Kamen Rider Appearance:

(Pretty much just looks like Kamen Rider 2, but silver.)


Belt Appearance:

Brief Biography: Gyakusu first learned of the war when he was in one of his college classes. The monster had attacked his school, and his determination was so great, he managed to stab the monster in a weak point with a small metal beam that had broken. He was then taken in and modified to become a Kamen Rider.


Personality: Usually silent, Gyakusu doesn't like to speak to anyone. He doesn't want to get too attached to anyone, as a few of his friends from the day the monster attacked were killed. He considers himself the leader, but most of the others have a problem with this. He's also usually dull.


Special Abilities:


-Rider Kick (Self explanatory. Standard move)


-Rider Punch (Self explanatory. Standard move)


-Rider Jump (Self explanatory. Standard move)


-Inverse World (Finisher. When used, it sends anyone who looks into his eyes into a seemingly grey, colorless world, in which everything is messed up. Gravity is heavy, and the air is hard to breathe.)

Name: Sebastian "Seb" King


Rider Name: Kamen Rider Neo


Age: 19 years old


Human Appearance: Seb is 6 feet 1 inches tall with a fit built without being too muscular. He has blue eyes with short black hair. He usually wears black pants with belts strapped at various location around his legs and a studded belt around his waist. On his chest, he'll wear a white shirt with a red tie and a black leather jacket over it that has a furred hoodie. (I'll post an image when I can)


Kamen Rider Appearance: His rider appearence is similar to Kamen Rider Kiva except the armor is gold and the lenses on the helmet are red. (I'll post an image later)


Belt Appearance: Seb's belt is gold and has a chain motif on it. At the front, there's a stand to which Neo Kiva can hung upside down from and on the sides are slots to store his fuestles.


Brief Biography: Seb was born half human and half fangire. His father was a fangire who fell in love with a human. This was forbidden of course, any fangire who loved a human was branded a traitor and executed as such. However, Seb's parents had been able to hide from the wrath of the fangire and were able to have a son, but the happy times couldn't last forever.


When Seb was three years old, Queen of the checkmate four tracked them down and kill both of his parents. Seb was thus left with no parents and placed into a foster home. He lived there for most of his childhood but he never forgot what happened to his parents.


As a teen, Seb was able to track down the Queen of fangires and attempted to take revenge for his parents' death but failed miserably. She beat him up pretty badly but left him alive. This allowed him to come to the attention of the World 3 association, a secret organisation that fought to protect humanity. They quickly saw that Seb was no ordinary human being and enrolled him into their fold.


Seb was then trained by World 3 to become a soldier. When he turned 18 years old, he was entrusted with NeoKiva, a cybernetic kivat-bat like ReyKivat that allowed the user to become a Kiva type rider. Seb now had the power to fight monsters as Kamen Rider Neo.


Personality: Seb is coll and lay back. He likes to keep his emotions in check and rarely lets anything get to him. He does have a strong sense of justice and follows his own code of honor. Although he prefers to work alone, he doesn't mind taking help from others if the situation calls for it.


Special Abilities:


Rider Kick: His first final attack, similar to kiva's own rider kick, it is activated by using the wake up 1 fuestle.


Rider Slash: When the NeoCalibur is in sword mode, this final attack be perform. Energy is gathered in the blade to perform a single powerfull slash that can cut through virtually anything.


Rider Shot: When the NeoCalibur is in gun mode, this final attack can be perform. Energy is gathered inside the weapon to be release in a single powerfull shot.


Alignment: good
