Cell phone bills are ridiculously expensive these days. Especially if you want unlimited data, calls, and messages. Naturally, where there is a will there will always be away! Two best friends have just successfully hacked into the ATT Servers from their tiny apartment to cut a few costs; rent is never cheap after all. What they didn't know was that they were both about to discover a file that would change their lives forever. While browsing through the massive directories, they discover a strange .txt file that is not only exabytes in size but also contains numbers that change in real-time.
Intrigued by the file, one decides to do a search for his name. The search took several minutes and highlighted there in front of them was the first middle and last name. The entry was followed by what appeared to be a lot of personal information. After a little work, they figured out that it was at least tracking their height, weight, age, geolocation, what seemed to be a personal clock and how much money they had. Being hackers they immediately followed with the conclusion that this must be a sophisticated cash file for the ATT Customer Database, and it must have been using their cell phone to spy on them and collect all this information.
Doing another search, using the serial number on the cell phone, they find an entry for it too. This one took a little longer to figure out, but this entry contained information about the phone like current battery life, battery capacity, reception signal strength, CPU power, width, height, depth, camera resolution, phone number the storage capacity, and finally the service bill amount they owed! They had done it, and triumphantly they both reset the value they paid for service to Zero and hit save. A quick check on their account confirmed the bill had simply gone away.
However, they didn't stop here because had both felt a little this file contained too much personal data. Not wanting to raise any bells on their new free data plan, they thought they might at least prevent the company from tracking their location and agreed to at least change that. So after a final name search, and Google search for some new covenants in Central Park across the country, they change their friend's entry coordinates and absentmindedly hit ctrl+S to save. Immediately one of them vanishes and here is where the story begins . . .
