I think the thumb is obstructed by the rest of the hand.

It's possible, it looks more like a thumb than an index finger, in which the finger should flow better into the hand

While I can definitely tell that you're trying to create the appearance of muscle, it'd probably work a little better if you added a little more curve to the upper arm, and a separate curve to the shoulder, so that the one part of her bicep doesn't look quite as out of place.

Also, congrats on the date.

As an incentive to keep drawing and not let another early 2019 incident happen again, I'm announcing another art giveaway.
