Wait, are you guys referring to Castle Sofya? Because, using this map(which by the way, I'm going to redraw soon)...
See how we're in between Cantil and Khandir? The castle isn't exactly walking distance. Although if you're referring to the castle where the nobles of Cantil live, that's fine. City Sofya would probably take around a week to reach on horse, and probably almost a month on foot.
