I've been a Misho fan all along and I must say: this just makes him more awesome.
I recently re-read Savant and Sorcerer, where they give the whole 'seeing things differently' as a sorcerer a good long pagecount. While Dragon-King exposure certainly works to explain the bent on reincarnation, simply understanding ghosts as a sorcerer or first age savant does (abberant essence-matricies resisting the natural path of souls) could justify Misho's views.
