• Once such ancient entity, a reality warping demon known as Shangor was awoken by human worshipers after it warped their minds
  

Setting Notes:

Shangor -

Powerful ancient entity that could not be killed even with the help of other ancient beings (e.g. the Angel Verdall). He was weakened severely though by the group Tobias adventured with and they intended to seal Shangor within the Labyrinth of Worlds. He is a shape-shifter, but whatever form he is possesses shares similar characteristics (tbd). The form he was using when he was sealed away was a monstrous humanoid form that was nearly nine feet tall. His powers include the ability to warp the environment he is within, to consume the life-forces of other creatures for magic power (mana) and to warp the minds of others.




Kingdom of Xesnye

- Kingdom that unknowingly held Shangor's tomb and was attacked by him. Using powerful magic, he destroyed and ravaged cities within the Kingdom, turning its civilians into either his slaves or using their life-forces as energy for magical spells. Shangor was drawn to Xesnye because of the Ancient beings residing within the Kingdom and its somewhat magically-incline population.



Verdall

- Another ancient entity that opposes Shangor - referred to colloquially as an "Angel". Verdall is composed of light and water turned to flesh and armor. Verdall gave Tobias and his companions enhanced physiques and fortitude by allowing them to drink from her waters. This turned Adri and his friends semi-divine figures, gaining aspects of Verdall.

Character Notes:


Tobias was born in the Kingdom Xesnye and was extremely young when Shangor attacked. Narrowly escaping (probably from paternal sacrifice) the incident, he was raised by a heroic fighter named Raina Sunoak. Moving with refugees for years, Raina eventually joined up with a group of individuals who sought to defeat Shangor.


Tobias was trained along their adventure, becoming eventually a hero in his own right. He is the youngest of the party.


Tobias was blessed with the life-forces of Verdall (from drinking the water that compose her form) like his other companions, giving them mystical powers and enhancements beyond regular humans.


Sealing away or destroy Shangor's minions, the group eventually descended on Shangor. Knowing that they could not slay him, they attempted to weaken him and drain him of life-force before pushing him in the Labyrinth of Worlds. It was thought that there Shangor would either meet his fate, be drained of life-force or be stuck forever unable to return to the world of Eimia.


In the final battle, Raina was injured distracting Shangor and defending the group casting the banishment ritual. This caused Tobias to have to intervene and jump into the Magical circle in order to prevent Shangor's escape. For this reason, Tobias and Shangor were both teleported to the Labyrinth of Worlds.


Tobias has no idea whether Raina or the others survived.
