  Yes, I do! Even if my ideas can be a bit out there...

  • * Life isn't fair, but there IS a solution: Rock, Paper, Scissors, SHOOT!
  • * People have quite a lot to say. It would be a disservice not to listen...what's the harm in an extra ear?
  • * Nothing in the world is more satisfying than a list.
  
  Background (Significant events relating to education, upbringing, and skills)
  
  • * Simply put; A more objective upbringing than most. As a single mom with three children, how else can you ensure the proper and equal upbringing of all three? The best way is to allocate an equal amount of time and attention to each. For the Delay's, this method is tried and true.
  • * Though not completely incompetent, Mora lacks a strong basis in the ways of magic. The majority of her magical education consisted of memorization and recitation over hands-on experience, primarily due to the whims of her mother. Mrs. Delay was a strong believer that magic, despite its undeniable benefits, was unnecessary. In her perspective, magic was like using the grocer's homemade cake mix rather than taking the time and effort to make your own. It also doesn't help that Mora happens to be an incredibly...incredibly, slow learner. She takes things seriously surpasses all in effort, but she simply doesn't pick up on things as quickly as others.
  • * She grew up without a father, and never bothered to ask why (she had gotten all the information she needed from eavesdropping on closed-door conversations). She wasn't particularly dying to know, either. Growing up with only a single parent was her norm, so the absence of a father didn't quite feel like an absence at all.
  • * As she grew, Mora developed a love for puzzles and cooking. For Mora, the thrill of sliding in that last puzzle piece, and the joy of perfecting a recipe are to die for. She doesn't look it, but she can really pack in a meal.
  
  Noticeable Features (Most distinctive physical features)
  
  • * Serious eyes under clean-cut bangs and a neat half-pony.
  • * Despite dressing in essentially all-white (with the exception of a thin grey lining on her collar and a matching grey coat and bow), you'll never spot a single smudge, stain, or wrinkle.
  • * She never goes anywhere without her black leather utility belt, where she keeps a handful of charmed sweets, a small book full of recipes, random spells, and ramblings, and several fruits and seeds for her pet parrotlet.
  
  Magic (The fun bit)
  Skill: At the moment, Mora's skills are limited to charms in the form of desserts and candies. In general, she is much more inclined towards potion making or charm crafting than she is with spell-casting. The one ability she is proficient in is her ability to warp time. She can delay or speed up time for multiple objects/beings or a single object/being. Of course, she is limited both in the radius and time of this ability. It's a wonderful skill to use in the kitchen! Above anything else, however, her real skill is her persistence and endurance.

  YES. Personally, I feel that communication is key in any roleplay (you're essentially weaving a story together, so teamwork is incredibly important)

  Notify everyone/anyone involved, and preferably do so at a point in time where my character's absence won't make or break the plot.

  • * As a kid, Rush was afraid of everything and anything. School. Monsters. The dark. Thunderstorms. It took a lot of coaxing to get the little boy to stop crying and come out of hiding.
  • * Despite his personality, Rush has made a good deal of friends over the years. While he may not have reached out to others, plenty of others have reached out to him finding his company to be pleasant and enjoyable. Unfortunately, most of his close friendships have come to an end abruptly, either because of outside forces, or because of something that happened between them.
  • * Rush has never studied a day in his life. Fortunately learning and memorizing come easily to him and he's been an exceptional student in school. Some have speculated that he has a photographic memory but he has never confirmed or denied it.
  • * Rush has always been a sickly child. His immune system is fairly weak and he has often gotten sick from it. His body is susceptible to illnesses most are not and if he pushes himself hard enough, his body can become damaged internally.
  • * Rush has only ever been in a relationship with one person in his life. It was a girl named Leah. It happened when they were fourteen. They were friends before that for a couple years and dated for a year and a half. Unfortunately Leah moved away at the end and it was incredibly hard on Rush. They were forced to break up. Otherwise, even when Rush had developed a crush on another person, he kept his feelings to himself.
  
  Noticeable Features
  
  • * Jet black, feathery and wispy hair. The tips brush the back of his neck and nearly touch his shoulders.
  • * Eyes so pale blue, in some lighting, they often appear gray instead.
  • * Tall and lanky, Rush's height is a total of 73 inches or 6 feet and one inch.
  • * His skin is pale and smooth, appearing almost like ceramic in the sunlight. The only marks on him are a small grouping of pale freckles across his nose and cheeks.
  • * He tends to wear plain clothes. His preferred colors are gray and black, though occasionally his clothing may express some color, if very little. His shirts tend to be a size bigger than him.
  
  Magic
  Black Hole Magic - The act of turning one material into another. Rush dapples in transformation magic. For example, he can turn metal to plastic. He can turn brick into water. There are a few rules regarding this magic however. He needs to understand the object and its original material as well as the material he is changing it into. That being said, he cannot create new materials or elements because he would have no understanding of them. He needs to be touching the material to transform it. The materials shape does not change. If he changes an apple into wood, the shape and size of the apple would remain as they had started. The only exception to this is changing a solid material into a liquid one. The liquid would immediately fill its container and if it had none would spill outwards. There would be no more and no less liquid than would fill the space of the original object. While, at the moment, the transformation happens slowly, spreading from the point that he makes contact with the object, with more practice, the transformation can happen more rapidly. Organic material can be transformed as well, however, he himself has never tried it on a living creature and is uncertain the effects it would present to them.

  Usually multiple times a day. It's always a whole number, believe you me.

  It depends on what I need to respond to, how many characters, the setting and what is going on. On average anywhere between 3-6 hearty paragraphs.

  This too depends. If it's consistent and breaks the immersion, then yes, of course. But everyone makes mistakes, I know that, and even I am no different.

  Of course! It's just as good as the actual roleplay. And just as well, I enjoy just talking to the fellow players.

  I would make it known both to the GM as well as the other players being that both have the right to know.

  What genres of RP do you love the most?
  Honestly, I'm tied between fandom and fantasy. I love original fantasy worlds as much as I love creating characters for my favorite fandom universes.

  Kiki's Delivery service every day of the week. As I said before I used to play the VHS tape so often, I wore it down. Some of my favorite memories involve sitting down with my grandmother in the afternoon and watching the movie together. More than just being a good movie, it has sentimental value to me.

  I read multiple books at the same time, strange as that may or may not sound. Right now, the most recent one is The Evolution of Mara Dyer. I'm a sucker for fantasy romances, what can I say?

  Sushi or sashimi, since they are quite similar. Raw fish is delish. Unfortunately even thinking about it makes my tummy rumble so now I crave it again. Oof.

However, every sigil is unique. The effectiveness of a sigil depends on the placement of the symbol, its size, the medium and tool used to write it, and the quality of the writing. This form of magic has a variety of applications, though at this stage Acton uses it primarily to clean things.   It varies. I try to find a balance between not writing too much or too little. Different scenes require different amounts of information, so I do my best to write what's relevant.​

  We all make mistakes and not all of us are native English speakers. That being said, I set a fairly high standard when it comes to writing. It won't upset me to see grammatical or spelling errors every once in a while (they're bound to happen). What I don't like to see are poorly edited posts: posts full of continuity errors, that ignore important details, or that merely repeat what other people have said without contributing new information to the story.​
