"Aye up! Over here Old Man!" Matt yelled out, trying to be heard over everyone else.


He looked down at Fallen, nodding enthusiastically, "Heh that's a bit of an understatement! The man's a bloody genius! Single handedly built this damn place from the ground up! Ahah we're all lucky to be here. Alot of us had nothing 'til he came along and scooped us up. Now we're in the best places of our lives!"


Matt looked back up, waving the boss over to him, whilst also sliding between a few people to get through, all the while keeping a hold of Fallen's arm so she didn't get lost in the sea of people.. When he was finally in front of the boss, he held out his hand with a grin.

The Boss walked forward, nodding and commenting when they would tell him about their accomplishments for the day. He heard Matt's voice and grinned. He waited for Matt to come to him as the people parted to let him through.


"Matt! How did everything go?!" The Boss asked with a smirk. Matt was his right hand man and knew he could trust him with whatever he asked him to do and Matt would always come back with a smile and never let him down.


Fallen stuck close to Matt and held onto his arm so she wouldn't get lost.


"Wow, he's a great guy." She smiled at Matt's admiration for the boss. She wasn't thinking but she interlaced her fingers with his, something she just did naturally when she was in crowds.

"Oh I think you'll be MORE than happy with what we got today Boss Man! Hahah!" Matt roared, "We'll be set for the next month!"


Matt was feeling ecstatic, and couldn't help from laughing. Though when he felt Fallen's hand interlock with his, he felt a small blush rush across his face.


"O-oh yeah! We also got a new recruit!" He pulled Fallen forward and showed her off, "Couldn't have got even a tenth of what we got without this one!"


He tapped his cane twice on the floor and twirled it around in his hand, without even really thinking, as he showed of his latest find. A small feeling building up inside of him...pride maybe? Ahh it was a good day to be him!

The Boss let out a roar of a laugh and put his hand on Matt's shoulder.


"Ahahaha! That's my boy, Matt!" He cheered and everyone around them did too.


He arched an eyebrow when he noticed a new face he hadn't seen before. He looked at her and gave her a once over, running a hand through his beard.


"Hmmm...." He said and looked at Fallen closely.


Fallen looked at the boss and felt a bit nervous. So, she smiled at him.


"Hi, Mr. Boss man. I'm Fallen. It's nice to meet you." Fallen said and put her hand out.


The boss began to grin and he took her hand.


"I like her! She's not too bad on the eyes and she helped with the heist!" He turned to Matt and gave him a thumbs up.


"Welcome to the family, kid!" Mr. Boss said and put a hand on Fallen's back.


"Everyone! Be sure to introduce yourselves to Fallen! I'm going to go count the money and maybe roll in it." The boss announced and with that left.


Fallen couldn't help but beam, she felt welcomed and she just got here. She looked around as people began to introduce themselves to her. She greeted them back of course. Then her stomach made a noise.


"Oh yeah, I didn't get a chance to eat." She said and put s hand on her stomach.


"Hey, Matt darling, what's good to eat around here?"
