Being overpowered would be like solo killing titan after titan after titan. It usually takes a group to do so (unless you are humanities strongest ) As for limit *shrug* don't make him/her a gary/mary sue

The Survey Corps are getting reading to leave for the scouting mission that takes place just before the attack on the Torst District. Of course we'll need the Armored Titan in the attack on Torst but in the mean time he could just be infiltrating the military pretending to be an ordinary human. ^-^

The Colossal and Armored Titan do talk about wanting to return to their "home town" so I think the Beast Titan might have some kind of leverage over them in regards to their former home...
