Well the lore tells about the past. The rest will be up to me and the person to create. There is also maps and alot of other websites dedicated to the champions

The only real personality we get from each character is a one or two sentence bio and the blurbs in-game. Riot recently did away with the lore of summoners IIRC. You would have to write a great deal just to get an RP functional.

Well then you can read the lore read the text and how they act and say. And then just make up the rest if that is necessary
