Cyan is 37 years old and is a gifted magic-user. He mastered all of his skills at such a young age.
He's a particularly caring individual but he's rarely ever seen in the city. So to most, he's a mystery. The only people who know him well are his mother and his girlfriend. But the few who have brief interactions with him say that he embodies kindness. His guards respect him and he respects his guards.
When it comes to leadership, Cyan is quite skilled and can take down most enemies with a small force. He also has reformed Ironshire much since taking leadership of the city, though some don't agree with his decisions...
Cyan was born 37 years ago to Ingrid Omaha and his father in the small Nation of Oghma. Cyan was born a High Elf, so his natural growth meant that he fully matured by age 5 and his Elven physiology meant that he could fully perform magic by age 7. It was around this that he decided to leave Oghma. Upon his leave, Oghma underwent a savage and brutal war that nearly destroyed his homeland, however Cyan had no clue that this had happened.
Cyan would never know this had happened to his homeland, until he decides to travel back.
Until then though, Cyan will remain the leader of Iroshire. During his leadership, Ironshire has gotten more prosperous due to his radical reforms to Ironshire's economy and military strength, becoming the number 1 rated military power in the world. After the fall of the Desert Nation, it was Cyan who took in refugees, namely the legitimate heir to the then Desert Nation. Cyan was the only person to know that Skyla Junia was the heir and he kept her a secret from the other nations, who sought to seek out the heir.
Cyan inaction against certain empires has ruined his reputation and may force him to act to stabilize his Nation...

Water Magic;
Water Serpent - Cyan creates a large serpent made of water that slithers along the ground and strikes an enemy for 2d6 water damage.
Twin Hydro Dragon - Cyan creates two eastern dragons that flank an enemy from either stand, clashing together and dealing 2d12 water damage with a chance to knock an enemy Prone.
Rejuvenating Rainfall - Cyan throws a hydro into the air and creates a light rainfall weather effect that lasts 4 turns. All allies, including self, are healed by 1d4 HP per turn.
Electric Magic;
Lightning Storm - Cyan gathers lightning magic in his arms and claps his hands together, creating a ball of lightning between his hands before releasing a brief but concentrated beam of lightning at an enemy and deals 2d20 lightning damage. This attack has a higher miss chance and has a -3 hit modifier unless Cyan spends the previous turn charging the energy, in which case, it has advantage.
Crackle - A short range but effective attack. Cyan sends thin but strong sparks from his fingers. The range is only 2 feet but if it hits, it deals 2d6 lightning damage and always Paralyisis if it does hit. This attack gets disadvantage on attacks that range higher then 2 feet.
Light Magic;
Shining Arrows - A Technique inherited from his mother. Cyan creates a bow of light around his arm and points it to the sky and fires a bolt of light into the sky. Shortly after, a rain of bolts of light strike enmies in a 3 foot aoe around a targeted enemy dealing 2d8 radiant damage and has +10 damage against the Undead.
Ultimate Ability;
"Ironshire is under my protection."
Angel of Ironshire Lv. 1 - Cyan creates a sigil of light expanding 50 feet from his feet. All allies, including himself gains +3 modifiers on all rolls for 5 turns.
Angel of Ironshire Lv. 2 - Only usable 1 turn after the previous sigil was created. Cyan creates a second sigil of light of top of the first that extends 75 feet out of the point of origin of the first sigil. All allies, including himself gain Courage for 5 turns.
Angel of Ironshire, Final Level - Only usable 1 turn after Lv. 2 was used. Cyan creates a third and final sigil of light that extends 100 feet out from the point of origin of the first sigil. Upon completion of the Final Level all effects from the previous levels are removed and instead replaced with; all allies, including self Gain double damage, Courage, are healed by 2d10 HP every turn and grant disadvantage to all enemies in the sigil for 2 turns.

Water Magic Mastery - All of Cyan's Water Magic count as Basic Attacks.
Homefield Advantage - If Cyan is fighting in Ironshire or Oghma, his attacks gain a +2 hit modifier.
Lover's Comfort - If fighting with Kiko, Cyan gains advantage on all attacking rolls.
