Want To Be Writer

Welcome to my thread!

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Basic Guidelines
⊱ ────────────────────────────────────────── ⊰

°Please make an effort to match my length/effort in responses

°I'll do what I can but please don't give me something dry to work with. Put in an effort to give me something to work with.

°If you loose interest I completely understand. Sometimes two writers aren't compatible or the plot just doesn't intrigue someone and I get that. You can ghost me (though I prefer a message), but leave the pm so I can organize my inbox properly.

°I won't rush for a response. Life gets busy and I understand. As long as you give me leverage with response times I'll give you the same energy.

°If I do take an abnormal amount of time to respond please reach out. My life can get really busy and I do sometimes simply forget to respond.

°Please be 18 or older. As a 20 closer to 21 year old I simply would feel uncomfortable playing with minors.

°Goes without saying but don't control my characters, and I won't yours. My normal standard id that whoever introduces a character is the one to play them. Of course I'm more than willing to let you control a character and vice versa if asked I just don't like it when they do something suddenly that may have not suited my vision for the character.

A Little About Me
⊱ ────────────────────────────────────────── ⊰
As I said earlier am a 20 year old overworked college student. I've been roleplaying for a couple of years now and outside of roleplaying have written a few short stories, nothing official though. I am always coming up with ideas, plot pots, setting, prompts, and a whole bunch of other stuff so please don't mind me when were talking OOC. That's another thing, I love OOC chatter, helps me know the kind of person I'm talking to and help shape a unique story the both of us can enjoy. I only really do MxF pairings, me normally playing M, in my stories as I'm straight in real life and I don't think I would personally be able to do justice to a LGBTQ+ relationship, though I am more than willing to explore written characters like that with side characters in the story.

What I'm Looking For
⊱ ────────────────────────────────────────── ⊰
Someone who is down for a fantasy adventure with romance and a little action/drama. Someone who (Preferably) can play a Female role (MxF). I can play F in MxF here or there but you gotta have a good plot to interest me. I am looking for someone who can play multiple npcs as well as it brings life to the RP. Also if you read through my prompts and parings and don't see anything that interests you, feel free to ask about a different plot your craving, I'm most to say yes if it's even the slightest bit intriguing :)

Some of My Prompts/Ideas (Likely to add more)
⊱ ────────────────────────────────────────── ⊰
Sirens are whispered legends—mythical beings capable of enchanting others with the sheer power of their voice. Around campfires and within noble halls, tales of their allure abound. Yet, few know the truth: sirens are real, and their lives are far from the magical fantasies told in stories.

Muse A is the daughter of a siren and bears the same gift—and curse. Her mother was once the mistress of a cruel duke, a man so draconian he caged her and forced her to sing daily, even as her vocal cords tore and bled. When her mother succumbed to her injuries, the duke turned his obsession to Muse A. For years, she endured the same fate, locked away and forced to sing for the duke’s twisted pleasure as he descended into madness from the siren’s melody. In the darkness of her cage, Muse A prayed for salvation, but none came—until the arrival of Muse B.

Muse B is another noble, shrouded in scandal and fearsome rumors. It’s said their family perished in a tragic, mysterious incident, and whispers blame Muse B for striking a pact with the devil. Now the head of their house, Muse B frequently visits the duke for trade negotiations. When they discover Muse A’s plight, they secretly slip letters to her, vowing to free her from the duke’s clutches. Despite Muse A’s initial doubts, Muse B’s promises hold an unexpected sincerity

In a kingdom ravaged by dragons, the line between hero and monster is razor-thin. Muse A, a prince and celebrated dragon slayer, has spent his life hunting the creatures that threaten his people. Trained from a young age, his skill with a blade is unmatched, and his victories have made him a legend. Yet beneath the accolades lies a man haunted by questions—why do some dragons attack while others simply vanish into the wilds? What if the tales of their unrelenting malice are only half true?

Muse B is one of the dragons Muse A has sworn to destroy. Gifted with the rare ability to take on human form, she has lived her life hiding among the people who fear her kind. Unlike her kin, she desires no bloodshed and no hoarded treasures, only solitude and survival. When her dragon form is spotted near a village, a bounty is placed on her head, drawing Muse A to the hunt.

In a twist of fate, Muse B narrowly escapes discovery by shifting into her human guise and crossing paths with Muse A under the pretense of being a traveler. Without realizing her true identity, Muse A begrudgingly allows her to accompany him, thinking her knowledge of the area might aid in his hunt. Muse B, desperate to stay close and avoid suspicion, agrees, even as she fears the moment he discovers the truth.

As the two journey together, a tentative connection forms. Muse A finds himself drawn to Muse B’s sharp wit and surprising courage, while Muse B grapples with guilt and the impossible task of keeping her secret. But with danger closing in and the kingdom’s hatred for dragons growing fiercer, the truth cannot stay hidden forever.

The seas are ruled by legends—ruthless pirates, hidden treasures, and tales of freedom that beckon to those daring enough to chase them. Among the rising stars of the pirate world is Muse A, a young captain carving out a name for themselves with a sharp tongue, a sharper sword, and a ragtag crew of misfits. Though inexperienced, Muse A’s ambition knows no bounds, and they dream of one day rivaling the infamous lords of the sea.

Muse B is a princess who has fled a life of stifling luxury and endless expectations. Promised in marriage to a cruel nobleman as part of a political alliance, she took her fate into her own hands and escaped the palace under cover of darkness. But navigating the dangerous world outside the castle walls proves harder than she imagined, and she finds herself cornered in a seedy harbor town, desperate for a way out.

Their paths cross when Muse B stumbles onto Muse A’s ship, begging for passage to anywhere but here. Sensing an opportunity—whether it’s ransom, leverage, or simply the thrill of adventure—Muse A agrees to let her stay, but only as long as she pulls her weight among the crew.

As Muse B adjusts to the rough-and-tumble life of a pirate, she discovers a newfound sense of freedom and purpose, while Muse A grapples with their own growing admiration for the strong-willed runaway. But danger looms on the horizon: bounty hunters are closing in on Muse B, and Muse A’s rivals are eager to claim the glory of capturing a princess.

In the sprawling neon jungle of Night City, freedom is a lie sold by the megacorps to keep the masses docile. The corporations control everything—food, water, information, even the air people breathe. Those who dare to resist are crushed under the weight of their cybernetic armies and endless wealth.

Muse A is a netrunner—a ghost in the machine, a hacker with the skills to breach the unbreachable and expose the secrets corporations would kill to protect. After stealing an encrypted data shard containing damning evidence of corruption within Blackwell Megacorp, Muse A becomes the city’s most wanted. On the run with half the corpo enforcers and bounty hunters in Neo-Erebus after them, they need help to survive long enough to decrypt the data.

Muse B is a street punk—a scrappy undercity rebel who’s been fighting the corpos their entire life. Armed with little more than fists, firepower, and sheer grit, Muse B leads a small but fiercely loyal group of outcasts who dream of toppling the corporate overlords. When Muse B stumbles across Muse A during a desperate escape, they make a deal: Muse B will protect the netrunner in exchange for access to the data shard, hoping it holds the key to crippling the corps for good.

Together, they form an unlikely alliance. As they delve deeper into the shard’s secrets, they uncover a conspiracy so vast it threatens to tear Night City apart. Now, they must rally allies from the slums, fight their way through corpo-controlled zones, and dismantle the system piece by piece—all while staying one step ahead of the enforcers hunting them.

For decades, the kingdoms of Aranthia and Kaeloria have been locked in a bloody and bitter conflict, their borders scorched by countless battles. The war has cost both nations dearly—lands ravaged, treasuries drained, and countless lives lost. At last, a fragile truce is brokered, but the peace comes with a price: an arranged marriage between Muse A, a noble from Aranthia, and Muse B, a noble from Kaeloria.

Muse A is a proud and fiercely loyal warrior, raised to despise the Kaelorians and everything they stand for. Their loyalty to their kingdom has always been unwavering, and the prospect of marrying a sworn enemy is a bitter pill to swallow. But refusing the union would risk reigniting the war and condemning their people to further suffering.

Muse B, a cunning and sharp-tongued noble of Kaeloria, is no more pleased with the arrangement. They’ve spent their life navigating court politics, fighting to protect their family’s legacy in a kingdom weakened by war. To them, the marriage is a political prison, a means to end the conflict but at the cost of their freedom.

The wedding is a grand yet tense affair, with both courts watching closely for any sign of betrayal. Forced into a partnership neither wanted, Muse A and Muse B must learn to navigate their new lives as husband and wife while grappling with years of hatred, mistrust, and cultural differences.

But peace is far from assured. Beneath the surface of the uneasy alliance, whispers of rebellion stir on both sides. There are those who see the union as a betrayal of their nations, and others who wish to exploit the tensions for their own gain. Together, Muse A and Muse B must decide whether to protect the fragile peace or give in to the forces threatening to tear them apart.
