I ran Lunar Fury as my first ever PbP game (and it was the second game on the site to get started), and it was a load of fun for me. I am looking to run it again with a different set of players to see how it comes out, and I'm looking for interested people.


General rules:


As the name says, you would all start out playing Lunars. All the characters have Exalted about a year ago, and the sages in the Silver Pact have read in the skies that you are destined for great deeds and have packed you off to train with a Lunar Elder in the far North. You will all start out knowing each other for the past several months at least, and have the following bonuses:


Starting out you get 50xp to represent the intense training you've recieved from the Elder, plus you add two Knacks to your Charm/Knack list (10, but a minimum of three Knacks), and you have the following backgrounds for free: Mentor 3, Cult 2, Resources 2. These are above and beyond what you get for free, and they cannot be raised.


If someone seriously wants to play a different type of Exalt, know that you are considered the happy sidekicks to the Lunars, not the other way around, and I'll consider it on a case by case basis. I'll take the first five people that show an interest.
 
I'm tempted, sign me in. I'll try and have a concept started by tomorow and a sheet this weekend.

I have some ideas for a hawk-totem character from the the Haslanti league; I'll hopefully have a write-up this evening.
 
The game will start in the North, but you will be traveling a lot. You can be from any part of Creation you'd like prior to game start. Background stuff is the same with the Empress missing, Thorns is now under MoW's control, etc.


So now we are up to four. Any other takers?

If Sherwood is ok, you can have my slot... I have a few games already here, I can afford to give up in favor of a newbie. ^^

I so wanted to dig up old Kahak mah first pc on the board... whoa time flies so fast when you're facing a monitor :mrgreen:
 
Oh man, I was briefly in the first one as my first real game. :3


The last one started in the South though I thought.


If it opens up, I have been wanting to try my hand at another Lunar.
 
Yep, our tiny cutie squid has grown into a gigantic leviathan of epic and tentaclesque proportions ! :twisted:

Though I've sort of moved on from Exalted. (Only sort of. Mostly it's a matter of 'my god there are too many charms, too scattered around, and christ it's gotten complicated lately', plus I've started running a DnD 4e game in-person.)
