Sia Li

Sia Li is a Human.

Sia Li is 36 years old and one of three SSS-Ranked Bounty Hunters of the Bounty Hunters Association.
Sia Li seems to show very little concern for her targets' wellbeing. When she has you in her sights and you have a bounty, there is a very low chance you'll escape. Outside of this, she shows great concern and care for her fellow Hunters and the High Leadership of the Bounty Hunters' Association (BHA). The other members often describe her as a mother bear when it comes to the Hunters, she calls them all her 'children'.

Nature
Vine Whip - A whip from a vine that deals 1d6 nature damage.
Nature Magic;
Entangle - Sia Li causes roots to shoot up from the ground and wrap around her target, Rooting them in place.
Constrict - When an enemy is Entangled, Sia can constrict the roots to deal 2d4 Nature damage to them.

Ultimate Ability;
"I'll unleash the Force of Nature!"
A Force of Nature - Sia Li digs her fingertips into the dirt and soon after causes three large roots shoot from the ground near her target. They slam down and deal 3d10 Nature damage and Entangle the target.
Eliezer "Vulture" Allaire - Friend;
Being one of the Big 3, Sia has a lot of respect for Eliezer. She often shows great concern for him whenever he's out tracking bounties for the BHA. Despite Eliezer claiming to be the weakest, Sia will often argue against this.

Julius "King" Hyze - Friend;
Like the other Big 3 member, she is the only one their de facto leader speaks to regularly and, like the other member, she shows great concern whenever he's doing something for the BHA.

Magnus "Whizz" Fleming - Friend;
Sia seems to have an indifferent opinion about him, regardless she sees him as a friend and one of her children and treats him accordingly.

Julia Hyze - Close Friend;
Sia and Julia didn't speak much when Julia visited the BHA and Julius, however, Sia soon came open up to Julia quicker then she thought. Whether Julia was that welcoming or if it was a matter of seeing a part of herself in her. Sia eventually cared about Julia more then anyone else, even Julius.

"I didn't think i'd open up that quickly to Julia... *she motions you to get closer and she whispers in your ear* I even told her some secret stuff. Shhhh~."
Root Mastery - Sia Li's Entangle has a +3 hit modifier and removes the turn countdown. The only possible way to escape from this is to burn the roots with fire magic.
Conventional Flame Resistance - Sia Li's Entangle roots have an immunity to conventional fire and can only be burned via fire magic.
Threatened - While Entangled, the target suffers disadvantage on all saving throws and attacks, while all attacks made against the Entangled target have advantage.
Sia is often called the second strongest of the Big 3 of the Bounty Hunters Association.

Eliezer "Vulture" Allaire

Vulture is one of the three SSS-Ranked bounty hunters apart of Ironshire's Bounty Hunter Association.

Eliezer, or Vulture, is ranked the 3rd best bounty hunter in all of Ironshire, and a 27-year-old human. He's part of the elite three hunters that make up the SSS-Rank, but the weakest of them. Vulture got his spot here due to his freakishly strong sense of smell, which enables him to be able to detect people, dead or alive, with just the faintest scent of them.
In Vulture's early days, he was just another citizen of Ironshire living a day-to-day life, just trying to make it to tomorrow. He was isolated, or more precisely, he isolated himself. He'd always had a distaste for interactions with others and avoided it by all means. He'd only go out at night, wearing a dark cloak to conceal himself, while wearing a strange mask on his face. A plague doctor mask. In return, he'd get shady looks from others, but it kept them from approaching him.

Vulture's mask served a dual purpose. It not only concealed his identity but also protected him from the overwhelming scents that constantly assaulted his sensitive nose. The flowers he stuffed inside provided a temporary reprieve, but without it, he could smell everything and anyone within a 9-mile radius.

One night, as Vulture roamed the streets, an unfamiliar scent caught his attention. Against his better judgment, he followed it, fearing that it might lead to danger or death. But instead, he stumbled upon Cyan, the leader of Ironshire, alone in a secluded alleyway. Caught off guard and unable to hide behind his mask, Eliezer had no choice but to reveal his extraordinary sense of smell.

To his surprise, Cyan didn't ridicule or reject him like others had. Instead, he offered Eliezer a job as a bounty hunter for Ironshire. But to Eliezer, that was impossible. He tried to explain how weak he was, but Cyan just wouldn't budge. He told Eliezer of his potential to play a significant part in helping to put stray criminals away, and even offered to show him the reigns. Eliezer was never too keen about the idea, but in the moment, he felt too scared to deny the offer. So, he agreed, and within a months time, he found himself apart of the SSS-Ranked bounty hunters, where he met Sia Li and Julius.

It took him some time to grow comfortable in his new occupation and around his new allies, but Eliezer can now officially say that he feels like he belongs.
Vulture is a reserved and quiet man by heart, but due to his position in the bounty hunting world, he's forced to come out of his shell and attempt to communicate with others to help take down the criminals of Ironshire.

Not much is known about him to citizens and lower ranked hunters, other than the fact that he's responsible for finding bounties to put up.
Water
Punch: Vulture punches his target, dealing 1d4 damage.
Rinse: Vulture shoots a small stream of pressurized water at his target, dealing 2d4 damage.

Ultimate Ability:

Blind, But I See: Eliezer closes his eyes and puts his smelling as his primary sense. He cannot see anything, but he sees everything. Eliezer can smell any and all attacks or people coming his way, giving him a +5 AC boost. This move lasts for 9 turns. This ability, however, can be cut short if the air becomes swarmed with an overwhelming smell, which will lead to his nose bleeding profusely and putting him out of commission. This will also cancel out his passive abilities. [Eliezer gets a -3 to his AC when an attack is wide-scale AOE. He'll sense it, but he won't be fast enough to escape it.]
Vulture Olfactory - Eliezer's olfactory, his sense of smell, is on the level of a turkey vulture's, perhaps even better. No one knows why, not even Eliezer himself, but it's rumored that he has a genetic anomaly that enhanced his scent intake drastically. Vulture can smell everything that's in a 8 to 9 mile radius of him with ease, almost like he's right beside it. Even if the scent has already left the radius, he can sense its track and find it. And as stated, he uses this primarily to hunt down bounties. Just with the faintest sniff of them, he's hot on their trail.
However, Vulture resents his ability. Whenever he's not on a specific scent or wearing his plague mask, all of the smells assaulting his nostrils at once can be extremely overwhelming. And whenever he's around a scent too strong, like a rotting body, his nose will bleed profusely.

Vigilance - Vulture is immune to sneak attacks or ambushes due to his Vulture Olfactory. He can sense the presence of anyone attempting to catch him off guard or if an attack coming his way. Additionally, stealth abilities such as cloaking are ineffective toward Eliezer.

Danger Sense - Eliezer can sense whenever danger is coming his way, such as when magic is about to be used or if a person begins to show malicious intent. For example, if someone is angry, he can sense the blood leave their gut and travel to their muscles, signifying their change in emotion.

One Trick Pony - Due to only having one magical attack, Eliezer can use Rinse four times before its slot is spent.
Sia Li "Danger From Below" - Sia Li is one of Eliezer's fellow SSS-Ranked Bounty Hunters, who he's rather close with. In fact, Sia Li is one of his only friends. In Eliezer's eyes, Sia Li is both the sweetest woman he knows, and the scariest. Sia's usually compassionate and motherlike with Eliezer and others, but that's only when you're on her side. However, those with bounties on their head get the other side of her, where she's completely locked in, almost machinelike, as she hunts them down. Eliezer's seen this firsthand. Even he'll admit, he's relieved she's on their side, and he sometimes feel bad when he helps but a target on someone's head, because he knows that poor person will have to face Sia.

"Her scent is...sweet. Akin to violet flowers in spring. But, when I see her in moments of battle, her petals wilt. And I smell something putrid for just an instant, before it returns to normal. Julius "King" Hyze - Julius is the second of Eliezer's fellow SSS-Ranked bounty hunters, and definitely the strongest of the three. Just like Sia Li, he's delightful to talk to in regular conditions, but when he's claiming a bounty, he's unnerving. Eliezer sees Julius as a leadership figure among all other bounty hunters, and will often always take his side and do as he says. Out of both respect, and fear. Eliezer's seen Julius in battle only twice, and one time the bounty he was after was defeated so fast that the guy didn't even see Julius's face.

"My feelings about Julius are...confusing. I feel both safe around him and endangered. I respect him, yet I fear him. I enjoy being around him, yet wish he'd leave at times. I'm satisfied letting him know about a bounty, yet I feel terrible for the poor soul who's existence I made known to him. Je plains ceux qui sont sous son regard de chasseur." Magnus "Whizz" Fleming - Magnus is the SS-Rank that often pops up out of no where and hangs around Eliezer and the other Big Three members. He frequently tells jokes and clowns around, and sometimes he even makes Eliezer laugh. But sometimes, Eliezer feels some tension between the two of them.

"Magnus is quite the jester. He's always poking fun at people and bringing smiles to our faces. And for that, I must admit, I do enjoy his presence. Though sometimes, his scent changes from its usually airy one to one much more...unsettling. I'm unsure what it is, but, I won't give it too much thought." Cyan Omaha - Cyan, the leader of Ironshire and the man who gave Eliezer his position, will often be regarded by Eliezer as "the Man in Control". Just like with Julius, Eliezer almost always agree with Cyan. The only difference is, it's out of pure respect, without the addition of fear. Eliezer doesn't see Cyan too often, but when he does, he always shows the utmost gratitude for the man's work on Ironshire, and for making him feel at home.

Julia Hyze - Julia is Julius's younger sister who used to come over to the BHA often. To Eliezer, she's a pleasant person. She always sparked up conversations with him and they played around, but one thing about her stood out to him. It was how much confidence she had in him. Julia was particularly interested in Eliezer's strange sense of smell. She often compared him to a dog, which Eliezer laughs at thinking about. She also made him out to be stronger than he really was. No matter how much he insisted, Julia just wouldn't let Eliezer believe that he was weak. She even designed an attack that incorporated him, but she never went into detail about it. It was supposed to be a surprise for if they ever fought together.

Recently, however, he hasn't see her as often as he used to. It worries him a bit. Eliezer wants to ask Julius about her whereabouts, but he just hasn't mustered up the courage to do so. It could be personal matters, after all, and he's not interested in intruding on that. He can only pray she's okay.

Vulture is too weak to fight the bounties he tracks down, so he instead reports them and their last known location to Julius.

Vulture is of French descent.

Vulture is a highly religious man.

Vulture is typically seen without his plague mask, but with two flowers infused with nature magic in his nose to block out unwanted scents.

Vulture's smelling has been outperformed only a few times in his life time. One of these cases was when Eliezer attempted to track down the Onyx Beetles, specifically the Blue-Eyed Bandit. But while he was just on the brink of getting the bandit's scent, he was bombarded with an ambush of rotten food. By overloading Eliezer's senses, the Blue-Eyed Bandit was able to get away.

Julius "King" Hyze
"Bounty Hunter's Knightmare"

Julius is a Human.

Julius is 27 years old and one of three SSS-Ranked Bounty Hunter's of the Bounty Hunters Association.
Julius doesn't make appearances to the Bounty Hunters Association often or really at all. He regularly talks to Sia Li and Eliezer however. He tends to have a cold disposition but is actually very friendly. He is ruthless when hunting targets like the other members
The sole person behind the acceptance and distribution of Bounty Posters. He is also responsible for ranking the Bounties.
Ice
Crystal Slash - With his sword, Julius slashes and deals 1d6 Ice damage.
Ice Spike - With or Without a sword, Julius creates a small spike of ice and launches it at his target, dealing 1d8 Ice damage.
Crystal Sword - Sword;
"A peculiar sword made from ice crystals. Actually, Julius uses his ice magic to create this sword."

Weapon Creation - Julius uses his ice magic to create the Crystal Sword to use as a weapon. If Julius uses more magic, he can create up to 2 additional sword visages that he can control via telepathy and that last for 3 turns.

Crystal Sword Visage combat stats;
HP: 15
Strength: Half of Julius' Current Strength at time of creation.
They use a modified version of Crystal Slash as their basic attack.
Modified Crystal Slash - Same as Crystal Slash except it deals 1d8 +1 damage.
Ice Abilities;
Moonslash - Julius charges his sword with Ice magic and swings it, sending a wave of frost forward that deals 2d8 Ice damage.
Dark Moon, Evening Palace - Julius performs a singular horizontal slash following a crescent moon, creating numerous crescent moon shaped ice blades along its path, dealing 2d12 Ice damage.
Eight-Layered Mist - Julius performs eight rapid slashes in quick succession creating a bloom of ice as the finale, dealing 2d6 ice damage. As a result, the Bloom left behind by this attack pours out a cold mist that obscures vision for all enemies, giving them a -2 Hit modifier while they remain within the mist and granting allies Advantage. The Bloom lasts for 2 turns.
Once and For All - Julius channels extra magic into his sword and arms, greatly boosting his abilities. For 3 turns, Julius gains +2 ice damage, +2 on saving throws and +2 hit modifiers.
All for One - During the effect of 'Once and For All', Julius can choose to consolidate the stat changes into one attack and greatly boost it's damage. As a bonus action, Julius' next attack that lands will be an automatic critical hit. Only usable during 'Once and For All'. The effects of 'Once and For All' are removed when All for One is used. All for One does not consume a Spell Slot.

Ultimate Ability;
"No-one escapes the King's Swords."
King's Swords - Julius overloads his Crystal Sword to create 5 additional visages, he circles them around his target then stabs them all in at once, dealing 3d12 ice damage. This attacks never misses, the swords will home in on their target for as long as needed to ensure they hit. This attack prevents resummoning of visages via the Weapon's passive ability for 3 turns after use.
Julia Hyze - Little Sister;
Julius loves Julia a lot and cares about her wellbeing very much. He is very much a doting big brother. He hasn't seen her much in recent times but she used to pop around the BHA to see him and the other Big 3 members.

Eliezer "Vulture" Allaire - Friend;
Julius has respect for Eliezer, he provides very useful information for Julius. However, Julius does in fact care about Eliezer's wellbeing, knowing how much his job can affect him, Julius constantly reminds Eliezer to take care of himself whenever Sia Li doesn't.

Sia Li - Friend/Crush;
Julius is very grateful to Sia Li for always taking care of himself and Eliezer, because of this he's developed some feelings for her. Though she doesn't seem to show those same feelings apart from the concern she always shows. Although whether she knows he has a crush on her is currently unknown.

Magnus "Whizz Fleming - Friend?;
The relationship Julius has with Magnus is weird. On one side, Magnus seems to act like a squire for the Big 3. On the other side, he seems a little too enthusiastic. Either way, Julius remains unbothered by his presence within the Big 3.

Cyan Omaha - Ally;
Being the leader of Ironshire, naturally, Julius and the BHA sought to form an alliance. The BHA is sometimes called upon as a reserve force in extreme situations as a part of their contract.
About Eliezer;
"Hmm? Oh, Eliezer... I appreciate all the work he does for us. I do worry about him whenever he assigns Bounties though."

About Sia Li;
"She's wonderful. She takes such good care of us. I don't know where we'd be without her-- *ahem* I mean, I respect her and all the work she does for us."

About Magnus;
"Oh, him? He's fine I guess. He likes to tease me a little too much but I'm not bothered by it. He's a little too close to Sia... and I hate that."

About Cyan;
"The Bounty Hunter's Association respects the deal we made between the BHA and Ironshire. Cyan himself is a bit of an enigma, he doesn't make many public appearances... I guess, in that respect, we're similar. Regardless, should Ironshire have need of us in dire times, the BHA will answer the call."

About Julia;
"My dear sister. I love her so much. She spends almost all her time maintaining the defense cannons located on the walls of Ironshire, so I don't see her much. I hope she's doing okay..."
Cold Gaze - Enemies with a Willpower stat lower than 11 become Intimidated.
Ruthless Hunter - Whenever Julius lands a critical hit, his Ultimate Ability slot replenishes. Julius now only requires a roll of 17 or higher to land a Critical hit and is able to land Critical Hits on otherwise Vigilant enemies with a roll of 20. Julius' basic attacks cannot crit enemies.
Master of the Sword - When Julius is fighting in melee range of one or more enemies, he can parry and reduce the damage of one attack directed at him by -5 damage. can only be activated once per turn and on only one attack.
Master of Control - Julius has 7 spell slots.

Intimidated

Intimidated enemies have their hit chance reduced by -1.
Julius is the de facto leader because he takes on a fair bit of the responsibility however all members of the Big 3 serve as leaders in some way.

Magnus "Whizz" Fleming

Magnus is an SS-Ranked Bounty Hunter, and the only non-SSS-Rank who consistently hangs around Julius, Sia Li, and Eliezer. Not because they want him around, but because they can't keep him away.

Magnus, a 25 year old human, is an SS-Ranked hunter nicknamed "Whizz" due to his impressive agility. Some often call him the "Big Three's Extra Member" because of how much he's known for being around them. But in reality, he's more of a nuisance that constantly invades their space.

Magnus's past was just plain boring. He lived an average life as an average citizen of Ironshire doing average things each day. And just like everyone else, Magnus was used to being protected by guards and hunters from threats, watching from afar. Magnus tolerated this lifestyle for years, but he had always aspired to be like them. He wanted to save people from the scum that chose to terrorize Ironshire and its citizens. He had to.

Magnus didn't know why, but he felt it was his calling.

And so, once he was old enough, he got to training. Magnus practiced tirelessly, honing his skills in combat and stealth. Under the cover of darkness, he would sneak out of his home to train in the outskirts of Ironshire, far from prying eyes. His commitment and dedication were unwavering as he pushed himself to the limits each day, determined to become a formidable protector of his town.

As weeks turned into months, Magnus began to notice a change within himself. The once average boy from Ironshire was transforming into a skilled warrior, his movements fluid and precise, his senses sharpened to a keen edge. He could feel the power coursing through his veins, a sense of purpose driving him forward.

One fateful day, Magnus finally went to the Bounty Hunters Association and chose to go after the first one he saw. As Magnus prowled the streets on the hunt that day, he heard a piercing scream shatter the silence. Without hesitation, he sprinted towards the source of the cry, heart pounding in his chest. There, at the edge of town, he saw his target beating a helpless merchant bloody, their remorseless eyes stabbing into him.

Magnus was reluctant at first to make a move that day, but fought against himself to step forward and attacked. With catlike grace, he was untouched that battle, and took down in target in less than a minute.

After that, Magnus noticed that he truly had potential as a bounty hunter and began to consistently claim bounties. He was catching multiple bounties a day. One time he had pulled an all-nighter and set a BHA record for the most criminals caught in one full day. Soon enough, he exploded through the ranks and landed in the SS-Rank, where he went after stronger and higher priced bounties.

Magnus loved the satisfaction of putting crooks away. But over time, his passion went toward something else. The money.

Magnus had never grown up being able to get the things he wanted. He usually got hand-me-downs or handmade gifts from his mother. But once he saw his finances skyrocket, he began to crave more and more. Every single bit of it brought him immense pleasure.

And so, that’s what drives Magnus to this very day. Every target, every criminal, is just another opportunity to get paid in his eyes.
Magnus is quite the animated and playful person. He doesn't take anything or anyone seriously, even those who are threats to him. He'll often crack jokes and quip while in battle, and he's rather cocky about his skill.

He's fearless, really. Which is why he has no problem barging in on the Big Three out of nowhere. They could get livid and snap on him, yes, but did he care? Not a single bit. Magnus didn't believe they could harm him anyway. Especially not Eliezer. Speaking of Eliezer, Magnus couldn't even fathom how he was a SSS-Rank, and not Magnus himself. He resents him for that, really.
Fairy
Slash: Magnus slashes his target with his blades, dealing 1d8 damage.

Blurry Combo: Magnus does a fast combination of slashes and strikes on his target, dealing 1d12 damage.
Fade Out - Magnus maneuvers out of his opponents field of view swiftly, seemingly disappearing for one turn. Can be used three times per battle and does not take up a slot.

Fade In - With echoing laughter, Magnus comes back into the view of his opponent, but from above, and slashes downward at them. This deals 2d6 damage. Unlike Fade Out, this move does indeed spend a slot.

Stutter Slash - Magnus charges at his opponent, but just as he's in front of them, he freezes in place for a second. Then, he abruptly blitzes back into motion and slashes at them, dealing 3d4 damage.

Slip and Roll - Magnus evades one attack. Can be used twice per battle and spends a slot once both uses are claimed. However, this is not not work against auto-hits.

Let's See What You've Got - Magnus dashes at his opponent and appears in front of them, then forces them into an exchange of strikes and parries. This lasts for two turns, and once the second turn arrives, the target must roll a saving throw to see whether or not they won the exchange. If they lose, the target takes 2d10 damage. But if they win, the damage goes to Magnus.

Ultimate Ability:

"No way, you seriously thought I was done? Nah. I'm good for another round."

Second Wind - Magnus's only move in his arsenal where he uses magic. With Second Wind, Magnus uses nearly all of his fairy magic to reinvigorate himself, healing him for +15 Health Points and restoring all of his ability slots.

Alternatively, Magnus can use Second Wind on another person to either restore their ability slots or heal them if they're on the verge of death. (only one of these options)
Fearless - Effects related to intimidation or fear have no effect on Magnus.

Slithery - All attacks that are not AoE get a -2 to their hit roll due to his nimbleness.

Sia Li "Danger From Below" - Sia Li is Magnus's favorite out of the Big Three. Her hospitality is wholesome, and she's a joy to be around. In fact, he's so cool with her that he even told Sia about Pearl, his pet turtle. No one knows about Pearl besides her. Or at least, Magnus hopes so. Another reason why Magnus has a better connection with Sia rather than the others is because he's gone alongside her into battle before, with the most notable one being their fight against the Onyx Beetles, in which they failed to capture them. Even though Magnus isn't apart of the Big Three, he accompanies her on top-scale bounties because, to be frank, no one else is there to help her. Julius is always being mysterious and doing whatever he does, and, come on, Eliezer? He couldn't even beat a regular bandit.

Julius "King" Hyze - Magnus loves to tease and joke around with Julius. He constantly rags on him and tries to embarrass him, which others would see as an idiotic move. But Magnus knows that Julius is a calm and composed guy. He won't snap off of just words alone. Plus, Magnus isn't scared of the guy either. He even finds him to be overrated. But that's only because he's never seen him in action.

Eliezer "Vulture" Allaire - Magnus's least favorite of the Big Three, and undoubtedly the weakest. Every time Magnus sees him he can't help but think, "Why is he even here?". He thinks Eliezer is utterly useless. "If it wasn't for that weird ass nose of his, he'd be just another loner on the streets." That's another thought of his. Nevertheless, Magnus still cracks jokes on him and tries to get a laugh out of him, which is rare. So if Eliezer even chuckles, than Magnus knows his joke was amazing.

Rai "The Thunderous Hunter" Ikari - In his early days as a bounty hunter, Magnus once joined forces with a samurai named Rai Ikari, who used electric magic. Rai had taken on a bounty that proved to be too difficult for him to handle alone, so he invited Magnus to come along and offered to split the reward. Magnus, not being driven by money at the time, let Rai keep 70% of the share as a gesture of goodwill. Together, they defeated a criminal using dark spears and became close friends. The last time Magnus saw Rai was when he shared his guilt over not being strong enough to save a girl who was kidnapped during a tournament he was competing in. Magnus joked around to cheer him up, they then engaged in a friendly sparring session. However, Magnus hasn't seen Rai since then. According to records, Rai has not pursued any bounties or been spotted in Ironshire for several months. Magnus can't help but worry about him and occasionally checks for any signs of activity from his friend.

Julia Hyze - Julius's little sister who Magnus used to joke around with a lot. He has to admit, she's the only person who can rival his humor, just by a bit though. Whenever the two of them were in the same room, no one was safe from getting ragged on. Especially Julius. But lately, she hasn't been around anymore. Magnus was going to ask, but after a conversation with Eliezer about it, he decided to join him in keeping silent on the matter.
Magnus holds the record for the most criminals caught in one day, which was 23.

Magnus really likes turtles, and has one as a pet named Pearl that he keeps in a wooden bucket. However, he prefers to keep that a secret. Only Sia Li knows about her.

Magnus believes that he should be a SSS-Ranked hunter, and thinks that Cyan and the others are too blind to see that.

Magnus considers himself to be one of the greatest bounty hunters active right now.

Julia Hyze

Julia is a Human.

Julia is 19 years old and is the Defense technician for the Magical Defense Auto Cannons on the walls of Ironshire.
Julia seems to be a perpetually exhausted individual, she works on the cannons to keep Ironshires defenses at maximum capacity. However, aside from this she's very cheerful and often finds herself to the problems of others more then the other way around.

She seems to have a somewhat demented side as well. This is likely a result of the constant state of Exhaustion she has.

Electric
Bludgeon - A swing with her wrench to deal 1d8 bludgeoning damage.
Wrench - Club;
"It's just a monkey wrench. A formidable weapon for defense I guess. I mean, it can do considerable damage to one's skull."

Unique ability;
Power Club - Julia swings her wrench with full might, aiming for the head and dealing 1d10 bludgeoning damage with a chance to Disorient the target.

Disoriented

Target has disadvantage on attack rolls for 2 turns.
Discharge - Julia rubs her hands together and begins to charge up electricity in them, then spreads her arms outward and upward and unleashes an electric discharge to deal 2d6 Lightning damage to all nearby characters.
Electro Wrench - Julia electrically charges her wrench then throws it. Like a lightning shuriken, if it strikes a target, it deals 2d4 lightning damage and possibly Paralyzes them. She loses the ability to basic attack and use the Unique ability until she retrieves the Wrench again.
Zap Cannon - Julia gives an enemy a small amount of her magic, Marking them.

Marked

Marked targets become the target of Julia's cannon. It fires a bolt of lightning the next turn at the Marked target and deals 2d10 lightning damage.

Overcharge - Julia overcharges herself with electric magic, boosting her defense. Julia gains +2 on saving throws and a temporary immunity to electric attacks for 6 turns.

Revitalize - Julia electrically charges her hands and touches Julius, sending an electric charge throughout Julius. Julius' next attack will deal critical damage and heal Julius for 2d10 HP.

Tandem Ultimate Ability #2;
Condition(s) - Must be outside the 2 mile range of her cannon AND must fighting alongside Eliezer.
"Hehehe~, come on, Eliezer, I know you got more in you!"
Rinse Boost - Julia electrically charges her hands then gives it to Eliezer via touch. For the next 3 turns, Eliezer's Rinse now deals the same amount of electric damage on top of the water damage with a chance to Paralyze the target, dependent of Eliezer's DC. (Damage is effectively doubled. I.E. if he deals 3 water damage with Rinse, he'll deal an additional 3 electric damage, etc. the additional damage doesn't need a roll and hits alongside Eliezer's hit.)
Eliezer "Vulture" Allaire - Friend;
Julia likes Eliezer, at least in the friendly sense. She wants him to get stronger so she developed a special technique specifically for him when in battle with him.

Sia Li - Close Friend;
Julia likes to be around Sia a lot. When Julia is visiting, she often hangs around Sia when she's not talking with or being around Julius. It's safe to say the Julia thinks of Sia as an older sister.

Magnus "Whizz Fleming - Friend;
Despite the others thinking otherwise, Julia actually likes Magnus quite a bit. She'll sometimes join him in teasing Julius. Of course, Julius doesn't particularly like when she hangs around Magnus but she doesn't care.

Julius "King" Hyze - Big Brother;
She likes to tease Julius with Magnus sometimes, much to his dismay. Regardless, she loves her big brother very much. Julia knows about Julius' crush on Sia.

Time-Lost Wandering Samurai
The Kind Blade

The Wandering Samurai is a Human.

The Wandering Samurai's age is unknown.
As far as personality, those who have encountered this mystery swordswoman all say that she has a fair personality, valuing honor above all else. With the scarce few report of the woman showing a level of respect and kindness to those who she deems need it.

From the few reports, the Samurai has been known to keep level head through most situations but her all of her actions were performed with love or kindness, earning her the title 'The Kind Blade'.
As far as origins go, some say she comes from the Desert. Others say Ironshire. All say that she doesn't exactly "belong" here and that she has an err of displacement about her. It's entirely possible that the woman has amnesia.
Void (Darkness)

Slash - A simple slash with her sword, deals 1d6 slashing damage.
Void Abilities;
Phantom Force - The Samurai extends her shadow to her target. This attack bypasses shields and deals 2d4 necrotic damage.
Influx Flow - The Samurai performs a spinning upward helix slash that deals 1d4 Necrotic damage then a follow-up downward slash that deals 1d6 necrotic damage followed by one more attack that involves a forward horizontal slash from the left side dealing 2d4 Necrotic damage.
Void Step - The Samurai moves within the shadows to teleport to any location she can see. This is a bonus action.

Lightning Abilities;
True Surging Bolt, First Phase: Horizon of the Setting Sun - The Samurai performs a simple horizontal slash, however the sword is charged with lightning that deals 1d8 lightning damage and inflicts Paralysis.
True Surging Bolt, Second Phase: Lightning Assault - The Samurai performs a series of up to three consecutive lightning charged slashes that deals 1d6 lightning damage each. If an attacks fails to hit, the ability ends with that attack.
True Surging Bolt, Third Phase Upgraded: Electric Displacement - The Samurai lowers her stance for an attack, her body surging lightning before surging forward like lightning to three different targets, dealing 2d6 lightning damage to each one. She moves like lightning between them, making counter attacks or Reactions against her impossible when this attack is used. This attack cannot be used on the same person three times. If this is the case, the attack will be once for one target, twice for two, etc. up to three times for three targets.

Ultimate Ability;

Void Clock, First Phase: A Few Seconds to Midnight - The Samurai alters the perception of reality using the void to change the arena into Pure Darkness. Pure Darkness temporarily nullifies all weather currently in effect and creates a new Weather effect. The Pure Darkness weather effect begins a countdown clock visible to all. When the clock reaches 'zero', the second phase of the Ultimate begins. Pure Darkness additionally restores 2d8 HP to all allies in the arena.

Pure Darkness

Pure Darkness temporarily replaces any current weather effects for its duration. New Weather effects cannot override Pure Darkness. Pure Darkness lasts for 5 turns. When Pure Darkness expires, any Weather effects suspended this way are immediately resumed.

Void Clock, Second Phase: For Whom the Bell Tolls - Every 4th turn of Pure Darkness being active, an audible bell tolls and the Samurai chooses an enemy. The chosen enemy becomes Enchained and unable to move, act or react until the ability is finished. To everyone else, the Samurai seems to do nothing but stare at her enemy, there is a brief flash her eyes but nothing seems to happen. However, to the enemy, they suffer a series of relentless flurries of slashes, amounting to 4d20 necrotic slashing damage. Kills via the second phase of Void Clock resets the Void Clock (All effects that happen in the First Phase trigger again).

The Toll of using Void Clock

Use of Void Clock severely exhausts the Samurai, reducing all damage dealt by 15. Makes her easier to hit by reducing her AC by 8 and makes her body heavier and harder to move, reducing her chance of hitting enemies by giving her a -7 hit modifier (Hit cannot be reduced below 1). This effect lasts until the next Long Rest. The following effect is applied permanently and stacks indefinitely by 1 with each subsequent use of Void Clock; The Samurai suffers a -1 modifier to strength. This debuff cannot be removed by any means. (Currently stacked at 8)
Onyx Katana "Onimaru" - Sword;
"Onyx colored steel katana although... something about this sword doesn't feel right..."
Displacement - The blade of the sword seems to never be taken out of it's sheath. However, the weapon still deals slashing damage as opposed to bludgeoning damage.
Bounty Hunter's Association (Rarely) - Allies;
The Time-Lost Samurai seems to only rarely show up to the BHA to accept bounties. Although her appearances have become more and more infrequent.
Ultimate Ability Restraint - The Samurai refrains from using her Ultimate Ability if possible. It extracts a huge toll on her body.
Body Displacement- The Wandering Samurai is immune to critical hits, however she suffers one of the three minor status effects every 3 turns. Rolling a d20, if the dice lands on 1, 4, 8, 12, 16, 17 or 20, she suffers Paralysis. If it lands on 2, 5, 6, 10, 13, 14 or 18, she suffers Poisoned. If it lands on 3, 7, 9, 11, 15 or 19, she suffers Feeble. Effects applied this way last for 1 turn.
Shared Tactics - When fighting with 2 or more allies, the Samurai and all other allies gain advantage on saving throws.
The Samurai is an S-Ranked Hunter, despite not really showing up a lot. She could easily become a SS-Ranked Hunter but due to her infrequent appearances to the BHA, she is ineligible.
She has a reputation, be it infamous or famous, within the BHA.

Miramüna, Queenland Forest Guardian

(Wolf Form, preferred)

This is one of 4 Legendary Beasts located throughout Rhythm Nation. These beasts often guard a powerful Relic of some kind.

Miramüna is the guardian of the Queenland Forest under the orders of Titania. Her species is Spriggan.
Spriggan are a race of forest spirits who are generally peaceful towards both Spirit and mortal alike. Their only duty is to protect the forests and nature of Aetheria so they can be found in any area that is full of green, lush nature. However, only the strongest Spriggan are able to manifest a physical body, these Spriggan are generally created by a stronger entity by being imbued with power and energy.

Spriggan are fiercely defensive and territorial of their charge. Encroach on a Spriggan's territory and suffer the wrath of nature, however if you exhibit no hostile or threatening gestures, they should leave you alone.

Spriggan are said to be extremely loyal to those who gave them a physical body. They're also generally playful and mischievous tricksters to those they trust.

There are a sub-species of Spriggan called Burnt Spriggan who are bringers of fire. A Spriggan can become a Burnt Spriggan by absorbing too much fire energy.
Miramüna was a Spriggan in the Queenland Forest. Thousands of years ago, before the age of man and just before the War of the Gods, the Queenland Forest burnt down due to mysterious circumstances. By this time, Miramüna already had a physical body but was unable to save her Forest but tried, leading to her getting burned herself and becoming a Burnt Spriggan. Miramüna spends the following years and the entirety of the War of the Gods mourning the loss of her Forest, which devastated her greatly.

When the war ended and the select few Gods who survived dispersed, she was visited by Titania who restored Miramüna to her orignal un-Burnt self and reinvigorated the Forest to its original glory, if not even more so. Miramüna was, and still is, eternally grateful to Titania for this and was named Guardian. Miramüna has also witnessed the birth of the Fairy race in the Forest, even having some small part in it.

Due to this, Miramüna has earned not only the Guardian title but also is called 'Matron' by some of the Fairies as well.
Nature
Mortal Howl - Miramüna howls in her Wolf Form. All nearby Fairies become temporarily mortal in exchange for gaining +5 additional nature damage for the rest of the battle. Does not affect Titania or any Elder Fairy.
Aromatherapy - Miramüna sprouts a flower that emits a fragrance. She can choose 1 of 4 different effects;
Fury Aroma - Perform a wisdom saving throw. Anyone who inhales this aroma become overwhelmed with rage and see their allies as enemies. Affected targets attack the nearest enemy (including allies) for 3 turns.
Courage Aroma - Any character that inhales this aroma gain more courage. Affected target gains +10 temporary hit points.
Paralysis Aroma - Perform a dexterity saving throw. Anyone who inhales this aroma, find themselves unable to move for 1 turn. Affected targets gain Paralysis.
Confusion Aroma - Perform a wisdom saving throw. Affected targets will occasionally hit themselves if they miss an attack. (Attacks that miss will instead hit the user for half the damage that would've been inflicted.) Lasts for 3 turns.
Ferocious Lunge - Miramüna lunges forward, fangs bared and chomps down on her target, dealing 2d12 nature damage to them.
Nature Dash - Miramüna enters a pseudo-invulnerable state as she runs around the arena (She is immune to damage whilst dashing around the arena). At the start of every turn, she dashes in a straight line with a nature imbued body to the other side of the arena. If she doesn't hit any characters doing so, she repeats this process. She keeps going for 5 turns or until her dash hits a character. The dash deals 3d12 nature damage. This ability can only be used every 4th turn after the end of the ability.

Aggravated State;
Aggravated Lunge - Upgraded from 'Ferocious Lunge' while in Aggravated State. Miramüna lunges and chomps on an enemy, causing a 4 foot small expulsion of nature to be expended, this attack deals 2d12 AoE nature damage.
Aggravation - Usable only while Aggravated. Miramüna aggravates nearby Fairies. Their attacks deal an extra +1d6 damage but they take +1d6 more damage for the rest of the battle. If used on an animal, the animal instead gains +10 resistance to all damage sources except fire, where they will instead take +10 more damage for fire sources.

Ultimate Ability;
Serenity of the Forest - Miramüna casts an arena-wide Calm spell. She restores all combatants' judgement and forcibly ends the current combat. Combat can be reinitiated afterwards if desired. This attack cannot be resisted and can only be casted when she is at or below half HP.
Ready for Battle - If Miramüna joins a battle via a Queen's Deer 'Alerting Bellow', she gains advantage for the rest of the fight.
Forest's Protection - Miramüna is completely immune to critical hits, nature damage and charm effects.
Reincarnation - If Miramüna dies in battle or any other way, she reincarnates in the Queenland Forest 1 week later.
Aggravated - If Miramüna takes enough Electric damage (100 total electric damage), she enters an Aggravated state. This state lasts for 3 turns and increases the rate at which she can attack. Miramüna can perform two actions in a single turn for the duration. When the state ends, Miramüna becomes Vulnerable for 2 turns afterwards and the electric damage counter resets.
Vulnerable - All incoming damage is increased by +5 and she becomes vulnerable to critical hits.
In this form, Miramüna cannot do offensive attacks, but she can communicate and use supportive attacks in battle.

Shin Hiragimi
Leader of the Sand Dragons

Shin's race is Snow Dragon.

Shin's age is unknown.
Shin is one of the last of his kind. The Snow Dragons went nearly extinct over a thousand years ago. There is one other Snow Dragon alive today.
Shin was a just ruler alongside his brother. However their constant fights caused him to lose some of that aspect.

Until his brother's "death", where Shin went full rage and anger mode. Shin is clever, cunning and highly intelligent but also somewhat of a hothead.
Shin, as well as the other Snow Dragons, all hailed from the Icy North, Norheim. They dominated the skies in Norheim until they were all but driven to the brink of extinction. Shin however, shared his power with his brother as they shared semi-godhood of the Icy Winds over Norheim.

"Shin, the Dragon of the North Wind and his brother, the Dragon of the South Wind, upheld balance and harmony in the skies. Revered by almost all of the Snow Dragons.

But the two brothers argued over who could better rule their land. Their quarrel turned to rage and their violent struggle would darkened the sky... until the Dragon of the North Wind struck down his brother, who fell to earth... shattering the land."

Ice Abilities;
Ice Shards - Shin creates an ice shard which he sends towards an enemy and deals 2d4 ice damage.
Winter Cloak - Shin creates a small, spinning ice cloak around himself that deals 1d4 ice damage every turn to enemies within melee range of him and lasts for 5 turns.

Ultimate Ability;
Of the North Wind - Used when Shin's Mortal Form health bar depletes. A cold and violent ice storm circles around Shin that obscures him and deals 2d4 ice damage to all enemies. When the storm subsides, Shin emerges in his Dragonkin Form.
Sisters of Fate join the fight during this phase.

Ice Abilities;
Icy Future - Shin turns one of the Sisters into an Icy Bomb. After 2 turns, the selected Sister explodes for 2d10 ice damage to everyone around her and has 1d8 ice damage dealt to herself.
Freeze Dry - This attack always deals critical damage. Shin freezes his target then quickly thaws them out deals 1d6 ice damage.
Ice Javelin - Shin causes a parge, sharp piece of ice to rocket out of the ground beneath his target and deal 2d6 ice damage. It lingers for 5 turns and Shin can now control it.
Icy Spear - Shin commands the Ice Javelin to rocket towards an enemy and deal 2d10 ice damage.

Weather Abilities;
Icy Wind - Shin causes an icy cold wind to blow for 2 turns, dealing 1d6 ice damage every turn as well as giving all enemies 'Shivering' for its duration.

Shivering

You are freezing to your bones, shivering in an attempt to keep your body somewhat warm.

Affected targets roll a d20. They must roll 10 or higher. If they roll lower then a 10, they skip their turn. If they roll 10 or higher, they can proceed with their turn as normal.

Ultimate Ability;
Formless Winter - At 0 HP, Shin steps off the edge of the platform and seemingly falls to his doom, only to emerge moments later flying upwards in his Dragon Form. He begins the next part of the fight with an icy breath that encapsulates the whole arena and deals 2d10 ice damage to all and enemies in the arena. If the Sisters of Fate are still fighting at this point, they gain 'All-Mighty Presence'.

The Sisters of Fate gain advantage on all rolls for the rest of the battle. This effect cannot be dispelled or removed by any means.

Enhanced Eyes of the North - Immune to being blinded in any way. Additionally, effects that would otherwise grant Shin disadvantage instead decrease his damage by -2. The damage reduction can stack up to 5 time(s) and last for the rest of the battle and persists through phase changes.

Kiyoko & Juniper Ohara
Sisters of Fate

The Sister's races are Human.

Kiyoko (pictured on the left, in the pink) is 25 years old and Juniper (on the right, in the green) is 27. (From now on, the sister I'm referring to will be color coded.)
Kiyoko is the calm one between the two. She thinks rationally and is often the one coming up with their battle strategies. She never does anything to put Juniper in harm's way intentionally.

Juniper on the other hand is antsy. She can never seem to sit still and is the more violent and impatient one between the two. She has a much shorter fuse then Kiyoko, who often has to reign her in when her violent episodes come about.
It is actually unknown if Kiyoko and Juniper are biological sisters. Not even Shin knows the true relation between Kiyoko and Juniper, but one thing is abundantly clear, they've known each for a long time and will do anything for each other as real sisters would.

They've stated that they've known for basically their whole life.

Targeted Assault - Upon entering battle, Kiyoko will mark one target with Marked Target until the end of the battle. Marked Targets become the ultimate focus of Kiyoko's attacks. Kiyoko and Juniper cannot mark the same target. The mark does not require a roll and will always land, regardless of passive effects, AC or resistances.

Fire Abilities;
Flame Wheel - Kiyoko throws her Chakrams at her target. They catch fire and deal 1d4 fire damage. This attack with force the target's Nature Core to bloom if they have one.
Flame Crash - Kiyoko slams her chakrams into the ground below her target, it explodes for 1d8 fire damage and inflicts Soulfire on them.
Ignite - Kiyoko ignites her target's Soulfire, turning it into Ignited Soulfire.
Conductive Flames - Kiyoko boosts Juniper's next Heated Swing to trigger it's additional effect one more time in addition to its initial effect. (This would make Heated Swing trigger Nature Core damage 2 times as opposed to the 1 additional time in its initial effect.)

Soulfire

Soulfire in its base state doesn't do anything.

Soulfire in its Ignited state becomes Ignited Soulfire and causes the target to take 1d4 fire damage per turn for 4 turns and becomes susceptible to triggered effects from Juniper's attacks.

Earth Ability;
Ability is shared with Juniper.
Fluid as Sand - If the target is affected by both Soulfire (NOT Ignited Soulfire or Bloomed Soulfire) and Nature Core, then they gain +1 AC but do 2 less overall damage for 3 turns. This ability triggers automatically and stacks up to 2 time(s).

Ultimate Ability;
Nature prevails over all Things! - Kiyoko throws her chakram at her target, they catch fire and cause her target's Nature Core to burst and do 2d6 fire damage as well as inflict Burning if the target fails the saving throw. Burning deals 1d6 fire damage every turn for 4 tturns.
Special Ability;
Targeted Assault - Upon entering battle, Juniper will mark one target with Marked Target until the end of the battle. Marked Targets become the ultimate focus of Juniper's attacks. Kiyoko and Juniper cannot mark the same target. The mark does not require a roll and will always land, regardless of passive effects, AC or resistances.

Nature Abilities;
Nature Core - Juniper implants a core in her target. When the core is dormant, it does nothing. However if the target becomes inflicted with Ignited Soulfire, the core blooms and deals 2d4 nature damage to her target and then goes back to it's dormant state. This effect can be removed and is treated as a lesser status effect.
Floral Swing - Juniper throws her chakram at her target and deals 2d6 nature damage to them. If the target has Soulfire, it becomes Ignited Soulfire.
Heated Swing - Juniper's next chakram swing takes on a reddish-green appearance and deals 1d6 fire- and nature- damage to her target. If the target has a Nature Core and is affected by Soulfire, this attack causes that Core to bloom and deal an additional instance of damage based on its damage roll.

Ultimate Ability;
Fire as Pure as Destruction! - Juniper throws her chakram at her target. It digs into her target and ignites their Soulfire into Bloomed Soulfire. Bloomed Soulfire deals 2d6 nature damage every turn for 2 turns.
Kiyoko's Relationships;
Juniper Ohara - Her beloved Sister. The bond she shares with Juniper is very deep as they are nigh inseperable. Everything Kiyoko does is purely for her sister's sake, even when it may not seem like it.

Shin Hiragimi - Her respected leader. As part of the Sand Dragons, she naturally has a high amount of respect for him but... he doesn't always see eye to eye to Kiyoko... I wonder if her allegiances can be swayed...

Juniper's Relationships;
Kiyoko Ohara - Her beloved Sister. The bond she shares with Juniper is very deep as they are nigh inseperable. Juniper does bicker with Kiyoko but she loves her regardless. Juniper will follow almost any request given to her by Kiyoko. Her trust and loyalty in Kiyoko is unwavering.

Shin Hiragimi - Her respected leader. As part of the Sand Dragons, she naturally has a high amount of respect for him but... Juniper doesn't like the constant waiting he tells her to do but since Juniper follows Kiyoko more, she has no choice. Maybe if Kiyoko changed her allegiance, so to would Juniper...
Sisterly Bond - Negative effects that land on Kiyoko's Marked Target also apply to Juniper's Marked Target without a saving throw or roll.
Weep for the Fallen - If Juniper falls in battle before Kiyoko does, Kiyoko gains Advantage on all rolls and +10 damage for the rest of the battle.
Sisterly Bond - Negative effects that land on Juniper's Marked Target also apply to Kiyoko's Marked Target without a saving throw or roll.
Weep for the Fallen - If Kiyoko falls in battle before Juniper does, Juniper gains 2 extra Ultimate Ability slots and her Heated Swing now inflicts Soulfire on her target.
