  Everly is a shy girl most of the time but underneath her quiet exterior she wants to fit in. Being new to this town she doesn't know many people other than her aunt and the nice lady at the book store. Books are Everly's way of dealing with both the good and bad that comes her way. There's nothing like escaping reality and getting lost in a fictional world where anything can happen.
  
  
  When her nose isn't stuck in a book Everly enjoys being outside in the sun. She really likes nature and a beautiful day always puts a smile on her face. Going for walks, reading under a big tree, and walking her aunt's dog are the best parts of living in this small town, though she does miss the giant book stores back in the big city.
  
  
  Her favorite holiday is Halloween and Evy loves spooky stories and dressing up in elaborate costumes with her friends, the candy doesn't hurt either. Thanks to her parents she has a pretty large bank account though other than books and treats she doesn't spend a lot of money.
  
  
  She's a little nervous to start at a new school. Her grades are high and she has enough credits from her classes back home that she only has to do half days. Knowing Evy though she'll just use the extra time to read unless of course something more interesting comes along.

  Ever since she was little Everly was close with her older brother. Their parents had to work a lot so Liam took care of Evy when she was growing up. He eventually left the country for his job leaving Everly to fend for herself. She understood that he had to go but missed him dearly and had a hard time connecting with her parents.
  
  
  Now that Everly is almost 18 her parents also took jobs out of the country leaving their daughter with an aunt she hardly knows. Everly was annoyed to have to leave the big city to stay with her aunt when she is clearly capable of taking care of herself. One phone call from Liam had her agreeing to stay with aunt Penelope and promising to stay out of trouble. Not that she thought there would be anything she could possibly get herself into in the tiny town where her aunt lived.
