I'm fairly new to 1 on 1 roleplaying, and I've had a few ideas kicking around that would only work with two players. Most of them romantic plot lines, though they don't have to be. Brotps are cool, too. I almost always play female, and I'm very not versed in same sex couple writing. I'll give it a try, but I may not be the best at it!
