Hey els I got a question. What do you do. When you cook something but your children either don't like it. Or just. Don't eat it- (same thing but like ya)

I can't force them to eat. Usually they don't get snacks or sweets unless they eat a good amount of their main meals. If they are hungry enough they will eat it. But I wouldn't starve them. If they really didn't like it I'd offer something else of equal nutritional value.
