(Anyone have any available characters? I'm gonna use a second character)
Motheal found him awake and alone, after opening his lavender eyes and looking around trying to understand where he was. His body lay on the ground dripping wet with his blood as he shifted his position trying to rise. The small male pushed himself up tripping and falling flat on his face cursing softly. He was covered in injuries and he grunted in pain pulling himself to sitting looking up. The last thing moth recalled was falling through a portal that wasn't his.
Dr. Wyrmwood Scott
Wyrmwood jumped from tree to tree, the speed blinding. Behind him, not even a leaf whispered of movement, and not so much as a whiff of a scent was left behind. Closing in on the closest of his current interests, he stopped suddenly - a few hundred feet away. Jumping down from the tree, he buttoned his blazer and drew up to his full height. In his right hand was his medical bag - if only for appearances. He started walking towards his target... while absentmindedly starting to sing his favorite nursery rhyme.
motheal exhaled deeply trying to calm how infuriated he was and sat down closing his eyes for a brief moment before drawing a triangle in his blood drawing symbols on each corner and flopped down on his back weakly in the middle. he closed his eyes trying to clear his mind. perhaps he could summon himself a temporary spirit to replace nexus. without someone to connect to soul wise it made his powers unstable and even rather painful in some situations considering how much energy his body created and absorbed. he started murmuring the summoning spell but he was broken from his concentration with a rather shaky breath hearing the voice. "what the hell is it now....god. i hate feeling so...haa.....weak....it's building up too much...haaa.....haa....." his pale face turned red and he was starting to get a slight fever.
Dr. Wyrmwood Scott
Wyrmwood walked around a tree, and saw the young being lounging on the ground, the badly drawn triangle, the excess of blood and other superfluous wounds. He stopped short, and cleared his throat in a professional manner. Before the boy could look up, Wyrmwood's face turned to one of practiced concern. and he rushed forward before falling to his knees next to the boy, his left hand close to where the sigil was drawn. "Oh dear... Young one - what on earth happened here - I sensed distress, but -" He noticed the redness in his face and reached forward with his right hand to feel the boy's forehead. While he did that, moving his hand fast enough to force the boys eyes to move to it - he used his left to smear a swath over the blood stains on the ground, and pocketed the sample. " I think you might have an infection - it would explain the obvious fever." He continued on, pretending to be concerned - all the while his eyes where taking in the body, the proportions, the muscle structure, the eye color... fascinating.
"Do you know how old I am?!!...haa...and I don't have a infection....just...ha.. too much.... magic essence...building up....need to release...." Motheal grabbing the doctor's wrist with a intense amount of force yanking it down sinking in his nails enough to hurt him. His eyes were glowing bright. "I need your soul or find me a ghost or animal to share the energy with!" He growled painfully. He needed to use a another's soul to share with.
Dr. Wyrmwood Scott
Wyrmwood smirked internally at the boy - the small thing might well be older than He, but there were few minds in existence which could even attempt to compare with the cerebral reservoir he had built up - be it through self study, the stealing of memories, or - when slightly desperate, when he resurrected ancient scholars and then stole their hundred and thousands of years of experience. His eyes flicked down to where the blood was flowing out of his arm - and smirked slightly. The blood flowing out of his arm had already started to evaporate into the air, and was releasing am aerated sleeping agent that could knock out a Demon. He wondered as to what it might do to this thing. As for the intended pain - that is something he had not felt for at least a hundred years, and never would again. It's an useless, primitive coping mechanism - not suited for a higher being such as himself.
"Forgive me, I meant no disrespect. You simply have a rather Unassuming form. As to the matter at hand - I am capable of absorbing vast amounts of energy without much pause - if not viable though, I would need to know how I might find you a "ghost or animal" - I am hardly a hunter..." Those eyes seem rather intense - I wonder what properties they might hold....
The sleeping agent did little against him considering he was able to resist most toxic fumes, poisons, venom, and more due the fact he fused with even the dead which made him immune. "Tch. This is the form I chose, as I can change my gender, age, and even shape but my eyes will always remain..." He told him smiling rather eerie and that when he grabbed onto the doctor's shirt. He planted a kiss on his throat then bit down drawing a little blood drawing a perfect symbol. "Very well then, but I also took the liberty of laying a curse on you just in case you decide to betray me....only I can remove it and if I die,you die too so try not to do anything too stupid."
((anyone there? xD @HumansArentReal @Finnick))
(I wanted to come eat your character, but I decided to try the smaller one as an appetizer.... :| shhh!)
Dr. Wyrmwood Scott
Wyrmwood's smirk grew slowly until it started to look rather manic - He started laughing violently before reaching forward and patting the boy's head. "That is rather cute, but -" The body went slack, falling backwards into an unnatural pose, before suddenly disappearing into a misty vapor. From a tree a few meters behind where the body vanished, Wyrmwood stepped out with a grin. "futile nonetheless..." He reached towards his left palm, and sliced along it with the sharpened nail of this right thumb, before smearing the blood on a tattoo, hidden previously - just inside of his sleeve. The sleeve bulged violently, without tearing - and then a five meter long golden scaled Python, slithered from it towards the boy, lowering it's head- in a submissive manner. "Before we continue with our little spat-to-be, You said you needed a soul... to share the brunt of your energy with." He nodded towards the snake in offer, which seemed both bored and irritated to be there.
"Oh really? I'd say otherwise my plan worked perfectly, I'm surprised you fell for such a obvious trick. I'm not stupid and don't think I don't know that you have a vile of my blood." He said as all emotion faded from his face completely and he exhaled deeply. "But you are right that I need a soul and without my partner it is difficult to retain this body considering what I am..."
Dr. Wyrmwood Scott
"Perhaps... let's say that you are utterly my superior - and then you get on with your show of power (the snake hissed slightly) And then we can talk about how brilliant you are." While he kept his eyes on the boy - the body that had dissipated earlier was now at one of his labs, being dissected - the curse had already been subdued and was being evaluated by one of his clones. The blood vial was being dissected as well. He shook his head, smiling at the early findings - before focusing on the boy once more. "Dr. Wyrmwood Scott. You can call me, Dr. or Dr. Scott - and if you are really angry and we are mid battle - I implore you scream out 'Wyrmwood!' to your heart's content."
He crossed his arms and rolled his eyes. "That sounds like you're just trying to sleep with me..." He commented with a huff before stepping down into a hole which closed before he was appearing behind the doctor sitting rather lax. " ... I'm unstable right now and fighting you would be pointless...what do you want?"
Dr. Wyrmwood Scott
Wyrmwood closed his eyes, a slight frown and grimace forming, before he made his face seem passive once more. "I have what I wanted, well - most of it, really. You seem to be rather defensive - so unless I want to open your scull - I don't see how I might get to know much more.... much more of value - mind you." He looked to the snake that had coiled up and looked at him in an agitated way. He smirked, and the snake dissipated in a similar way the other body had earlier. He turned around and looked over the boy once more and spoke in an mockingly amiable manner, that dripped in sarcasm. "I might ask where you are from, or what you are... but I dare not assume it to be the truth. Is there a point in speaking to you?" He looked the boy up and down. "And do not flatter yourself. You would have to change quite a bit before I would begin to consider doing you that favor." He leaned back against the tree with a smirk.
"I am not unreasonable. You provide me with what I need and I'll gladly answer your questions." He stated before standing. Motheal snapped his fingers. His form changed into that of a small female with big boobs. Moth pursed her lips and groped her chest. They looked very similar to before but instead of being just a short and girly he was now physically female. "What like this?"
"i can't help but doubt you...i don't know you very well and all i know is you could be trying to trick me." the orecaudam told him stroking his tail gently trying to keep it at bay. he glanced up beyond the trees watching as some squirrels would hop from tree to tree traveling. he exhaled deeply redirecting his aqua gaze tilting his head. he knew he was the last of his kind and of course that remained to be true as from what he knew as well as was told. he believed it since the one who had told him so had a sort of record of it and everyone else seemed to say the same. this satyr was odd. and calling him a rascal was even odder. "...I'm no kit i assure you.....i have lived for over 792 years to be exact and it'll be 793 this year. i am very much a grown adult....also it would be wise not to anger her,she will not hesitate to bite and eat your foot and i really really hate it when she does that because we share the same digestive track..." he tells the satyr as his tail starts growling and trys to snap at his hoof but lorie scratches under it to make it drop instantly purring.
Dr. Wyrmwood Scott
He could not suppress the single dry laugh that escaped his chest, before shaking head in a mocking manner. "My, My - between you and me, I think someone is rather curiously over-interested with the concepts of sex, sexuality and us... To answer you - no. strike two." He stood to his full height, and dusted off the back of his legs and the arms of this jacket. "I did offer you a fully functioning animal, as you requested. You dismissed it. If you thought I am going to cater to the whims of not only a rather presumptuous little thing, such as yourself, but also a rude one - then you are sorely mistaken. Good day then to you - I have some tests to run." He reached down and picked up his doctors bag, nodded at the creature. It would be too risky to kill it now. And he had what what he needed. Enough it seems to keep him busy for weeks. A bit of spinal fluid would have been brilliant though - but given time... He would be able to recreate that if needed. He took a deep breath, and turned around - before walking slowly to the nearest walkway.
Motheal snapped his fingers definitely irritated now. This guy was a tough nut to crack. Usually he was able to get under his skin. "That snake was your faimlar wasn't it? I can't fuse with a animal bonded to another being...it's not on whim. " he yelled jumping down and chased after him. He had no choice. Without nexus his situation was looking pretty bad. "Fine! I'll do anything you want! Just please give me a rabbit, even a lab rabbit with do....they are the best for handle the levels of energy my body contains. You can even study my body...I can't leave my body like this." He told him yanking on his sleeve giving in. He felt weak without nexus and he knew next to nothing about this world. He hated to admit it but this was probly his only chance.
Kara and Shiro headed into the nearest town they could find and kara stopped at the first place she saw with food. Shiro soon regretted giving Kara all his money as she ate the food like a swarm of locust. Within five minutes three plates of meat and nothing else with scuffed down. (I now regret deleting that picture I had if a small anime girl devouring food. That would have been perfect for this.)
Shiro sighed as half his money disappeared like that. "man that was good, that should hold me over for a few hours. Soooooooooo... Want to do some more soul hunting bro? I am pumped up now!" kara jumped up with a fire in her eyes. (And stomach) Shiro sat there however hitting his head on the table. Kara looked at him with confusion and pocked him with a stick. "are you OK Shiro? I have not seen you like this in a while."
shiro stood up and grabbed the stick away from her. He stared for a moment with a annoyed look and started walking. He stopped after a few feel and turned to look at her. "Kara, your twenty two now, and you are still using me as a piggy bank. I think its time we split up for a while." and with that he turned around and fully walked off. He started wandering around the town/village in a fluster.
Meanwhile kara frowned and looked around not sure what to do. She when back to order more food but not having money now. She slightly cried not being able to eat then hotbuo and started wandering the town as well.
Dr. Wyrmwood Scott
Wyrmwood stopped and sneered when the creature stepped in front of him - when he mentioned the snake from earlier his eyes widened for a moment, before he started laughing out loud. After a few seconds, he started to quiet, and he glared at the smaller being with mirth glistening in his golden eyes. Quickly and deftly he ripped his sleeve away. "You insult me... you think that pathetic little thing was my Familiar! A snake! A glorified gilded Garden snake! How weak are your powers of observation if you make such flaws!? And here I thought you a challenge. A complicated puzzle. Yet here now, before me is the truth. The reason the puzzle makes no sense. There is no final picture. It is but a mess of colors and shapes that try and imply at greater meaning - when in the end all it want's is a bit of attention." As he spoke his voice became lower and lower, the mirth leaving his eyes and a sneer setting firmly into place. He blurred away for a fraction of a moment, before he was back, holding out a squirrel in the smaller beings direction. "Here you go - Enjoy, and know the only reason I am doing this, the only reason I am sparing you - is because I might have use of your corpse at a later date. Whether for research, or pet food remains to be seen." He pressed at the back of the squirming tree rat's neck, and it became slack, being paralyzed for a moment instead of dead. He threw the un-moving thing at the feet of the smaller of them, taking great pleasure in seeing the other slowly come undone.
