Fantasy Lost in a Fairytale (Interest check?)

  The year is 5077, Welcome to hell as they all say. Your world is in ruins thanks to beings who call themselves witches.
  They have destroyed everything, Places people called homes.
  Luckily the government had a plan.
  Raise the dead fairytale characters and clone them, so they are suitable to fight and kill witches.
  
  It wasn't easy road to do this, so they hired Mr. Finch to do most of the cloning and planning.
  It was a success, sort of. You see to be cloned they had to grow up which didn't give them much time.
  Luckily these kids (raised by scientists and volunteer single parents) grew up fast.
  
  Fast forward a few years and they're in collage now, a collage that trains you to fight and kill witches, learning about what makes them tick.
  Hell, these kids, seems to have powers of their own already.

  You can rp as a teacher, scientist, a student clone, or even a witch if you feel so inclined.
  I'm pretty flexible character wise, and it's kind of a mash of Animes/Shows I liked, so if it's so familiar that's why.
  However there's a bit of Rules regarding characters.
  
  -Witches must be based around either made up or real animals,
  like say, there could be a kitsune witch.
  Will say, mix mash of animals already existing is allowed
  
  -The clone adults powers must relate to who they are clones of.
  for example my oc for this Prince, is the clone of Pinocchio, his thing is that he is use strings like in puppets to attack.
  
  -There can be multiple clones of fairytale characters so don't fret if someone gets one you liked!
  
  -Clones can be any ethnicity, race, LGBTQ+ , any bodytype, whatever! have fun with them, don't feel like you have to stick to one thing

  A few rules!
  -No godmodding
  -There will be alot of talking in OOC, like a bit, just to get the story flowing ya know?
  -Don't kill off another's oc, unless you two agreed upon it.
  -Length should be 2-3 paragraphs, can be shorter or longer however, no one liners
  -Will not tolerate Drama, Fighting OOC, and bigotry, this will result in a kick
  -Post frequencies will vary, but i'll try to not kill the rp ^-^
  -BBC code is allowed
  
  Basically once you're done with the oc, dm them to me, i'm pretty flexible so i'll probably accept!!

Question: are we only limited to classic fairy tales? Or is there more freedom. I.e. folk tales from other cultures, or less famous tales

But had trouble finding an origin. Only story I really know is the one with Icabod Crane

It's likely based on the legend of the Dullahan, which is a headless creature that has connections to horses and carries its head underneath its arm, and is said to deliver people to the afterlife. A sort of grim reaper type figure.

Well I was thinking that he might be good, but seen as an outcast. Like, as a clone he hasn't done the bad stuff his namesake did. But others can't help but see him as the monster that tried to kill Ridinghood and the Three Pigs
