Personality: Shy, aloof, shut in. These are the many words used to describe Alex. She comes from a sheltered home life so her social skills are slim to none. The first of her family to choose to become an adventurer and with that choice comes enormous amount of pressure from her family, even if she insists that their pride does not affect her. Originally taught solely from a private tutor, Alex has had many social and culture shocks from entering LA, never having to interact with so many other peers her age before and all from different backgrounds. More often than not, she incorrectly speaks of or even unintentionally offends another's upbringing and culture. She is quick to apologize and quick to rush away from the situation, if she can. Alex desires most of all is to make friends and learn how to properly interact with them. The only thing that is above that desire is her love for magic. This topic is probably the only one she can smoothly converse about, without turning beet red. Magic is the reason why she wants to become an adventurer. To learn more about it, to learn to control it, and to prove to herself that she can be an adventurer with the utmost caliber and prestige!

Character Background/Biography: Alex was brought up in a comfy lifestyle. Not super rich, but not unwanting. When she was born, her parents wanted to give her the world but wanted to simultaneously protect her from it. So for most of her life, she rarely left her home, instead being taught by a private tutor of the ways of education. Alex would've been comfortable to spend her entire life there, until her parents (especially her father) would allow suitors to come court her, but soon she was introduced to adventuring and within that, magic. It wasn't long before she spent every waking moment reading books, websites, e-scrolls, anything she could her hands on about magic. Alex even dreamed of magic at night. She fervently requested that she be allowed to take up adventuring. Her parents were reluctant at first but with how prestigious Lysander Academy was, she would be in safe and capable hands. Alex was ecstatic but then began to realize the choice she made. She would have to leave her familiar home, interact with people other than her family and staff. Alex immediately tried to back out of the situation, filling herself with doubt and fear but it was too late. Her entire extended family were congratulating her on being the first in her family to explore the wonders of adventuring. Alex was overwhelmed and there was no way she could back out now, not with her family having her "back" in this. Now reluctantly, Alex enrolled into Lysander's Academy. She only hoped that her love for magic would outweigh the fear of the outside world.
