Involves multiple species, government and family conflict, romance and kind of a romeo and juliet storyline except they don't die. Maybe. Personality: Cleo is a fairly quiet girl, and is one to speak out if she believes something isn't right, or if something is wrong. She doesn't fall in love right away, due to past experiences that left her to be very wearily of who she falls in love with and who she gets close to.

Is there anyway you could make her a nonhuman? Such as a mermaid or harpy? I'm leaning towards Greek mythology creatures (She can stay human if you prefer, I'm just trying to mix it up, she can look the same as well)
