I have a couple of ideas I really would like to try but I just need to find the right partners. Now, before I get started, I am not the type of role-player who decides romance right away in RP's. I tend to like to watch how the characters interact and flesh them out a bit more before I decide to just match-make them. If there's romance, there is, if there isn't, then that's fine too. Let's just see where this goes.
I would really want to explore an FxF pairing though so I do hope that one does occur since I have a better understanding of the dynamics now. I do not mind doing MxF pairings as well either. I have nothing against MxM pairings but I simply do not have the knowledge to portray one in a realistic manner. We'll aim for romance, but if things don't work out that way, that's fine too.
I'm really craving a FxF bestfriend and an amnesiac role-play. (I saw it on one of the boards earlier and would really like to try one, once I find out where it was, I will credit the username.)
1. No pressure on replies. I can be quite busy sometimes so it's hard for me to get to them during the times when I am busy with nursing school. As long as you reply at least once every couple of days, I am good.
2. Please more than just a one-liner. Preferably multiple paragraphs though not necessary. I at least want to see that you've given some thought into your replies.
But anyway, here are some of the plot ideas, I have. Keep in mind that I've tried to make these synopses short and sweet so please excuse the grammar and punctuation. (I am SO creative with my plot names I swear)
THESE ARE NOT BY ANY MEANS THE ONLY THINGS I'D LIKE TO ROLE-PLAY.
Show me your ideas as well! Maybe we can do that instead? I'm flexible and pretty easy to deal with, promise ahaha.

1) Fire & Water
On this island there are two rivaling villages. One worships the Red Dragon and lives on the volcanic parts of the island. They have command over fire. The other worships the Blue Serpent and lives on a village that floats up top the rivers. Likewise, they have command over water. A fire-village boy is born with water-colored eyes and a distaste for anything hot and dry. Likewise on the opposite end, in the water village, a girl is born with “burnt” darkened skin and a fascination with flames and smoke. These events upset both villages and each try to keep their "problem child" away from the forbidden areas that they're drawn to.
I can play either the boy or the girl, I have no preference.
2) Mirrors
(FxF... hopefully) A slice-of-life contemporary. Two best friends. One is in love with the other, but the other doesn't know. The other gets into an accident and becomes an amnesiac. Add in whatever spice you see fit regarding the hardships of young-adulthood and living as a member of a sexuality that isn't exactly widely accepted (in this area anyway)
3) Signs
Post-apocalyptic. A girl who is born with markings that only show up in the moonlight. They show the map of an old world that was once forgotten. It turns out that her "map" isn't complete. There must be another out there who completes it.
4) Winter Solstice
Rural Japan-like place. A normal woman who's soul was taken from her by a winter demon. She made a deal to be his own personal assassin to carry out the deeds that he cannot. She works at a tea shop where she finds out her information for her target through the mouths of the travelers who visit.
You can play either someone who helps her due the fact that your character and her have the same target, or you can play the target themselves. (Any other roles, I'm open to as well.)
5) Angels & Demons
There is an orphaned girl who was taken in by some nuns at a cathedral much like Notre Dame. But she later finds out that the nuns were actually guardian angels in disguise and someone left her there as means of protecting her from something. And she finds out that there are many who were “orphaned” and left behind as well. Somebody wants these children, but neither of them know why.

I am open to several other RPs as well, so please don't think that these are the only ones that I would like to get into.
If you would like to role-play with me and have something in mind that isn't like this, I would be fine with that too.
I tend to like Slice-of-life (either with bits of fantasy or none, doesn't matter), post-apocalyptic, dystopian, sci-fi, and
fantasy. So anything you'd like, I am open to that as well.
