Well, I have read your the entire post of your character and had come across some things that you might need to change:

1. Personality: She tries to keep away from drama yet she is a troublemaker? This doesn't entirely match with each other as one who doesn't want to get into trouble, would do practically anything possible in order to get away from conflicts. Also it says she has a dark personality but later on there stands that she just seems dark and is actually loud, bright and kind. You may need to look at that.
   
2. Background: The happenings follow up rather quickly such as the junkies your character is living with. If they are going to beat and threaten her after she found out about them, it will take a longer time for her to figure things out completely (even more if they want to keep it hidden from her).
   
3. Blood Type: You still need to fill this one in.
   

Also, this picture maybe fits with the description you gave?
