When it comes to behavior change, it usually means being ready to engage in an action or series of actions that leads to the desired outcome and includes the ability or willingness to work towards the goal even though the process may not be fun, or rewarding, or enjoyable.
 
when it comes to eating and sleeping, yk the general basics for living, there are a million different options. You need to start looking and trying them out. It's all trial and error and as I said results don't happen over night or even over a week or sometimes a month
 
you need to be willing to stick to it and to challenge yourself and what you believe your limits to be. Being defeatist when it comes to your personal health should never be an option.
 
Eating situation is in the mornings I don’t have time for breakfast before school, school lunches make me sick. As for sleep I’ve tried so many different things it just doesn’t work
 
you're being defeatist again. You are giving yourself excuses. Not uncommon, very common. I think we all do it at one point or another. But you are young and have so much time left, giving up now is simply insulting.
 
like you say I don't have time for breakfast... grab a banana. lunch makes you sick for what reason? is that a food preference? surely not every food can make you sick. Sleep... even medical options?
