Tops tend to show off their well-toned arms, and when wearing skirts, she also wears hardy bottoms under them. Occasionally she'll be spotted in a plain dark t-shirt and shorts with her usual beat-up sneakers, with the slightly more likely yellow and black flannel and capris, but this is still a rare occasion.
Looks: T stands at a solid 5'2", carrying herself with a seemingly effortless confidence. Her sloppily cut medium length hair is dyed bright yellow, and her face never almost never carries more makeup than a bit of lip gloss. Her bright black eyes take in as much of the world around her, and her mouth usually has at least a bit of an upwards quirk. Occasionally her hands sport a layer of poorly-done yellow or black nail polish.
Extra Features: She has many scars, each with their own story. There's the one on their hand they share with their blood sister, the one on from where they slipped and tore their leg open on a particularly sharp rock, and many others they are less willing to talk about.
Personality: T's biggest interest is learning. From how to speak a foreign language to how many countries drive on the left side of the road to dancing, she wants to know as much as possible. T is extremely gregarious and talks quite a bit. She's always ready to introduce herself to someone new or expand someone's knowledge, even if their timing can be pretty horrible. If they think it should be shared, they're sharing. The biggest problem with T is when they get bored. They're willing to do anything to stave it off, even if that thing is self-destructive. Their level of care for others varies greatly, and they value their friends more than their own family. However, on the other side of things, those she doesn't like can expect her to look for a moment to shove their face in the dirt, or even kick them when they're down. She's been known to make quite a bit of innuendo, almost never in anything other than jest. Though she can be intimidating at times, her friends know that she's just a huge dork.
Biography: T is the third of four children born to the Ollila family, and all was peaceful (for her) until they could speak. Things only got worse as they got old enough to pick their own clothing. Their parents tried to rein them in, using methods such as extended timeouts and spankings, but this didn't do much to make them behave. If anything, it made them act out more. In one particular incidence, T attempted to steal from another child, resulting in their hand being stabbed by their future best friend. Multiple times T ran away to the library, to the point their parents stopped freaking out over it. When T turned eleven, a silent truce was made: T could do whatever they wanted, and their parents would more often than not ignore them. They began to spend more time at the library, joined a friend's DnD group, and got caught up in some less pleasant things. Their relationship with their parents is more than a bit strained, and the pair tends to enjoy any opportunity to get T out of the house and away from "impressionable minds", hence why they agreed to send her to camp. In fact, the only family member T doesn't have a strained relationship with is their younger sibling.

But, sadly, they had to put their social status on hold, due to Mikayla's unplanned, and needless to say, unwanted, birth. Reluctantly, her mother had to back away from the public's eye for three to four years, so she could raise her beloved daughter. Which, not only made her parents upset, it put a financial strain on them.

By the age of twelve, her parents filed for bankruptcy, leaving their large family estate for a small and crappy house in.......wait for it......Compton. Yes, Compton. She absolutely hated it there. Nobody at her new school understood her, they never knew why she acted the way she acted, or why she was so stuck-up and snobbish. From there, her life began to fall apart. Her father took up drinking to cope with their new life, and her mother chose to cheat. Mikayla was stuck in a never ending cycle of dysfunction.

Now sixteen, her mother is forcing her to go to camp. She isn't acceptive of the fact that Mikayla is lesbian, so she's doing everything in her will to change that. Mikayla doesn't want to change, though. This is who she is.

He could be considered a doormat in some areas and doesn't show his anger which could be a good thing, only when he's angry, he snaps, best seen with his father.

They were divorced once she found out he'd been hitting Kai when she wasn't around. His Dad was a cop and his Mom ended up not getting custody of her children. She went to live with her sister and JB ran off soon after that knowing something bad was gonna happen, promising to keep in touch but she never did.

She was right about the bad stuff. Their Mom died of cancer 6 months later but they told everyone it was a car accident. A rib punctured her lung and she died on the way to the hospital. Kai couldn't mourn for long. His Dad got even more violent against him and he was bullied at school. He cut but he immediately regretted it and he began finding better ways to escape. He went to the music room at lunch and began to play guitar, piano and sing. He was pretty good. He made cartoons but he found his strength in graffiti. He graffitied at school and around town to give him a reason to stay out of the house. He couldn't be there when his Dad was there, drunk and abusing him to the point of him going to the hospital.

After one particular beating he'd had enough. He yelled in his father's face and told him all his deepest darkest secrets and stormed out, going to live with the only friend he had, an older Filipino girl who's trans called Zeyna. She was an amazing girl and accepted him in with open arms, calling him whatever pronoun he wanted and calling his KJ instead of Kai. That name was just toxic. They were an unstoppable force but unfortunately she couldn't come with him to the camp like she said she would as she got a new job with people who didn't shun her for her identity. KJ went anyway as a chance to leave his toxic town.

Tess has a deep rooted fondness for those she's close to and is sometimes a bit on the over protective side when it comes to their well being. Tess would literally do anything to protect her friends and that includes things they may not want her to do. She tends to over step his boundaries when it comes to her friends and family and acts like their mother.

There are times when one might think Tess just doesn't care about the world or anything in particular that's going on around her, and to and extent she doesn't. Tess is particularly indifferent to the world, liking much better to ignore the vast majority of things haooening around her. While she does do this, that doesn't mean she is completely invulnerable to people and the world.

Tess is a highly emotional girl, and tends to react badly to criticism or any sort of negative remark. As a side-effect of this, she is also very insecure with herself. Her insecure and emotional nature does not mean she's shy, in fact she's quite the opposite. Tess is extremely loud and boisterous and would fail miserably at ever being sneaky. No assassin jobs for this chick. She also has a very blatant disregard for authority that is akin to a rebellious teenager.

As another opposite to her insecure nature, Tess is also mostly fearless. She's willing to try anything to get a thrill. Her thrill seeking attitude calms a bit with her soft-spoken, and well thought out manner of speaking and his amiable and cheery disposition. Tess is a very kind soul, willing to do most anything to help someone out. She also never seems to not have a smile on her face and strives to keep herself in check and cheerful.

Tess is also a huge family woman. She adores her family and enjoys spending time with them. Tess talks to his parents as often as he can and tells them everything, her parents are his confiders. There's never a birthday or special occasions of her parents that she forgets and she gives them presents and other tokens of appriciation whenever she can.

Tess is a creative girl and sometimes has a hard time not expressing that. She always itches to express her inspiration in anyway she finds possible wheter that be dancing or writing music, hell even painting. If she can let her creative juices flow she is content whenever she may be.

Loyal to the bone, Tess would never cross or leave a friend. She seems to make an internal pact everytime she makes a friend that she'll never do anything to lose their trust. Tess would follow a friend willingly head-long into whatever my face them. She would do antything for those she cares about most.

Tess grew up the daughter of a pair of like-minded archaeologists. Her mother and father were both fascinated with the history buried in the ground beneath their feet and weren't afraid to share that fascination with their daughter. When Tess was born they took only a year off their expeditions, enough time for her to become old enough to walk and even talk a little bit, then they took of again. The only difference from their time before her was that they now hauled a child around with them.

Tess saw the world, experienced all kinds of things throughout her life. She learned to love travelling, meeting new, exotic people, learning new languages when it was necessary, she loved it all. She came to be quite the aspiring little archaeologist, until her seventh birthday when her parents took her to a show in Ukraine where she watched dancers jump and spin across the stage in a dance called Hopak. From then on she was hooked.


Tess would beg to see dancers anywhere she could find them and in her constantly travelling life she found a security in dancing. Dance was everywhere and she was completely in love with it. Over time she came to adore a style of dancing similar to an expressive freestyle dancing. By the time she was 14 she had practically perfected her skills, but still works to better them every day.

Tess has a deep rooted fondness for those she's close to and is sometimes a bit on the over protective side when it comes to their well being. Tess would literally do anything to protect her friends and that includes things they may not want her to do. She tends to over step his boundaries when it comes to her friends and family and acts like their mother.

There are times when one might think Tess just doesn't care about the world or anything in particular that's going on around her, and to and extent she doesn't. Tess is particularly indifferent to the world, liking much better to ignore the vast majority of things haooening around her. While she does do this, that doesn't mean she is completely invulnerable to people and the world.

Tess is a highly emotional girl, and tends to react badly to criticism or any sort of negative remark. As a side-effect of this, she is also very insecure with herself. Her insecure and emotional nature does not mean she's shy, in fact she's quite the opposite. Tess is extremely loud and boisterous and would fail miserably at ever being sneaky. No assassin jobs for this chick. She also has a very blatant disregard for authority that is akin to a rebellious teenager.

As another opposite to her insecure nature, Tess is also mostly fearless. She's willing to try anything to get a thrill. Her thrill seeking attitude calms a bit with her soft-spoken, and well thought out manner of speaking and his amiable and cheery disposition. Tess is a very kind soul, willing to do most anything to help someone out. She also never seems to not have a smile on her face and strives to keep herself in check and cheerful.

Tess is also a huge family woman. She adores her family and enjoys spending time with them. Tess talks to his parents as often as he can and tells them everything, her parents are his confiders. There's never a birthday or special occasions of her parents that she forgets and she gives them presents and other tokens of appriciation whenever she can.

Tess is a creative girl and sometimes has a hard time not expressing that. She always itches to express her inspiration in anyway she finds possible wheter that be dancing or writing music, hell even painting. If she can let her creative juices flow she is content whenever she may be.

She did make a big effort to make up for lost time and raise her daughter, though. She took her to zoos, she told her about the birds and the bees, she fully accepted her when she came out as Pansexual, and she often told her she loved her very much, so Peggy didn't hate her at all.

Her boyfriend was nice too. He took her on lots of camping trips, he had a decent job driving trucks, and he was very, very funny. Unfortunately her schoolmates weren't always as nice as she thought her parents were. They liked to pick on her for her size, her apparel and her hairstyle. Her mother urged her not to change just for them, so she didn't. Things were becoming bad for her though, especially when she found her first girlfriend. they had only been on one date and were innocently holding hands in school when she decided to transfur to a different school without telling peggy. Yes please!!! I was just counting how many kids there were and there's about twelve, which I find is too much for two counselors (the third one I can't contact for some reason, and by default I won't count as a character in this RP)
