Fantasy Magic Brew Cafè (CLOSED)

Akira smiled at Mazus "Thank god you're here." Sha scowled "I don't have the time for this." she growled out and threw ball after ball of dark magic at Mazus with swarms of dark magic butterflies. "Why do you interfere fallen angel?!" she screeched glaring.

Still grinning he swiped the spheres of dark energy aside one after the other. "I'm her guardian, though I do have my own agenda if you wish to keep this up." Mazus used his wings to knock the woman off her feet and began casting his own spell. "My turn." He spoke with enough malice to scare even himself before a multitude of ethereal swords appeared and pointed at the woman. "Would you like to see the result, or are we done?" He glared and sent the swords flying at her from all angles stopping as they brushed her skin.

Sha snarled and burst into a bunch of butterflies dissapearing back into the necklace after she was gone the necklace shattered and disintegrated. Akira smiled and launched herself at Mazus hugging him. "Thank you for coming.." she let go then bowed her head "I'm also so sorry, I shouldn't have come here but I needed to verify if she was a bad person or not though."

Mazus chuckled and called out to Sha, "That's what I thought, pitiful sorceress..." Mazus turned back to Akira, folding his wings and dispelling the swords. "It's fine Akira, I lost track of time myself and would have been here sooner." Mazus brushed off one of his wings and looked around. "Now then, let's be off. We must not stay here."

Akira smiled nodding. "Alright..Uh..can we keep this a secret from Vincent?...he might kill me if he finds out" She cringed at the thought of Vincents reaction to what she did.

Mazus nodded and picked up the pendant walking away from the forest. "It shall be done."

Akira followed close behind she smiled at Mazus "Hey Mazus, I don't think I ever thanked you before for what you did when my father..." she paused "it was nice of you to comfort me, you truly are an amazing friend."

Mazus nodded and pulled out the pendant. "If I may ask where did you get this... and why didn't anyone contact me till you did just now?" Mazus was getting used to life on earth and started acting more like them. He understood emotions and gestures and he used them constantly now. "If you'd rather not tell that's fine. I'd prefer to know though for your safety..."

Akira sighed "I don't know why no one contacted you. But to answer where I got that pendant, I got it from the same woman you just fought...she tricked me. I had thought she was my friend, she came to me when I ran away from the cafe, when I was sad, angry, lost and took advantage of the state I was in making me think she cared about me."

"I see..." Mazus held out his hand. "Would you like me to transport you?"

Mazus transported them to (insert where you wanted to go here) and stood beside Akira. "Here we are, would you like me to stay or shall I return at another time?"

Akira smiled as they arrived at her castle, she knew Oliver would be okay with Vincent, she seen him move before she left. She had things she must plan however. "Stay if you wish, though I think it'd be best if you were at my side incase she came back. I have work to do so it might be boring for you. You can use my dojo to train though" She motioned to a building separate from the castle. @Dnaleri017

Mazus nodded and kept to Akira's side. He didn't need training since he trained in his absence. "Lead the way Akira."

Akira smiled and entered the castle Mazus in tow walking down hallway after hallway until she came to her study. She opened the doors it was filled with book shelfs, a plush couch and a desk stacks upon stacks of papers on it. Akira groaned. "Well looks like I do have paperwork to do first." she walked over and sat at her desk. "If you need anything just pop your head out and call for a servant, you can read any books in here if you want to aswell." @Dnaleri017

Mazus nodded and cast a spell around himself taking out his heavenly spell tome. "I must read more of this while I can." He began reading and sat down where he stood staring at the pages of the book, deciphering each spell and learning its secrets. He glanced up every now and then to immediately go back to the tome.

Akira worked through her paperwork pretty fast. Soon a knock was heard on the door "Come in" A servant came in handing a Letter to Akira "Thank you, you may leave now" the Servant left.

Akira read it and dropped it quickly standing up and poking her head out the door the Servant not in sight. She picked the letter up and looked at it again. She handed it to Mazus "Looks like she really has gone off her rocker, sending me a threat.. how childish" @Dnaleri017

Mazus stood and took the letter. "I can track the location. Shall I kill or capture the pitiful sorceress?" Mazus grinned an almost evil grin. He still was pumped with adrenaline from his earlier encounter. "Unless you'd rather me stay and focus on using protective spells..."

Akira stood "Mazus stay here, she most likely has it enchanted to lead you elsewhere so she can sneak in or something like that. I doubt she'd be so careless as to let you just track her. I'd love to kill her as much as you would, perhaps even more then you would. It'd be best you stay here. She shouldn't be fought alone." @Dnaleri017

Oliver's eyes shot open, the yellow orbs searching the room around him in a confused daze. The imp sat up abruptly, his head turning first left, then right then straight forward, while his tail was curling itself protectively around his scarred chest. Oliver frowned, rubbing the sleep out of his eyes with one closed fist, wondering what the hell he was doing in Buckley's apartment all of a sudden. The last thing he remembered, was petting Bratwurst before falling asleep in his new room.

The imp suddenly started, looking around frantically. Bratwurst! The boy began to throw the decorative pillows from the couch, searching for the little, black ball of fur, his eyes wide in concern. Never mind the fact that he didn't know how he had gotten here in the first place, but the kitten might be alone in the kingdom, hungry and confused herself! Oliver was just about to remove a suspiciously heavy pillow when something warm and light landed in his lap. Looking down, the imp gave a small sigh of relief, the kitten on his lap butting her head against his stomach, as if calling him stupid for worrying.

The imp, now reassured that his pet was not in any immediate danger, began to survey the room more closely. It was the living room, he could now tell, and he was sitting on the smaller of the two couches. Glancing over to the larger one, he could see the owner of the apartment, passed out on it. Oliver suppressed a giggle, Buckley looked awfully funny, sleeping up side down like that, he thought. But then, as he looked down at the kitten in his lap, his fingers running themselves automatically over her soft furry head, he began to think of reasons why he might be here.

It would have all been fine and dandy had he been here by himself, because then, he could have chalked it up to him accidentally flaming here or something. Not that he had ever done that before, but still. Or maybe, the mused, Akira had to do something very important... not, that wouldn't explain why she would have dumped up off here, instead of just letting him sleep in the kingdom. Didn't she say that her castle had guards and stuff?

Then, like a bucket of ice water, a feeling of absolute dreadful realization overcame him, and his ability to breathe normally left him as if he had been punched in the stomach by an ogre. Suddenly, it all seemed so clear, and a pained whimper left his chapped lips before he could stop it. Akira had grown bored of him. Why else would she have brought both him and Bratwurst to Buckley's, without any explanation or warning? She probably didn't want him to know, in fear of him putting up a fuzz or something. The imp felt the empty feeling inside his chest grow tenfold, and bit his lip, hard. Of course, he already knew that it was only a matter of time, but... he would have liked the feelings of belonging to have lasted at least a little bit longer.

The small imp grabbed the kitten, who let out an indignant meow, before standing up with a hard expression on his face. Oliver walked into Buckley's bedroom, quietly bypassing a sleeping lump on the bed, which he assumed to be Ellie, before opening the demon's closet. He grabbed the first piece of clothing he could find, pulling it over his head to at least maintain some illusion of decency. It was a t-shirt, but on him, it kind of looked more like a dress. The shirt hung loosely around his thin frame, but it did the job, and besides, it smelled faintly of some sort of cologne. If Oliver was forced to look like a ragamuffin, he was at least going to be a good smelling ragamuffin, he decided with an inaudible giggle.

With that out of the way, he hugged Bratwurst to his chest, before walking soundlessly out of the room, and out of the apartment itself, before finally, exiting the cafe altogether. The only sign he gave away as he tread carefully over the wooden floor, was the red lights flashing off the soles of his shoes, illuminating the shadows around him. He would prove to the fairy princess that he too could be worthy of living in her castle, even if he didn't know how yet.

Behind him, the front door to the cafe slammed shut with a bang.

Ellie shot up when she heard the front door open," Oliver?" She asked, walking out of the bedroom. When she didn't see the little Imp on the couch all color left her face," Vincent!" She squeaked looking at the demon passed out," Vinny! Where is Oliver!?" She asked panicking, shaking the demon awake.

Graeme stumbled along heading to the cafe. Even though he knew it would probably be closed he had to discuss something with Ellie and Vincent. He was still a bloody mess since he had not bothered to change his clothes earlier in the day. He did what he had to do at his home and now he had to tell them his plan. Banging on the cafe door he yelled. "Hey Vince, Ellie! We gotta chat!" @Cryobionic @Elfia Nightwing

Vincent came awake with a start, his crimson eyes shooting open to see Ellie's concerned blue ones. With a small yelp, he sat up quickly, almost headbutting the witch. "What's going on?" he asked frantically, blinking the sleep out of his eyes. He looked around confused, the room still a blurry mess of colors and lights, his vision adjusting to his now awake state. The demon was surprised that he had fallen asleep so easily, as it seemed like only moments since he had last been awake, and he looked up at Ellie again, worry written on his face, "What happened?"

As he heard the bell downstairs go off, he blinked once, then again, trying to get his brain to work.

"Oliver is gone..." She repeated, sighing frustratiation as she walked downstairs to the cafe, flinging open the door," I'm sorry but we arn't open ye-" she began but stopped when she saw Graeme. " Graeme!! Where have you been!? And what happened to you," she gasped letting him in.

Graeme walked in and took a deep breath before speaking. "Dark forest happened to me. Anyway, I need to discuss some things with the two of you. Vincent I need you to convince Oliver to do some... tasks... with me. Ellie, I may need some witchcraft done on myself for reasons I'd rather not explain at this time. I need to go back into the Dark forest." Graeme sighed and held out a small trinket. "I also need this to have a witchcraft based tracking system on it in case I'm gone longer than I plan..." Graeme fell to the floor his injuries tiring him from his lack of rest. He needed to get these things done first. "Vince, has Akira acted strange lately?"
