He would have restrained her to the blood sigil and the spell would have instinctively drawn on her blood for energy. That is a morbidly satisfied smile, not a happy smile.

I'm pretty sure animals have blood types. I'm googling right now and pigs have 6(?) blood types. We could use a poor girl while we're at it. Maybe drench her in the pig blood after slaying the pig in front of the party-goers at the dance? Aha
