So this might sound a little weird but maybe to get more characters to interact or something, I just wrote that Tannis was now actively looking for Val, more than a little suspicious about him. So maybe if they get too close to the LAST building, a guard sneaks up behind them and knocks them out with like the butt of a gun? (or a frying pan? lmao) and they get captured or something/interrogated about any other Superioralis in Trera that are hunting LAST? (I dunno I'm just spitballing here...)

Should someone else write Chris or should I just do it and have him I guess tie up Tannis and bring them to the LAST building?? That would probably cause a big commotion in the building and cause the leader to come out along with any characters that want to (e.g. Chrissy and Val) (Also who is the LAST leader??)

You should play Chris. As for the the LAST leader.... I don't know. It could be an actual character if somebody wants to do that.
