If we are talking boobage then they are factually and scientifically nearly all fat. Boobgaes are sacks of yellow fat. The part that fills with milk are the glands. The fat isn't actually required to be in a boobage, ladies with small boobage can produce as much milk as those with big boobage. When I had my kids it was like chest milk fountains and I am not well endowed in that respect...
