(BRIEF) History: her mom was a jellyfish mermaid and her pops was an anglerfish mermaid. They met when her father was hunting and lured in her mom away from her tribe. Out of guilt her father took care of her but they never loved each other. The mother was always sad and depressed longing to reunite with her tribe but she was too weak to swim the sea alone her eye sight was bad. One day she blew up on her caretaker and then mated with him confuse by her mixed emotions and became pregnant with Luna.
Luna was always picked on by the other kids because she was a hybrid and became a loner. Her mother killed her self from depression. She never cared for Luna calling her a mistake. The father cared for her as he cared for the mother, out of guilt but did not love her. He did treat her well and taught her how to hunt but was killed protecting her from a shark because she could not control her lighting. She left the tribe to live alone became a great hunter who hunted monstrous fish in hopes to kill the shark who killed her father.
Appearance: she has dark blue medium length hair and cyan eyes. She has a dark blue illicium (the thing that sticks out of the fish head and lights up) coming out of her hair. The light part of the illicium is lime green. She has a dark blue fish tail with cyan scales dotted over. Her fins are are dark green and transparent. She has a transparent lime green jellyfish cap around her waist with looks look a a miny skirt but she can make it grow longer or shorter at will. Her skin is lime green. the green parts of her body and her eyes can light up.
She wears bra made out of the bones of her first kill. She has a necklace with a angler fish jaw around her neck.
Special Skill:
She is a hunter and tracker like her father, being exceptionally skilled with a spear. She can see exceptionally well and far in the dark but not so well in the light (she can see in the light but at a much shorter range then other mermaids) If she wants to find you... she will.
Her body parts mention above can light up different colors and when the end of the illicium glows all aquatic beings become drawn to it like its something very precious too them. The lure is not strong with sentient beings but If your not paying attention, it will draw you in unconsciously. She can normally control this glow but if she is in an high emotional state she cannot control it.
Her jelly fish cap and hands can sting you with a VERY VERY weak poison that lowers your reaction time, if you get sting enough times it will stun you for a few minutes. It feels like the static shock you get when you touch a balloon.
