Why?

I got charged twice at a restaurant on Sunday. I tipped in cash. I was goong to wait to see if the one of the charges dropped off but this morning I woke up and $4 has been added to one of the charges. That’s not right cause I tipped in cash. Called my bank. I have to handle it with the restaurant. If my bank handles it they’d have to close my whole debit card. But it’s not fraud so thay annoys me
