Multiple Settings Looking for a LONG TERM partner! [Third time's the charm, hm?)

So, right off the bat, I'm looking for someone who's willing to world build WITH me.
I don't want to be the only one deciding the plot, nor do I want you to be the only one steering it. I want our RP to be a joint effort on both sides.
I'm also looking for someone who's literate, and willing to understand that life issues come up sometimes.

Here are some things I like in RP's.

Plot twists
Dark themes (such as human experiments, post-apocalyptic worlds, supernatural elements)
Action (fight scenes, torture scenes)
Drama (deaths, betrayal, bittersweet moments)
Flashbacks (if necessary)
Thread based RP's (I prefer a thread vs a PM)
Original stories and content

Things I do NOT like in RP's

Excessive romance (I don't want romance to be the main theme, but I'm willing to compromise on some)
Poor writing (It doesn't need to be perfect, but it needs to be readable)
Excessive swearing (some swearing is fine, but please keep it to a minimum)
Most Fandoms (With a few exceptions)
PM RP's (I tend to forget about them more often)
School related plots
