Hey Puerto-Rico is beautiful, save for the earthquakes and hurricanes but still nice and tropical. Awesome beaches and you will prob know a bit of Spanish already, it's hard not to know something of it

Yeah I’ve been down once before, honestly the people down there are amazing. Most of them know English and they’ll speak English to make it easier for you

same can be said for most none English speaking countries. Any time you attempt to try and speak the native language they will either be immensely impressed that you tried even if it's just saying thank you or good morning then talk to you in English, or they will answer you once in their language then immediately switch to English for you. Honestly it makes learning a lot harder lol. Better start watching some Spanish soap operas, then you can learn and laugh at the ridiculousness.
