Fantasy Lucky 7 Guild {Not Accepting ATM}

(Sorry if this is taking a while. We'll wait one more day for people to post, and then we'll leave without anyone who hasn't posted in a week. If you feel that this thread has gotten boring or something, express your thoughts in the Out-of-Character so that I can gauge how much this post-time-skip-waiting is bothering people. Gracias.)

"Good Morning." Jacob said. He was waiting for someone to reply to Izzy, but since no one took the initiative, he lazily answered. "What time is it, abouts? I didn't check the town clock before leaving." (It's later than Jacob thinks, by the way.)

Wayna woke up and got dressed . He ate some bread then went to the east gate.

Drake rolled around in his sleep, rather relaxed and smiling. He was dreaming of himself rescuing people in a cave. More specifically, women. "Aha! Take that you thieves!" He said rather proudly and heroically. Don't you know it's wrong to kidnap poor defenses women!?" He shouted and pointed his rapier at the thieves and looked around the hideout. There we many stolen belonging, such as gold, food, alcohol. "Why must you thieves always go upon the path of evil! Justice will we served to you once I take you all to the guilds office for your bounty!" Drake smirked and then looked at one of the girls to smile at her. But, she wasn't there. The only thing there was a chain attached to his arm. Quickly, he turned his head to see his other arm was chained up too. Absolutely shocked, he looked back at the thieves, but only saw a fog to where they once were. "W-what trickery is this!?" Drake shouted in confusion and terror. "Your demise!" A voice shouted as Draven appeared out of the smoke and leaned it's head forward to chomp down on Drake. Waking up quickly, Drake woke up in shock and place his hand on his chest. "Alright, I'm still alive... Good to know." He looked out the window and looked at the position of the sun, he came to a realization "NO ONE BOTHERED TO WAKE ME UP!!!!" Drake shouted in anger, jumping from the bed, putting new clothes on, and walked out the door. Then went back inside to grab some bread and went back out.

Running to the East Gate in a hurry, he looked at both Jacob and Alex (If Alex is even there) and started to rant upon them. "Why didn't you guys wake me up!? Today's a big day!"

"Oh, sorry Drake." Jacob said as Drake ran up to the place where they were meeting. "I forgot I was your mother. Did you pack some clean underwear?" Jacob kinda ruined the joke by smirking. He doesn't often have such moments.

(Taking too long to answer. THE THREAD'S NOT DEAD! I BELIEVE IT IN MY HEART!)

"All I ask is for some kindness. Is that so much to ask? Huh? Gerferslamen germer flamen" Drake's voice trailed off into nothing as he mumbled to himself. "Anyway, Jacob, to answer you're question that no one seems inclined to answer," Drake looked around in frustration at the blank faces of the sleepy people. "It's high noon. Time to go."

Jacob slowly realized his walk to East Gate had taken much longer than he had anticipated. It was not almost an hour until their adventure kicked off, but they should be leaving by now. "Uh... Yeah. Drake's right. What's up with me? We've got an adventure to go on. We'll have to be at extreme levels of attention, aware of our surroundings at any moment..."

"Hi" Wanya says.

Jacob looks at Wanya in wonderment and exclaims, "Wanya! How long have you been standing there!"

*Drake and others laugh*

"Okay, in all seriousness, Alex, do we have everyone? I'd like to get this show on the road." Jacob mumbles to himself- "Maybe it'll wake me up..."

(Did I switch tenses? Oh well.)

Drake looked at Jacob and sighed, "I know I'm not Alex but does it look like everyone is here?" Drake told him with annoyance as he started to chew on some bread. "We'll wait another hour to see if anyone comes by, and if they don't we'll go into the dungeon..."

"Uh..." Jacob just realized that Alex was late. What? I thought I saw him here. I thought he was the first one here... "Yes. I believe..." Jacob was unaccustomed to lying, what with being in the clergy, so he turned to Drake. "...he was going to do that... thing..."

Mina looked at all of the people who were there. "Are w-we going now?" She asked. She wondered why the ones who organized this guild and the quest weren't even prepared to show up on time. But she threw the thought to the wayside.

Drake shrugged, he'd never thought that Alex would be the latest out all of the. He took another bite as he shook his head. "Well, he's probably getting supplies and such, we have enough for this dungeon but I guess it's better to be safe than sorry." He started to rub his chin and looked around at the people who showed up so far. He took a bow and started to welcome the new recruitment. "Welcome for the few who decided to show up. I'm rather glad that you've decided to join us in this expedition. If we find you're skills good enough, you'll be officially allowed to join our guild. And if you don't? Well, you're either dead or didn't make the cut. But, I'm sure all of you will do just fine."

It was at that moment that Alex rounded the corner at the end of the street, at a much greater speed than any man weighed down by armor should be able to accomplish. It was a small miracle that he didn't lose his footing on the turn and fly headlong through the restaurant that was positioned across from the turn, luckily for the establishments patron's got to enjoy there breakfast without getting hit by a speeding knight.

I'm late! I'm late! I'm never late, Drake's the one that's alwa- Drake got here first?! Alex came to a stop in front of the group and started breathing as he leaned against a wall, running in armor was hard business... He knew a wise crack was coming from Drake, but he decided to interrupt this attack by introducing his presence, "I'm here" (not because they hadn't noticed him, if they didn't they were dense as lead, but to establish that he was Alex. None of the recruits had seen his armor yet, and few people remained calm when an armored figure charges out of nowhere, most attacked like caged animals...).
