Sen Pai
I'm back, baby.
What happens when characters from a fantasy world fall into the modern world of Earth?!
"It's over, Demon Lord," the hero said, the blade of his sword pointed towards the evil villain. "Your generals have been slain and you have no where left to run."
Lucius, the demon king, scoffed. "Foolish, hero," he smirked, wiping the dirt off his face. "You may have won this battle but it's not over just yet."
Suddenly, a dark magic portal formed behind the demon king, it's power causing the entire land to shake. "I will allow you to have control over Sofya! But fear the night that I come back to claim my throne!" Summoning a few of his evil vessels, Lucius fell into the swirling darkness of the portal.
The hero scowled and ran after the demon king, shielding his eyes with his arm from the brightness of the magic. He turned around to his companions and said, "You are not obligated to follow me." Takao sheathed his sword. "But those who choose to come will assist me in slaying the demon king once and for all!"
Without missing a beat, the hero spun around and ran into the magic portal, followed by some of his companions.
It was then when they observed the terrifying magnificence of the demon king's magic and how it could even be used to travel worlds; they found themselves in the world of Earth...
"Owch!"
Having landed harshly on something, Lorelei got up quickly in order to search for the hero and make sure he was safe. She found herself shrouded in darkness, a bright light coming from a narrow strip. But that wasn't of concern right now.
"Takao! Takao, where are you?" Lorelei called out, wandering the darkness with no idea where she was going. And then she bumped into someone. Immediately assuming it was one of her companions, Lorelei smiled in relief and reached out to pat the person on the head. "Hey, have you seen--"
"Izaria? Is that you? What happened to your voice?" The person's own voice was commanding and held an 'I'm better than you' tone to it.
Lorelei took and step back but leaned in, squinting to get a better look to who it was. That is, until a bright ray of light was shone on her - and the other person's face - and she screamed bloody murder.
"Is there something wrong, ma'am?" A suspiciously dressed man addressed Lorelei, his light emitting magic device now illuminating the whole, what seems to be, an alleyway. The man was dressed strangly but he was obviously a human, he even wore a strangely shaped hat.
"Who are you to address me, the Great Demon Lord of Sofya!" The person beside Lorelei boomed and pointed at the strange man dramatically. " ??? ?? ???? ??? ??? !" Muttering a magic spell, the person stretched out his arms towards the stranger. But nothing came out. "Eh?"
Lorelei used the confusion to squint closely and realized that the man beside her was indeed the demon king, no longer in his great demon form. Running away and looking for Takao, Lorelei tripped and found herself staring at a black haired young boy who looked? like Takao but couldn't be him.
"Lorelei, is that you?" The Takao-lookalike asked in a Takao-like voice. So Lorelei did what one would do in such a situation; she screamed.
"Now, shut up!" A smaller girl emerged from the shadows and Lorelei immediately recognized who she was. "Can't a great demon get some rest here?" Izaria Aschubel had taken the form of a tiny teenage human and that alone was too much for Lorelei; the mermaid turned human fainted.
The next time Lorelei woke up, she was in a secluded room that was a lot like a prison cell back in Sofya. A man who was dressed the same way as the stranger who found the Sofyans in the alleyway was unlocking her cell. There was quite a bit of struggle but when a friendly old man who looked a lot like the Wizard of the Rift (powerful magician who was neutral in war) said something to the men in private, the Sofyans were out the door in no time.
"My name is Professor Dumbledore Hardman but not to worry I'm not a hard marker." With a wink and a twinkle in his eye, Professor Hardman waited a few awkward seconds for a laugh, even a giggle, but got none and cleared his throat to continue with an explanation.
And that is how the Sofyans found themselves attending the prestigious Fortuna Academy. With the bell about to ring, everyone was conveniently placed in the same class despite their human age differences because of the great Professor Hardman. Now they were going to be late for their first day of school; what is a fantasy character supposed to do?
"Get to class, you vagabonds!"
