i call out from the kitchen "the steaks are done!" then come up next to estella in the darkness trying not to startle her

I was about to walk back to the kitchen when I bumped into was I believe was Ivan. "Ow.. Oh it's just you Ivan." I said. "I can't find Asumu.." I said worried.

i listen for any sounds but only hear the heavy pounding of rain "i can still sent him in side the house but i can hear anything except the rain and thunder"

"I hate thunderstorms..." I said in annoyance as I continued to look in other rooms. Now that I think of it, Asumu-kun's house is really big. Too many rooms for comfort.

 

[blood wolf]

"big family maybe?" at that moment i hear something out of a nightmare almost like a hellish scream "did you hear that!?"

 

[MADoranges]

As was about to come out to greet ivan but i remembered i only had shorts on. I walked into a room to doors down froom mine wich i turned into a big closet and got dressed. I came out and saw Estella looking for me. "Hey Estella-chan where's ivan"

 

[Achiived]

"Oh thank god we found you. Guessing you might already now the power went out. Ivan is over here." I said as I pointed to him. "Ivan- Hear what?" I said. I seemed as if he had seen a ghost or something, he had a look of disbelief on his face.

 

[MADoranges]

"hey i have a couple of camping lamps in the attic I'll go get them" i said pulling down the stairs leading to the attic.

 

[Achiived]

"Ok, I'll check on Ivan." I said. I lead Ivan to the living room and sat him down. "What did you hear?" I asked trying my best to help him through what ever traumatized him so much.

i responded with " i head something almost as if it was from a nightmare"

I sat there more concerned than before. "Maybe the thunder made it seem like it. Is your hear sensitive?" I asked as I waited for Asumu.

 

[MADoranges]

It was a good thing the lamps where right near the entrance. It was pitch black inside and it was hard to find the lamps. No wonder i never came up here it was dark even during the day. I quickly grabbed the lamps and came back downstairs and sat next to Estella. "Never doing that again"

 

[blood wolf]

" i can hear the wing beat of a butterfly with in a ten mile raduis even in a thunder storm estella" i said with an extreme concern on my face

"..." I stayed quiet. I didn't know what he heard but if it was that bad, shouldn't we all be scared? I remained calm and got the flashlight from the counter. I would be investing the house, at least to find something that might seem close to a sound from a nightmare, just to ease him. Walking out of the room, I began my little investigation.

"so Ivan how where you able to here this Sound when I didn't here it"

 

[Achiived]

After a quickly investigation of the house I come back. There was nothing that could have sounded like it was from a nightmare. I sat next the Asumu and waited to see how he would reply to Asumu-kun's question.

"im half wolf and i can higher frequencies"

"So you're a juujin thats so cool" i said smiling while looking over ivan "what else can you do"

 

[Achiived]

I stayed silent. The storm only seemed to get worse, I couldn't tell when the rain would let up. It was 8:34 now.. looks like I'll be spending the night at Asumu's.. it concerned me that Ivan could hear all of this and not be able to identify it compared to the flaps of the wings of a butterfly.

(@jakobtatee It depends. Certain people are allowed at Melody's estate and school it over. Guess you can start in the storm or at home etc.)

I tapped Asumu-kun's shoulder. "What's a juujin?" I asked. Sure I can be smart at times, but I'm not a genius. Looking back at Ivan, I asked one question that maybe I should and shouldn't have asked. "What did it sound like? Was it a boom, a scream, what?"

I took Estella's hand " a juujin is a half human half animal"

"Oh!" I said, I felt kinda stupid for not thinking of that. "Guess I shoulda thought of that.." I mumbled to myself.
