Lost Rift Nation - A tribe of lost souls were attacked by a rogue spirit and were completely wiped of the planet

This Tribe found themselves in the darkness between dimensions looking around they found that they can teleport between dimensions 200 years later they have found a settlement but the settlement is now under threat by this rogue spirit (Asteroth) creating a band of the finest of souls they are are tasked to save there settlement and rid the rogue spirit asteroth of its destructive capabilities.
