Knight school (BEX, Deijien, Aki, Robin)

Lulita stood there a bit pumped but she couldn't bring herself to be cocky now especially with the White Knight, the royal knight who is always by the king's side. She knew that she could be no match for this guy but she could try and see what kind of fighter he was but then again, she was interested in the young lad next to her. The White Knight seemed to see him of something special and Lulita was quite interested in what the boy had in store with his adorable baby face. She didn't look down at him for his age... much, but she knew this boy was something good and she had an inkling idea that this boy was gonna be fun to have around.

Standing back, she awaited for the boy to make a stand to go in first. She knew that he, of course, would go in with his ruby red eyes blazed with determination to show what he was made of to everyone,"
A strong guy indeed. Small but has a great look in his eye, I like this kid." Lulita thought a smile formed up on her face as the boy walked up just as she had predicted. Watching him stand film with no fear, she watched with observant ocean-blue eyes, observing the fight but also a little cheat sheet for her to learn what the white knight was made of along with Iksander,"Show him what you're made of." Lulita quietly cheered.

Jepitha nodded. "Oh dear sir. I wasn't planning on going easy. I just hope you can keep up." He pulled out his sword and his shield. He twirled his sword a few times then got in position. "Student gets the first move."

(@Akihito)

Iksander nodded and drew his sword. He took a side, opposite of Jepitha and studied his opponent. Jepitha was a battle-hardened knight, far more superior than Iksander. Iksander knew he stood no chance. However he noted that although Jepitha was more experienced, he was older than him. He wasn't old but he was bigger than Iksander which would make him slower than Iksander. Iksander decided to use that to his advantage. He remembered a lesson his father had given him.

Never move first. You give your opponent the advantage of knowing how you fight. If you are forced to attack first, give nothing away.

Iksander noted the shield Jepitha held. It would make him slower but give him a stronger defense. Iksander decided to take a gamble and discard his shield for this battle. He held his sword, a gift from his father, and slowly circled Jepitha. He took a step to his left but immediately lunged to the right to test Jepitha and see his true skills.

Jepitha kept a close watch on Iksander. He knew that he was gonna use speed. He also knew his father was a knight so that meant his whole life consisted of training. While Jepitha had only six years worth of training. But that didn't faze him one little bit. When he lunged at him he spun on the tips of his toes on his left foot and blocked his blade. "Nice try." He pushed him back with his shield. "Now try again."

Juniper simply watched as everything was exchanged, and frankly she didn't see the big deal or understand the hype about either knight. Who was the "White Knight" anyways? She hadn't even heard of him until around a few days ago, not to mention the fact that she didn't even know who Iksander's father was either... But, supposing she didn't need to know those people, Juniper stood by waiting for her turn. She turned her attention over to the two every-so often, but otherwise she occupied herself by looking at the sky and or thinking about life to come...

June wasn't one to even make friends, so what would be the point in watching closely and cheering people on? She sighed and began watching the odd and bulky attacks, in which Jepitha had chosen to use a shield...

Who would use something so useless in a battle nowadays..? Are Knights supposed to have them? She thought to herself, never having used or heard of using a shield. The girl wasn't especially trained by anyone, having to watch and learn from experience. June was more of a self taught kind of person, and the various scars on her body were proof of such.

To make things a bit funnier for Juniper, Jepitha was spinning now on his toes like a ballerina...

Some fighting style you got there.... I do wonder how many fights you've been in... June thought again, curious to actually know how trained he really was. On the inside she was eager to just test out her frankly non-existent skills, thought of course on the outside nobody would ever know this...

(Are you in a hurry when you type or something, because in you're shorter posts I notice a lot of, err, mistakes... ^^',)

(Ahhhh okay, thanks. My mind can rest easy now because I'm one of those extreme grammar Nazi's.... ^3^ That's fine lol, I was just really curious)

Iksander's nearly fell over when the shield was pushed into him but was quickly able to regain his balance.

"Try again to what? I know I have no chance at beating you. Are you testing my skill or bolstering your own pride by easily deflecting my attacks?" Iksander said a bit testily. He was frustrated that he was so easily read and blocked. Iksander once again studied Jepitha. Having a shield was quite annoying and barely left any spots open for Iksander to attack. The only way he could somehow get passed the shield is was to feint a strike and try to spin around to attack his backside which, unless you were extremely acrobatic, was quite hard although Iksander didn't see any other choice.

Iksander gathered his strength to lunge at Jepitha once again only to feint with his sword. He quickly lunged again as he feinted to try to hit Jepitha's back but only succeeded in lightly tapping his armor before Iksander lost his balance and tripped over himself. Iksander fell with a heavy thud but quickly got back up, spitting the dirt from his mouth. He readied his sword again, furious that he had failed an attempt he had done so well so many times with his father.

Perhaps my father was really just taking it easy on me...

(@DeijiiChan can start posting again. I feel all selfish and guilty for hogging the posts ;w;)

Jepitha was about to block again when Iksander faked him out. 'Dammit.' He thought as he felt a tap on his back. He turned around and looked at him. "Impressive. Except your landing." He tossed his shield to the side. "Now lets have a more fair fight."

(Post all you want. I'm enjoying my time cruising around and besides, I'm letting Juniper go in next if that is fine with you Bex-chan~ =w=)

Iksander nodded.

"Very well." He replied, slightly relieved that the shield was removed. He already had a plan against Jepitha. With his sword out in front of him, he slowly approached Jepitha cautiously. He planned to feint but this time continue with his strike at the last second, hoping that Jepitha would see through the feint and try to attack but leave himself open.

Iksander lunged and feinted but at the last second, attacked Jepitha with a ferocious strike to the chest.

(@Robin man )

Jepitha was expecting a feint. But the continuation of his strike he had to react on reflex. He leaned back and Iksander sword barely hitting his chest plate. Jepitha nodded and went on the offensive. He lunged at him aiming for his waist.

(@Akihito)

Iksander barely had time to react to the sword flying at his waist. He rolled out of the way rather than try to block it. By now, Iksander was panting hard. Although being trained by his father, he was still a child and was growing tired.

Does he plan to tire me to death!? No wait. I must stay calm and overcome this. I am a knight!

Iksander came at Jepitha with a mighty yell lunging at Jepitha with all his strength behind his blade. By then his emotions and mind was running overdrive. He wasn't thinking properly. All he could hear were the false praises from everyone. All he could see was just another person who thought of him as someone's son. Iksander ran forward to slash at Jepitha..

..And fell flat on his face. His anger made him clumsy and once again, he slammed to the ground with a loud thud but this time he didn't get up. He was so tired. He wanted to get up but his body said no.

NO! I'm not done. I'm not...

Iksander stared at the sky as his body began to shut down and failed to respond to any commands. Iksander was finished. He had no more strength. Tears formed in Iksander's eyes no matter how hard he tried to fight them back. He had failed once again and now he was crying in front of his fellows knights.

Jepitha walked over and put his sword back in it's sheath. He held out his hand for Iksander. "Impressive. You need to work on you stamina. But that'll come to as you mature." He didn't care if he was showing emotion. He'll let that go for the first day.

(@Akihito )

Iksander slowly got up and wiped his tears away. He stumbled back to his fellow knights, too embarrassed to look at them and stood next to them, just barely able to stand up. Iksander sheathed his sword and raised his hand.

"Sir, may...may I have permission to sit down and recollect myself?" Iksander asked, gritting his teeth from not even being able to stand.

(@Robin man )

Jepitha thought about it then he nodded. "Just for today. Yes." He looked at his two remaining recruits. "Which of you two want to go next?"

(@DeijiiChan)

The apathetic-looking girl decided that she might as well volunteer for the deed of going next. Besides, she wanted to get it over with as soon as possible, so that way a more serious form of training could begin. One thing was for sure though, and that was the fact that this self-taught knight, was not going to go down without a fight.

Juniper solemnly raised her hand and looked over at Jepitha.

"I guess I'll go next then." She said simply, walking over to him and extending her hand.

"Let's make this a fair sparring." June added, all while her facial expression didn't change all that much.

Jepitha nodded and shook her hand. "Alright. Get in position." He walked over to his side of the spar field and he held out his hand. One knight ran up and gave him a glaive. He twirled it around his arms and got into position. "You now know how I work with a sword and shied. Now lets see how you do with a different weapon."

(If there's a lot of grammar problems. Sorry Im on a phone.)

Juniper closed her eyes a moment, not surprised by the changing of weapons at all... Upon opening them, a wide smirk found its way across her mouth, and her eyes were fierce... She let out a dark chuckle as she watched Jepitha. Using such a weapon as a Glaive however, was not the right choice on his part...

"Yes, yes... Very well. I must say though that I outright refuse moving first... So please, you start us out.." She said, talking much more than usual, and in a different tone of voice. Whenever in battle, June's personality shifted at least 97 degrees... Not a total 180, but still a large change..

(The different color shows the change in personality. So it will be blue whenever she is in "battle mode" per se.)

Jepitha nodded. "If you say so." He popped his neck. Each side popping a dozen times. He slowly exhaled then went on the offensive. He ran at her at full sprint. At the last five feet he pointed the blade away and he swung the shaft at her aiming at her legs. He wasn't aiming to hurt her. But to trip her.
