrite!" He just sighed as he took another drink from the vodka not really feeling drunk because he does have a very high alcohol tolerance.

Akira turned her head smiling at Ashes "So adorable, I love your costume." she happily accepted the candy still looking at the cat "I do not know what you are however, its interesting something I've never seen." @sgtmickey

Graeme walked in with his merc cloak on with a small fox on his shoulder. "Look Bramble just because you decided to follow me after I supposedly summoned you does not mean it's okay" The fox now known as Bramble looked at him and giggled before speaking in a high squeaky voice, "Nonsense Prince, I have too, besides who else is gonna keep you safe, let alone if you'll ever get a girlfriend!" "Ahhh, shut up Bramble. I'm going to strangle you if you continue this conversation..." Graeme sat down at a nearby table and looked around trying to avoid eyes as well as ignore the fox who was now yipping away at him about something.

Jun withdrew his hands when he noticed Raya stiffen visibly beneath them, taken aback by her reaction. Based on how swiftly she changed subjects, it made him wonder if he had said something wrong but decided it wise not to pursue the topic.

Then again, anyone seeing a pair of rabbit paws approaching their face would balk as well, intimidated by the half inch nails sweeping close to their vulnerable eyeballs.

He didn't even need to look in the direction of where she gestured, as a woman's voice shrilled upward into a cacophony of broken notes. It sounded like her voice had died many many years ago, and when Jun finally did glance over, he noticed that, appropriately, a banshee was in current possession of the microphone. The shade winced, as some of the other customers did."I think you'd be doing us all a favor if you took a turn at the mic," Jun said, his voice more than hinting as another sound wave of dread hit them.

@DestinyRed

"Simply killing her sounds like the easiest choice," Vahl remarked offhandedly, and the hand that had been running through his hair abruptly tightened in response. Untroubled, he eased Serathi's hand from his skull before it could bruise and sat up to loom over her, throwing the demoness's fair face into shadow. "But what will you be doing while I'm gone?"

@Elfia Nightwing

"Me take the mic? As in me me, or is someone here named me?" She asked, her eyes the size of saucers, "Cause I um... have Laryngitis. Ya Laryngitis, Cough... Cough." She said then raised her hand to her mouth, "Cough." For extra emphasis.

When she heard a particularly high note that had her covering her ears and wincing she looked over at Jun, "Fine." She said in an annoyed tone, then walked towards the sterio system and slowly turning down the volume making it seem like the song was ending. Once the banshee left the makeshift stage she jumped up seeming rather shy as she walked over to the mic and cleared her voice looking over the crowd, seeming like a kid being forced to eat her vegetables then she started to sing. Her voice wasn't anything special, sounding like your average girl with a nice voice she just wasn't quite sure what to do with. The song was fun, something you'd want to hear at a party having a good beat and a faster rhythm. But she wasn't anything to behold, mainly because she was staying on the same key for each word, leaving her voice sounding forced.

As she tried to make her self sound more natural, she noticed how tense she was, You sound like a robot singing! Have fun with it! Her head screamed at her, then, right when the song excited the intro and started the first verse she just let it all loose, relaxing in seconds and she noticed a few heads turn to the dramatic difference, "Don't wanna be typical oh, wow." Of course, she was nothing amazing, definetely nothing you'd see on YouTube but she did have some of them singing along with her.

The song was over quickly and she hopped off the stage, plopping the mic into a random males hand then stalked back over to Jun and stuck out her toung, "Happy?" She asked sarcastically smiling when she realized the next one up wasn't completely horrible.

As Raya returned to the bar it was to find Jun clapping lightly with good spirit, soft, flaxen ears bouncing from the effort. "That was good fun," cheered the shade brightly, "though it seems like you caught a few admirers as a result." His chin took a little tilt, signaling for her to glance over her shoulder. "A tree ent, that nymph I bumped into earlier, and a satyr. Huh," he said, sounding as if he had just discovered something interesting, "most of the woodland creatures in here seemed to admire your music. It seems like they're more sensitive to sound than most."

Jun had been entertained by the song, no doubt, but more than anything he had been impressed that Raya had stepped up to the plate. Or in this case the hastily constructed stage. But for creatures born straight from the earth, they had seemed to spark awake at the first note, mainly due to the fact that something other than the horrendous harping from earlier had finally quelled. Limbs and wooden digits that had been hastily shoved into their ear holes slowly came away, expressions of relief crossing an array of different faces as they turned back to resume their conversations from before.

"It seems like your power has settled down a bit as well," he noted, careful not to touch her this time as he pointed at her hands.

"I sounded like a constipated chipmunk in the intro." She whined like a child, forcing the slight blush that appeared on her cheeks to go away. She quickly peeked behind her then popped her head back forward when she met a few stares, "No. Me and admirers -or admiring- do not go together. Raya+Admirers= Embarresment." She said her cheeks more aflame then before.

When he commeneed on her power she looked down at her hands, noticing the little sparks from earlier had dissapeared, "I guess it did." She frowned ever so slighty as she felt a slight pain. She had enjoyed power usage with out protecting. The teen looked up from her hands then at Jun's floppy bunny ear, quickly reaching out and standing it up straight before snapping it back to her side, "You know I think those ears are defective." She said with a giggle, watching as the other flopped down.

Oliver kicked off from the chair, blinking lazily as he glanced around the cafe. Everybody seemed as if they were having a good time, and his conversation with the hat clad witch had lifted his mood considerably. With a smile, he began to make his way through the crowd, looking for something fun to do. His arrows were rattling around in their quiver with every step he took, and he was continuously bumped into by the other atendees, but he didn't very much mind, as being bumped into had it's perks. Oliver grinned as he studied his new prize, a sleek looking bottle with some sort of green liquid inside. He threw it up into the air, the glass gleaming in the dim light from the candlelit jack'o'lanterns positioned strategically around the cafe, before catching it again, placing it into his quiver with a smirk.

@any one

Vincent laughed, watching everybody enjoy themselves, and the confusion on Zero's face was just plain hilarious. He reached under the bar, procuring a new bottle of moonshine, as it seemed like the one he had left standing on the bar had mysteriously disappeared, before mixing a new drink for Mrs. Cromwell, who seemed particularly tipsy, as she was laughing and carrying on a rather intimate conversation with one of the wood nymphs, who seemed to be decidedly uncomfortable by her unrelenting advances.

Rodwen sat upon the highest skyscraper in the city the moonlight shone down upon her , reflecting dimly off the blade she carried. she looked out upon the city , humans darting around quickly with candy practically coming out there ears . It was disgusting. Halloween was literally a holiday devoted to mocking the supernatural , yet many of the supernaturals were out partying or 'trick or treating' . This sight was truly Despicable.

Rodwen wanted nothing more but to slay the supernaturals that partook in such festivitys but that was not what she was here for she only had one soul to offer sethri and she needed another if she were to please her . but this soul needed to be strong , in other words it would be easier for her to take the soul of a supernatural rather than human.

Ellie squirmed in her seat at the bar, looking up sleepily at Vinny, as she rubbed sleep from eyes," When did I fall asleep?.." She murmured, before fully waking up , and jumping out of her seat, running behind Vinny, hugging him tightly." Vinny~! One more drink~!" She giggled.

The demon handed her a bottle of raspberry beer without even looking behind him, as another set of requests were shouted out from across the bar. While Halloween was amazingly fun, and drew in a lot of money for the cafe, he tended to forget how exhausting the whole thing could be, and he wiped his forehead quickly, getting back to working on the mojitos for a pair of impatient looking vampires, the blood powder added making the clear drink turn slightly pink.

Ellie pouted, walking towards the enterance squeezing past people and knocking over a few peoples drinks, and almost falling on her face a few times.She finally gave up and crawled into a small secluded corner of the cafe, sipping her beer. "I feel so tiny~..." She giggled, looking up at all the people.
