Realistic or Modern Louven High Project REBOOT

Holy moly this is a big group! Or maybe I'm just a small-time role player. Thanks for the invite, Stoked! I'm still looking through the OOC and character profiles, but I'm pretty much sold. I already have a few role plays on my plate, so if VintageBlues really wants the last spot, I'll happily step aside.
In the meantime, I'll make up a character!


Also, shout out to @Bupkis for making one of the prettiest CS's I've ever seen. Where did you learn to code like that, girl? Also shout out to @Jaw Breaker - love how clean your CS is, too!

Sorry for the late reply, I just got home from a weekend away, but d'aww, thank you! That means a lot to me. Just a lot of practice, I suppose.

As my character is relatively new to the school district, I don't plan on starting her off with many established relationships. But...


@tinaheartsdamian I think Chandra and Ingrid would make excellent rivals. Chandra and Ingrid are both intellectuals, but while I suspect Chandra takes a more holistic approach to learning for the sake of learning, Ingrid spouts off information from "the latest studies" based on what's trendy (she's a pretentious hipster, yo). They don't have to start as major enemies, but there could be definite friction. Whaddya say?


@kawiibunnygirl I second Stoked's idea. I think Kwon, Ingrid and Ezra would be a cool little group of friends. None of them are totally alike, which is great, but they have similar interests, desire intellectual stimulation and aren't in the rat race of popularity. If @lonecoyote is up for it, I'd totally like to see our characters as a friend group.

Chandra and Ingrid are both intellectuals, but while I suspect Chandra takes a more holistic approach to learning for the sake of learning, Ingrid spouts off information from "the latest studies" based on what's trendy (she's a pretentious hipster, yo). They don't have to start as major enemies, but there could be definite friction. Whaddya say?

(Chronologically, in my rapidly-forming head canon, I'm thinking he and Ingrid became friends after she had befriended Ezra - perhaps they met through him. While I think they'd get along swimmingly, I think it would be fun to play with a dynamic where within the group their friendship is just not quite as strong. Who knows? Something may happen down the road that causes them to become the closest of friends. Or - *gasp* - more than friends. Lol. Thoughts?

Mm it's a good idea, but Yuri's coldness might get in the way of having close relationships with anyone. Other than that she'll hang out with the people, but won't volunteer any conversation xD

Also - and I apologize if you covered this earlier on - I was wondering how the tasks are to be handled. Does Principle Jameson tell the students which task to complete first? Or does each pair choose which to complete at will?

The principal will send out an email to all the students participating in the project :3 the next day they have to start the project for a grade if they don't complete it they fail the assignment

I think we're still working on our "little" group. But is this project starting at the beginning of the year or the middle? And is it being thrown in with their regular high school lives and events they'll have to face (i.e. Homecoming, Prom, Halloween, Christmas etc)

This will be in the beginning of the year! So the principal during the summertime had a meeting about the project, it starts in the beginning of the year and will probably end in the middle or the end of the year that's up to you guys to decide. Yes there will be dances and high school events like a haunted house and the christmas ugly sweater dance etc! :3

The time skip will be when you get your email describing the first assignment. So maybe Wednesday since there are still some who haven't posted yet.
