As for our story, all of that sounds lovely. And don't worry, he won't be a stick in the mud. Yes, now we figure out plot! Which we can do here or in about an hour or so I can send you a pm!

Might as well start here for now.


Do you have any particular plots in mind? I could come up with a few plot ideas, if you like.

@Jennai I don't have anything specific right this moment, but I was just thinking along the lines of the Prince perhaps doing some sort of duty to protect the kingdom and perhaps going on an expedition. But if you would like to plot somethings, feel free to!

Jennai is easily bored, and very skilled. She'd be more interested in helping the prince if she doesn't realize who he is right away - I think it'd make for an interesting dynamic for them to learn about each other's past as they go along. Her shady past will make her quite wary of someone like a Prince.


Perhaps a neighboring kingdom took something important (The Prince's sister? An important relic? Perhaps a magical artifact that could be used in an offensive strike?), and the Prince is trying to sneak into the other nation, to get an idea of what could be going on. Maybe he's crossed the border, but doesn't know the best way to get what he's after, so he tries to find someone who looks like s/he could help with his mission. Someone knowledgeable, sneaky, rogue-ish. He's going personally, since his family isn't sure who they can trust, so he intends to keep the details from his new partner. Being from different nations, they obviously could never become close, as friends or otherwise, considering the hostilities between the nations.


Does that sound like a decent start to an idea?

Hi! Drop me a convo when you're able to PM if you'd like, and we can talk it over! I can also be contacted on Reddit as MistressOfAllPixels. I've wanted to try an MxM for a while, but everyone who was into them seemed fixated on non-consensual aspects, which makes me uncomfortable. I do like princes, though, and if you like supernatural elements I would love to write up a vampire or fey (the spooky Under-The-Hill type, not the little winged pixies).


I won't be hurt if you're not interested at this point (I send out a lot of queries!) and I certainly understand if you would rather not add another RP when you've started two. No hard feelings if so.

Because of the way I was trying to be vague, but still convey some important information, I ended up kind of writing it a bit from the Prince's point of view, sort of. I can edit it. Hopefully I didn't mess it up.
