"Ah, do not worry. You are sick, AND lying. I can clearly see that." He said with a smile, approaching her, taking off his glove and tasting her forehead. "Good heavens, you're hot as fire! I'll call a doctor, immediately!" He exclaimed, walking towards the phone in her room. "Also, you're in the Hijaru Mansion. Lady Vanessa told me to get you here." He exclaimed as he dialed the doctor's number.

"Vanessa, what are you doing here? You didn't see anything, right? Wait, how long were you there? And no, you're interrupting nothing," Kanade says, getting extremely self-conscious. "You know what? I think it's about time that I leave," she said, coldly. Izumi being an exception, she was terrible conversing with others.

"Oh, thank you!" She muttered with a slight blush on her face. She always liked getting compliments, but she always felt embarrassed when receiving one. "And yes, the weather is indeed perfect. I am so excited for school starting tomorrow!" Vanessa then exclaimed, exhaling deeply. "I'll get to meet everyone from the Music Club once again...and I will begin to do what I like most again, singing and dancing!" She said cheerfully once again, looking at them. "You're cute together." She said with a grin, moving her eyebrows up and down.

Izumi gives an embarrassed smile. "No, it's not like that. Just two friends hanging out together."


He looks to Kanade, getting ready to leave. "Don't leave! Please." Izumi really doesn't want her to go yet. "Just stay. At least stay a little while longer."

Kanade looked back and chewed on her lip. "Fine." She sat back down on the bench, turning to Vanessa. "If you're one of his insane love-struck followers, just know that there's nothing between us," she said, her face now cold and stony.

"Ohohohoh! That'd be me!" She exclaimed, looking at her as she sat down on one of the stone walls besides the bench. "Love-struck followers? I have plenty too..." She muttered, giggling "...and I don't like it!" She added then, clapping her hands together and massaging her fingers. There was a ring on her ring finger, and she looked at it. She groaned and took it off, launching it away. "Don't need it anymore..." She muttered to herself, sighing.

 

[Kyon]

"Relax, Kanade. She's not." He laughs slightly. "She's just a friend." Izumi relaxes again. Then, he looks at Vanessa. "So what brings you here?" he says with his usual smile. At that moment, his phone rings. It's the same number that kept calling earlier. "Hey, I've gotta go take this. You two have fun. Don't get into any arguments," he says, jokingly. With that said, he steps away and answers the phone.

Kanade wondered why Izumi hesitated to answer his phone calls before, and wondered who he was talking to. Kanade didn't try saying anything to Vanessa. She merely looked around, trying to avoid making any type of eye-contact.

"Soo...what's up?" She asked Kanade, trying to put on a conversation. She didn't do much else, except shifting in her seat. In the meanwhile, police sirens could be heard passing by the streets near the park. Air rushing quickly trough them lifted her skirt, as she squealed and pulled it down as quick as she could. "Oh my god!" She yelled, "That was weird..." She then murmured to herself.

 

[Fazy]

Kotori burst out laughing. "You've got some nice looking underwear. How about you try applying to be a Victoria's Secret model? I mean, you've got the whole look and everything. Except for your face, which could use a crap ton of help," she insulted. "And I don't know what's up, hmm... I don't know, you know? Riding a roller coaster while jumping off a cliff at the same time," she said sarcastically. "SITTING BESIDE YOU AND TALKING, IDIOT!"

"Insulting? Let's see...I believe your brain is REALLY, REALLY big. Because it didn't fit in your head." She said with a challenging tone, getting up with that 'Fight me' expression. There was a grin on her face, "Ah, don't worry. Take out the big guns."

"I'm just going to assume you either have no eyes or you've gone blind, because I don't think I see my brain floating outside my head anywhere. And thanks for the compliment - I assure you my brain is far bigger than yours - oh, excuse me. I forgot you don't have one. Explains your mentally retarded attitude."

While on the phone, Izumi frowns grimly. At first, he speaks somewhat quietly, but he progressively grows louder and louder as the argument continues. His parting words are spoken loudly and clearly. "I'll be there. You'd better believe I'm coming at you with all I've got." After that, Izumi hangs up the phone and slides or in his pocket. "Damn it..." He tries to force back tears, but he can't. He quickly wipes them off before walking back over to Kanade and Vanessa. He tries to fake a smile, but his watery eyes give him away. "S-sorry about that. It was important." He takes a few deep, wobbly breaths.

She sighed and giggled. "For your information, I already am." She joked, sitting back on the stone wall and taking a deep breath, fresh air rushing trough her hair and cooling her down.

Kanade looks over at Izumi. "Hey, what happened?" Her expression becomes worried as she looks at him. She'd never encountered a 'sad' person, or dealt with one. "Um... can I help in any way?"

The sun has set. The stars slowly come up, and render the evening beautiful.

Izumi sniffles a little bit. "It's nothing..." He wants to tell Kanade what's been going on, but not with Vanessa around. The slightest smile still remains on his sad face. "Were you two just arguing?" He says it calmly, not really paying attention to them. His mind isn't clear right now.

"Hmm.....Perfect." Chiemi examined her creation with a satisfied smirk, obviously satisfied with it. The 'it' was fireworks, most had 'dangerous' looking symbols and the way it looked didn't appear safe. It was amazing how she could set all that up in the span of thirty-two minutes, without a guide too!


She also had managed to climb up onto a roof that was sort of high up "Now let's see if this works....." she took out a box of matches and proceeded to light one with a sort of crazed smile on. "Hehehe. This will surely put me on the map!" this most likely wouldn't put her on the map but it probably would put her in prison for terrorist acts and disturbing the peace. She was beginning to light the fuse but a loud noise interrupted her "W-What!?" she waited for the sound of something else but heard not one sound other then her own breathing.





"....Never mind that..." she dropped the match she was going to use since it was burning out and lit another one "Here we are!" the flame from the match ran up the first, main fuse and made it's way quickly to the other fuses.


Soon enough one of the fuses made it to it's destination and the first firework went off, then another one, then four more. Fireworks launched into the sky and soon the sky was filled with different colors and loud, alerting noises which would probably be mistaken for something the first time you hear it. "Hahahahaa! How is it? The sky is filled with my explosions!"


(Only Chiemi for now since I got no idea what Jinkan would be doing.)

Kanade looked at Izumi. "We weren't arguing," she says, knowing his mind is elsewhere. She moved from her place on the bench and sat next to him, placing a hand around his shoulder. "'Kay, tell me what happened," she said, in a voice below a whisper.

Suddenly, Izaya's phone started ringing, with his ring tone happening to be the Kuusou Mesorogiwi. "Damn it." he muttered, and picked up. His eyes and skin turned pale, as he heard his brother's voice. "I'll be there in a minute!" he said, and hung up. He looked at Nakamoto and said "I'm gotta go. See you tomorrow!" Nakamoto smiled, eating candy and responded "Goodbye, Izaya-kun~!" and left the club several minutes after Izaya, mostly from boredom.


Izaya jumped on his motorcycle, put on his helmet and stormed the engine up, then rode with the fastest way he could. He broke the law once again and stormed through the park, avoiding all pedestrians and riding just beside Vanessa, Izumi and Kanade.

He drove towards the airport and waited near the exit, taking off his helmet. Mikado made his way down the stairs and looked at Izaya, his face didn't seem that much happy to see Izaya. Izaya got off the bike and ran towards Mikado as he yelled "WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME YOU WOULD EARLIER?!" then tried to punch Mikado, who simply avoided the attack. "I didn't want to trouble you, and it seems I did anyway." Mikado responded, and looked at his brother with wide open eyes, not expecting such a 'warm welcome'. Izaya then said "I didn't see you in forever. How have you been?" with Mikado's response being "Pretty good. You?" Izaya said "I'm fine. Believe it, or not; But I'm not the absolute scum you deem me to be." as Mikado shook his head and sighed "Never deemed you as that." he claimed under his breath, ashe moved past Izaya.


Izaya sighed and returned to his bike, and looked at Mikado. "We don't have all day--" he wanted to say, but Mikado was already on the bike. "Well, alright." Izaya said, putting the helmet on and said "I guess you can stay at my place, if you want." driving towards his house. Mikado held to his brother's chest and nodded "Sure." with a chilly voice. They arrived at Izaya's home, and Mikado started unpacking in one of the rooms.


Meanwhile, Nakamoto was strolling through the park on his phone and noticed a peculiar group of three people. He saw the girl that the name he didn't know among them. "Nameless-chaaan~!" he yelled, looking at Vanessa. He waved and approached them.

"Are these your friends?! OH MY LORD! You are both so adorable toge-" but noticed something out of place. He looked at Izumi and asked "Were you crying? That's horrible! We have to fix that up! Take one!" Nakamoto offered, very energically, then took out a bag of candy and pointed it towards Izumi, in an open way. "It will make you feel better! I swear!" while smiling and gritting his teeth out in a friendly way. He didn't have any moment to spare to even notice that Vanessa left.

"Ah, crap. I forgot to buy ingredients for dinner."


G.L. told himself as he dropped down the manga he was currently reading. He got up from his futon, planting his foot down onto the polished, wooden floors of his apartment. It was a well cleaned apartment. Of course it was, he had just moved in yesterday along with his sister. She was currently napping, it had been a long two days for the both of them, between moving in and everything. G.L. smiled at his younger sister, kissing her on the forehead before leaving the apartment building, being careful to make sure he had locked the door. Hearing the click of the door lock, he felt his right pocket to check if he had his wallet. Sure enough, it was there. G.L. then headed towards the market, wondering what he should make tonight.


OOC:: Hi guys! Just joined! My character is currently walking towards the supermarket, if anybody would like to interact with him.

(We're at the park right now)


Izumi sits down on the bench and starts explaining everything. "A few years ago, my parents got into some trouble with some people. Recently, the people they wronged have been threatening to hurt them if I don't pay them regularly. The boss even threatened to kill them. That's why I took a job at the café." He sighs. "I think we both know that the café doesn't pay very well. I'm running low on money, and he knows. Out of anger and stupidity, I agreed to meet him tonight. He'll probably try to pick a fight if I don't bring anything, so I'm going to fight back tonight..." He stops talking for a moment to take a deep breath. "And to be honest, I'm terrified. But I won't go down without a fight." Another tear drips down his cheek.

Kanade ignored Nakamoto and turned to Izumi. "Don't cry," she said. "I'll help you sort things out. I'll come with you," she said, giving the first hug she'd ever given to someone who wasn't family. Kanade gulped. "Don't be scared, I won't let him hurt you. Cuz... because I can't."
