Your sheet looks good so far! I do have a note to make on your Warp Throw ability, though. The Keyblade abilities section is meant for abilities lifted from game mechanics like Drive Forms, Flowmotion, Limit Breaks, etc. You can still use Warp Throw, but it should be moved to the additional abilities section. And you can still choose a separate Keyblade ability from the games in that case! Sorry if that distinction wasn't very clear.
