Hello all!

Although I'm new here, I am an experienced RP and have been RPing for at least a decade now.


I'm currently looking for a RP partner.


My interests range from medieval settings to futuristic. I'm a sucker for romance (no orientation preference, I do everything) and drama, only if done properly. If anything, character development and plot development are primordial to me. I usually play male characters but am fully capable of playing females and have no problem doubling. I can do simple, casual, and detailed. My post lengths can range between 100-750 words. It all depends on my partner's preference. I have no plots in mind at the moment but here's a small list of things I'd like to explore/ roleplay.

• Royal x Knight in an arranged marriage setting
  
• Gang member, law enforcer, or criminal x Unlicensed doctor
  
• Criminal organization: Undercover police x criminal or police officer
  

If you have any other suggestions or ideas, let me know. If there's anyone interested, just post here. I'm not too familiar with the site navigation so we'll keep it simple.


Also, if you guys can specify what you're interested in, what character you had in mind (personality wise), the length of the posts, and where you would like to RP that would be godsend.

Oh~ Do you have a setting in mind? Are we aiming for fantasy or historical? I admit, I'm not very knowledgeable with every details in medieval times. Would you like to play the royal or the knight?

I'd like it to be medieval, but if it works better for you, we could do fantasy. And I'd like to be the royal.

Fantasy will allow a bit more freedom with certain things but if you'd like it to be historically accurate, I can do that too. Also, did you wanted to play a royal having to marry off to another royal? Or is this going to be an arranged marriage between a noble knight and a princess?

We can do fantasy. I don't have much experience in it and I'd like to expand my horizons in RPing. It can be a royal being married to another royal or a knight and a princess. Either works fine for me.

If she is to be married to another royal, am I to consider doubling up or at we sticking to knight and princess only and we're exploring the dynamics and the changes of their relationship due to the arranged marriage? Is she leaving to meet with the royal or is the royal expected to visit?

Well, I was wanting to do a medieval setting. I'm experienced with them and I like the arranged marriage idea. For that, I was thinking we would start with the two meeting.

The arranged marriage theme seems to be getting a lot of attention...which makes me wonder if a group RP should be made.


Is the royal to wed a knight or?

I was thinking about maybe a paragraph of about five sentences (though mine tend to be different because I write a new paragraph for every line of dialogue). I prefer to do RP's over threads. And could you make the first post. It was your idea and I just feel more comfortable when the person who has the idea to make the first post.

1x1 it is, would you like it to be done over a thread or conversation? What character did you have in mind? Post length of pregerence?

Well, an undercover cop who went rogue because of something he/she found out maybe like one of their higher ups is involved he/she managed to hack the force's database to delete or his/her files of the mission before the dirty authority came to kill that cop. But the catch is, now he/she is officially underground. No back ups, no safe zones, nothing. He/she is now lost in the criminal world and he/she is one of them.


The love interest then will be another cop sent to recon the MIA detective...

Works for me. It might take a while seeing that I actually have another 1x1 going on right a this moment and I need to reply to that first. I'll tag you as soon as I get the intro out. Are we using pictures or profile skeletons? I have no idea what character you had in mind so it would help mold mine if I knew what your character is like?

2. Well, I am going to be a female, right? So, the standard princess, lady in waiting...etc.

What will be the gender of your character? If we're going for the romance angle, which sex orientation would you like it to be. What is your character going to look like in terms of personality and what history could that detective and the law enforcer? Were they friends, partners, or they only know each other by name? What would be the main theme of the RP? Romance and drama only or are we going to implement other things into it?


What's your post length of preference? Would you like this to be done in threads or conversation? Any profile skeleton? If we're using pictures, are they going to be anime or real life?

What kind of princess did you have in mind. Since the knight is still a subordinate to the royal family, I think his personality and how he will act will strongly depend on your character. What is your length of preference?

goodness you have enough people to start a group if you wanted. I liked the gangmember idea, but would like it to take place durring the 20's, like a mob almost rather than a gang.
